Abstract

本发明公开了一种轴导向闸阀,包括阀体、闸板、阀杆、阀盖、填料和填料压盖,闸板通过两边的导向耳与对称设置于阀体两侧的导向轴构成滑动导向结构,导向轴设置于阀体两侧的上下轴孔内。闸板为楔式双密封面或单密封面形式。本发明具有优良的调节性能,并具有结构紧凑、密封可靠、使用寿命长的优点。

轴导向闸阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是涉及一种采用轴导向的闸阀。
背景技术
常用楔式闸阀有两种形式,一种为具有双密封面应用于较清洁介质的双向密封型,一种为单密封面应用于含有一定杂质介质的单向密封排渣型。由于闸阀具有结构简单、性能可靠的特点,最为突出的是具有流体阻力小的特性,当阀门全开后水头损失与管网相当,在节能减排意识不断强化的今天,这一特性的存在使闸阀不断受人青睐,因为在该特性上能与其媲美的只有球阀,球阀不仅流阻低还能作为调节使用,但球阀的成本是闸阀数倍。而闸阀一直以来只能作为截断阀使用,不能调节,因为闸板是通过设置在阀体上的导向槽定位,该结构间隙大,定位性能差,当阀门处于半开位置时,存在闸板抖动甚至闸板与阀杆脱落的隐患。经过改进的刀型闸阀,虽具有体积小和可调节的性能,但其密封形式为自密封,并且在启闭过程中闸板与阀座始终接触摩擦,使阀门的密封效果和密封寿命均无法保障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、密封可靠、可实现调节功能、适应范围广、使用寿命长的轴导向闸阀。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
轴导向闸阀,包括阀体、闸板、与闸板相连的阀杆、穿过阀杆与阀体配合的阀盖、以及穿过阀杆设置于阀盖上的填料和填料压盖,所述闸板两侧对称设有导向耳,所述阀体内部两侧对称设有轴孔,所述轴孔内装有导向轴,所述闸板通过设置于两侧的导向耳与阀体内部两侧对称设置的导向轴成滑动配合。
进一步的,所述闸板为楔式双密封面形式,闸板或阀体密封面楔角a的范围为2~10°。
作为本发明的补充,所述闸板为还可以采用单密封面形式,闸板或阀体密封面楔角为a/2,范围为1~5°,阀体无密封面端,中部与阀门出口采用流线形。 
进一步的,导向轴采用不锈钢、合金钢等防腐耐磨材料,在导向耳整圆孔或半圆孔的内表面上采用堆焊、镶嵌或螺纹连接等形式衬入耐磨材料,使导向轴与导向耳形成灵活、可靠的滑动导向机构。
进一步的,所述闸板上的导向耳可采用整圆孔或半圆孔形式。
采用上述技术方案的轴导向闸阀,双导向轴对闸板的启闭运动进行全行程引导,关闭时由于楔角的存在,闸板在阀杆的作用下与阀体配合越关越紧,实现良好密封。开启时,闸板与阀体的密封面快速分离,由于导向轴对闸板的引导,使闸板可稳定的停留于任意开度,实现流量控制。
综上所述,采用上述技术方案的轴导向闸阀,由于有导向轴对闸板的启闭进行全程引导,因此使阀门具有了调节性能,并有单向密封和双向密封两种形式,具有结构紧凑、密封可靠、适应范围广、使用寿命长的优点。
阀杆与闸板的连接可采用T型槽形式,也可以采用类似于截止阀一样螺纹形式或整体形式等连接方式。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1
参见图1、图2、图3,轴导向闸阀,包括阀体1、闸板2、与闸板2相连的阀杆3、穿过阀杆3与阀体1配合由螺母4与螺栓5连接固定的阀盖6、以及穿过阀杆3设置于阀盖6上的填料8和填料压盖7,闸板2为双密封面形式,通过闸板2两边的圆孔导向耳11与对称设置于阀体1两侧的导向轴10构成滑动导向结构,导向轴10设置于阀体1两侧的上下轴孔内通过螺母9和螺母12紧固。关闭时由于楔角a的存在,闸板2在阀杆3的作用下与阀体1配合越关越紧,实现良好密封,楔角a的范围为2~10°。开启时,闸板2与阀体1的密封面快速分离,由于导向轴10通过闸板2上的圆孔导向耳11对其进行引导,使闸板2可稳定的停留于任意开度,实现流量控制。
参见图4,本发明还可以根据阀门口径大小、压力等级选择半圆孔导向耳13形式,其原理与功能与圆孔形式一致,不再累赘。
实施例2
参见图5、图6、图7和图8,轴导向闸阀的基本结构与实施例相同,不同之处在于:闸板2采用单密封面形式,闸板2或阀体1密封面楔角为a/2,范围为1~5°;阀体1无密封面端,阀门中部到出口端设计为流线形,便于渣质的冲洗。闸板2同样通过圆孔导向耳11或半圆孔导向耳13与导向轴10构成滑动导向结构,其动作原理与双密封面形式一致。

Claims (5)

1.轴导向闸阀,包括阀体、闸板、与闸板相连的阀杆、穿过阀杆与阀体配合由螺母与螺栓连接固定的阀盖、以及穿过阀杆设置于阀盖上的填料和填料压盖,其特征在于:所述闸板两侧对称设有导向耳,所述阀体内部两侧对称设有轴孔,所述轴孔内装有导向轴,所述闸板通过设置于两侧的导向耳与阀体内部两侧对称设置的导向轴成滑动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴导向闸阀,其特征在于:所述闸板为楔式双密封面形式,闸板或阀体密封面楔角a的范围为2~10°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轴导向闸阀,其特征在于:所述闸板为单密封面形式,闸板或阀体密封面楔角为a/2,范围为1~5°,阀体无密封面端,中部与阀门出口采用流线形。
4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的轴导向闸阀,其特征在于:所述导向轴采用不锈钢、合金钢等防腐耐磨材料,在导向耳整圆孔或半圆孔的内表面上采用堆焊、镶嵌或螺纹连接等形式衬入耐磨材料,使导向轴与导向耳之间形成灵活可靠的滑动导向连接。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的轴导向闸阀,其特征在于:所述闸板上的导向耳可采用整圆孔或半圆孔形式。
