本发明的一种柔性风力发电机组传动系统,包括叶轮和主轴,主轴前端伸入叶轮的轮毂内,叶轮的轮毂内设置有套在主轴上的圆环形弹性缓冲盘,弹性缓冲盘的盘面为由内圆向外圆过渡的阶梯状,其中包括内环台阶面和向外翻的外环台阶面,主轴上设置有凸环,内环台阶面紧贴凸环内侧面并连接在一起,外台阶面紧贴叶轮的轮毂外端面并连接在一起,所述弹性缓冲盘与主轴之间的空隙塞有橡胶减震体。本发明的有益效果是:本发明在风况发生突变时,能缓冲叶轮传递给传动系的倾覆力矩,减低主轴轴承所承受的载荷,使传动更平稳,同时也可以减低偏航轴承所承受的载荷,也降低了设计成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柔性风力发电机组传动系统。
背景技术
目前,风力发电机组的传动系多为刚性连接,风力发电机在发电时,传动系直接承受着来自叶轮瞬时多变的倾覆力矩和扭矩,没有缓冲,传动不平稳,影响发电机组的正常运行。传动系前端的主轴轴承受力情况恶劣,容易造成轴承的损坏。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种柔性风力发电机组传动系统,它能够起到缓冲作用,使传动更加平稳。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的一种柔性风力发电机组传动系统,包括叶轮和主轴,所述主轴
前端伸入叶轮的轮毂内,所述叶轮的轮毂内设置有套在主轴上的圆环形弹性缓冲盘,所述弹性缓冲盘的盘面为由内圆向外圆过渡的阶梯状,其中包括内环台阶面和向外翻的外环台阶面,所述主轴上设置有凸环,所述内环台阶面紧贴凸环内侧面并连接在一起,所述外台阶面紧贴叶轮的轮毂外端面并连接在一起,所述弹性缓冲盘与主轴之间的空隙塞有橡胶减震体。
上述主轴与弹性缓冲盘之间设置有挡在橡胶减震体外侧的限位圆环。
上述弹性缓冲盘由弹簧钢制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在风况发生突变时,能缓冲叶轮传递给传动系的倾覆力矩,减低主轴轴承所承受的载荷,使传动更平稳,同时也可以减低偏航轴承所承受的载荷,也降低了设计成本。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种柔性风力发电机组传动系统,是为了减少来自叶轮的冲击,降低主轴2轴承所承受的极限载荷而设计的。本发明是在传统的风力发电机组传动系的叶轮与主轴2连接处增加了一个传动减震装置。轮毂通过连接传动减震装置来连接主轴2,传递扭矩,该装置具有传递扭矩不消减,可降低倾覆力矩的作用。
具体结构如图1所示,本发明包括叶轮和主轴2,主轴2前端伸入叶轮
的轮毂内,叶轮的轮毂1内设置有套在主轴2上的圆环形弹性缓冲盘,弹性缓冲盘的盘面为由内圆向外圆过渡的阶梯状,其中包括内环台阶面4和向外翻的外环台阶面3,主轴2上设置有凸环7,内环台阶面4紧贴凸环7内侧面并连接在一起,所述外台阶面紧贴叶轮的轮毂1外端面并连接在一起,连接方式可以为螺栓、焊接、铆接等。弹性缓冲盘与主轴2之间的空隙塞有橡胶减震体5。主轴2与弹性缓冲盘之间设置有挡在橡胶减震体5外侧的限位圆环6,防止橡胶减震体5被挤出。弹性缓冲盘由弹簧钢制成。
风轮在承受突变风载后,弹性缓冲盘在径向方向上可以直接传递扭矩,而在弹性缓冲盘的轴向方向利用弹性缓冲盘的薄壁面和橡胶减震体5的弹性形变,可以起到消震和降低倾覆力矩的作用。采用调整弹性缓冲盘的刚度或传动链倾角的方法来满足风机净空的要求。

1.一种柔性风力发电机组传动系统,包括叶轮和主轴,所述主轴前端伸入叶轮的轮毂内,其特征在于:所述叶轮的轮毂内设置有套在主轴上的圆环形弹性缓冲盘,所述弹性缓冲盘的盘面为由内圆向外圆过渡的阶梯状,其中包括内环台阶面和向外翻的外环台阶面,所述主轴上设置有凸环,所述内环台阶面紧贴凸环内侧面并连接在一起,所述外台阶面紧贴叶轮的轮毂外端面并连接在一起,所述弹性缓冲盘与主轴之间的空隙塞有橡胶减震体。
2.根据权利要求1所述柔性风力发电机组传动系统,其特征在于:所述主轴与弹性缓冲盘之间设置有挡在橡胶减震体外侧的限位圆环。
3. 根据权利要求1所述柔性风力发电机组传动系统,其特征在于:所述弹性缓冲盘由弹簧钢制成。
