Abstract

本发明公开了一种水力控制阀的双阀瓣,属于一种阀门部件,特别是水力控制阀的阀瓣。该双阀瓣,包括上下排列的副阀瓣和主阀瓣的中心孔内装有阀杆,两阀瓣之间设有密封圈,主阀瓣与阀座上口设有密封圈,其特征是:所述的副阀瓣的上部为圆锥形的帽,下部为圆柱形固定柱,内孔带有与阀杆连接的内螺纹,所述的主阀瓣为圆盘形,其上表面为圆环形凸台,圆环形凸台上设有截面为燕尾形的燕尾槽,槽内装有与副阀瓣密封用的副密封圈,主阀瓣底面周边设有截面为T形的T形槽,槽内装有与阀座上口密封用的主密封圈,主阀瓣上还有缓闭流道孔。本发明将主密封圈和副密封圈分别固定到主阀瓣上下两侧较现有技术具有结构简单,使用寿命长易于维修的优点。

水力控制阀的双阀瓣
技术领域
本发明属于一种阀门部件,特别是水力控制阀的阀瓣。
背景技术
通常以往此种结构的密封多采用压板、橡胶密封圈、紧固件连接的形式如附图2所示,因主副阀瓣均需要密封,所以有两套压板、橡胶密封圈、紧固件,这样的结构零部件多、繁琐、占据流道空间大,影响流量,且在紊流工况或者振动大的工况时,紧固件容易汽蚀且松动、脱落,脱落的零件在水流的冲击下任意流窜,造成后续设备的损毁。主、副阀瓣均采用球墨铸铁喷涂环氧树脂工艺防腐,一旦遭遇汽蚀,涂层剥落,污染水质且影响密封。
发明内容
为了克服现有的阀瓣需要使用压板和紧固螺栓固定密封圈零部件多占据流道空间大,紧固件容易气蚀松动,使用寿命短的不足,本发明提供一种水力控制阀的双阀瓣,该水力控制阀的双阀瓣不仅精简结构、减少活动零部件数量,有效减少流道面积的占用;保证可靠的密封,密封件及紧固件不易脱落,保证后续设备的安全性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水力控制阀的双阀瓣,包括上下排列的副阀瓣和主阀瓣的中心孔内装有阀杆,两阀瓣之间设有密封圈,主阀瓣与阀座上口设有密封圈,其特征是:所述的副阀瓣的上部为圆锥形的帽,下部为圆柱形固定柱,内孔带有与阀杆连接的内螺纹,所述的主阀瓣为圆盘形,其上表面为圆环形凸台,圆环形凸台上设有截面为燕尾形的燕尾槽,槽内装有与副阀瓣密封用的副密封圈,主阀瓣底面周边设有截面为T形的T形槽,槽内装有与阀座上口密封用的主密封圈,主阀瓣上还有缓闭流道孔。
所述的副阀瓣圆柱形的固定柱上装有与中心孔垂直的固定螺钉。
所述的缓闭流道孔与阀杆的夹角为15—35度。
所述的主阀瓣、副阀瓣均为不锈钢制作。
所述的主密封圈采用硫化工艺固定到T型槽内和副密封圈采用硫化工艺固定到燕尾槽内。
本发明将主密封圈和副密封圈分别采用硫化工艺固定到不锈钢制作的主阀瓣的底面的T型槽内和上表面的环形凸台的燕尾槽内,较现有技术采用压板和固定螺栓固定具有结构简单、使用可靠,由此副阀瓣上不需固定密封圈采用一体化不锈钢结构便于加工制作,使用寿命长。

所述的主密封圈采用硫化工艺固定到T型槽内和副密封圈采用硫化工艺固定到燕尾槽内。
