锁定机构经由行星式齿轮将发动机输出轴固定地连接到变速箱输入轴的事实使得实现车辆的所需加速成为可能,同时电机的尺寸和功率能够被限制,从而产生具有限制尺寸的紧凑的推进装置。也使得电机能够产生的最大转矩可以低于能够由发动机产生的最大转矩。
根据本发明的实施方式,锁定机构包括至少一个接头,所述接头在第一位置接合行星式齿轮的第一可移动部件,并且在第二位置也接合行星式齿轮的第二可移动部件。锁定机构的接头导致紧凑的构型。
根据另一实施方式,第一和第二可移动部件具有凹部,至少一个接头被配置成接合在所述凹部中。接合在行星式齿轮的可移动部件中的凹部中的接头导致紧凑构型,所述紧凑构型也具有高可靠性和高操作安全性。
根据另一实施方式,第二可移动部件中的凹部具有周向延伸部,所述周向延伸部大于接头横向于其纵轴的延伸部。这种凹部的周向延伸部确保在锁定机构移动到第二位置时发动机输出轴可靠地固锁到变速箱输入轴。推进装置的高可靠性和高操作安全性因此被确保。
根据另一实施方式,锁定机构的形式是环形套筒,所述环形套筒基本同心地围绕变速箱输入轴的一部分或发动机输出轴的一部分。这导致紧凑的构型。
行星式齿轮通常包括被设置成相对于彼此旋转的三个部件,即太阳轮、行星轮轴架和齿圈。知道太阳轮和齿圈具有的齿数使得确定在操作期间三个部件的旋转速度成为可能。根据本发明,行星式齿轮的部件之一被连接到发动机的输出轴。因此行星式齿轮的该部件旋转的速度对应于发动机输出轴的速度。行星式齿轮的第二部件被连接到变速箱的输入轴。因此,行星式齿轮的该部件与变速箱输入轴相同的速度旋转。行星式齿轮的第三部件被连接到电机的转子。因此,在被直接连接到彼此的情况下,行星式齿轮的该部件以与电机转子相同的速度旋转。可替代地,电机可以经由具有传动比的传动装置被连接到行星式齿轮的第三部件,在所述情况下,电机和行星式齿轮的第三部件能够以不同的速度旋转。电机的速度能够被无级调节。在所需速度待被施加到变速箱输入轴的操作情况下,控制单元利用发动机速度的信息计算第三部件必须被驱动的速度,用于使变速箱输入轴以所需速度运行。控制单元启动电机,以使得电机将算出速度施加到第三部件且因此将所需速度施加到变速箱输入轴。

具体实施方式
图1是设有根据本发明的推进装置2的车辆1的侧视图。燃烧发动机4经由行星式齿轮10被连接到电机6和变速箱8。变速箱还被连接到车辆的动力轮12。
图2是根据本发明的推进装置2的剖视图。行星式齿轮10包括可移动部件,所述可移动部件的形式是太阳轮18、齿圈20和行星轮轴架22。在被描绘的实施方式中,太阳轮18被连接到发动机输出轴14以形成组合单元。也可以将发动机输出轴14连接到齿圈20或行星轮轴架22。
电机6包括定子24和转子26。定子被固定地连接到车辆和因此不旋转。转子被连接到行星式齿轮的齿圈20和因此能够相对于定子旋转。在被描绘的示例性实施方式中,齿圈20和电机转子26形成组合单元,但它们也可以作为单独的单元连接到彼此。
变速箱8的输入轴27被连接到行星轮轴架,所述行星轮轴架包括被称为行星轮28的多个齿轮,所述行星轮通过例如滚动轴承36被支撑在行星轮轴架上。在被描绘的实施方式中,太阳轮18同样地通过滚动轴承37被支撑在上行星轮轴架。行星轮28的齿部30接合太阳轮18和齿圈20上的相应齿部32、34。
发动机制动期间,司机释放车辆的加速踏板(未描绘)。变速箱输入轴27然后驱动电机6,而发动机4和电机6向发动机施加制动。在这种情况下,电机6产生电能,所述电能然后被存储在车载电池50中。这种操作状态被称为再生制动。因为变速箱被连接到动力轮12,电机6因此用作发电机,并且通过这样做将反转矩施加到来自变速箱的转矩,从而导致车辆被制动。
在车辆1的加速期间,增加量的转矩必须从发动机4和电机6传递到变速箱8且因此传递到车辆的动力轮12。因为发动机和电机都被连接到行星式齿轮10,能够由发动机4和电机6传递的最大转矩被这些主要原动机4、6中比其它原动机具有较低的最大转矩的原动机限制。在电机的最大转矩低于发动机的最大转矩的情况下,电机将不能产生足够的反作用转矩到行星式齿轮,从而发动机不能将其最大转矩传递到变速箱且因此传递到动力轮。能够传递到变速箱的最大转矩因此被电机功率限制。特别地,当期望强劲地车辆加速且电机不能产生足够的反作用转矩时,非期望的热量将在电机中产生。
藉由锁定机构38经由行星式齿轮10将发动机输出轴14连接到变速箱输入轴27使得实现车辆的所需加速和限制电机的尺寸和功率成为可能,从而产生具有限制尺寸的紧凑的推进装置2。这也意味着电机能够产生的最大转矩可以低于能够由发动机产生的最大转矩。
锁定机构38能够在第一和第二位置之间移动。第一位置引起发动机输出轴14和变速箱输入轴27经由行星式齿轮10以不同的速度旋转。在其第二位置,锁定机构38经由行星式齿轮10将发动机输出轴14固定地连接到变速箱输入轴27。
锁定机构38包括至少一个接头40,所述接头在第一位置接合行星式齿轮的行星轮轴架22中的凹部42。在第二位置,至少一个接头40接合行星式齿轮的太阳轮18中的凹部44。接头40具有优选基本圆形的横截面。锁定机构38的形式是环形套筒46,所述环形套筒基本同心地围绕变速箱输入轴27的一部分47。如果发动机输出轴14可替代地被连接到行星轮轴架22,那么环形套筒46可以基本同心地围绕发动机输出轴14的一部分。在这种形式下,太阳轮18会被连接到变速箱输入轴27,从而产生不同的传动比。锁定机构38优选设有沿环形套筒的端表面51分布的多个接头40。为了使得接头40能够穿过行星轮轴架22,行星轮轴架中的凹部42是环形形状且以与沿套筒的端表面51的接头的分布类似的方式分布。
发动机输出轴14、电机转子26、变速箱输入轴27以及环形套筒46被布置成沿共用旋转轴线48旋转。
锁定机构38沿变速箱输入轴27在第一和第二位置之间轴向可移动。在发动机输出轴14可替代地被连接到行星轮轴架22的情况下,锁定机构38沿发动机输出轴14在第一和第二位置之间可轴向移动。拨叉53被设置成使锁定机构在第一和第二位置之间移动。拨叉优选由连接到压缩空气源56的气缸54控制。气缸具有柱塞杆57,所述拨叉被安装在所述柱塞杆上。
为了将锁定机构38从第一位置移位和移动到第二位置,发动机4和电机6被控制成使得发动机输出轴14和行星式齿轮10之间形成无转矩状态。这涉及使用控制单元55,所述控制单元还配置成引起电机6在某些合适的操作情况下使用被存储的电能给变速箱输入轴27提供驱动力,并且在其它操作情况下使用变速箱输入轴的动能产生和存储电能。控制单元55因此如此监控作为控制发动机和电机的基础的发动机输出轴14、变速箱输入轴27和电机转子26的旋转速度和/或转矩,以使得在发动机输出轴和变速箱输入轴之间形成无转矩状态。当实现无转矩状态时,通过控制单元启动压缩空气源56以经由管线58将压缩空气供应给气缸54,以使得气缸藉由叉53推动环形套筒46,锁定机构38被移位和移动到第二位置。控制单元55经由电导体60被连接到发动机4,变速箱8、电机6和压缩空气源56。控制单元因此控制锁定机构38的移动。还可以给压缩空气源提供单独的控制单元。
控制单元55因此配置成控制锁定机构38且还配置成确定电机6用作电动机和用作发电机的时间。为了确定所述内容,控制单元可以从表征上述内容的适当操作参数接收当前信息。控制单元可以是具有为此目的的适当软件的电脑。控制单元还控制电池50和电机的定子24之间电能流动。当电机用作电动机时,被存储的电能从电池供应到定子。当电机用作发电机时,电能从定子供应到电池。
图3是根据本发明的推进装置2的剖视图,其中锁定机构38处于通过锁定机构经由行星式齿轮10将发动机输出轴14和变速箱输入轴27固定地连接到彼此的第二位置。为了移动锁定机构,控制单元55将首先如此控制发动机和电机,以使得在发动机输出轴14和变速箱输入轴27之间形成无转矩状态,如上文参考图2所述。
当车辆已经被加速到所需速度时,拨叉53被控制成使得具有环形套筒46的锁定机构38返回到第一位置。同时,发动机和电机被控制单元55控制成使得在发动机输出轴14和变速箱输入轴27之间形成无转矩状态。当实现无转矩状态时,具有环形套筒的锁定机构被移位和移动到第一位置。当锁定机构已经返回到第一位置,车辆能够由发动机和电机提供动力。
图4是根据本发明的推进装置2的行星式齿轮的太阳轮18的侧视图。太阳轮18中的凹部44具有周向延伸部,所述周向延伸部大于接头40横向于其纵轴的延伸部。凹部44的这种周向延伸部确保当锁定机构38移动到第二位置时变速箱输入轴27可靠地固锁到发动机输出轴14。这种形状也使得将接头40插入凹部44更为容易,原因在于来自拨叉53的轴向力能够被施加到套筒46,以使得接头40滑过太阳轮的端表面,直到所述接头与凹部44重叠而后插入到所述凹部中。为了实现这点,发动机4和电机6被控制成使得在锁定机构将移动到第二位置和接头将插入太阳轮的凹部44中时,太阳轮和行星轮轴架22之间产生速度差异。在图4中被描绘的实施方式中,四个凹部44沿太阳轮的周向平均分布。
图5是流程图,阐述控制根据本发明的推进装置2的方法。根据本发明的方法的特征在于以下步骤:
a)控制发动机4和电机6,以使得在发动机输出轴14和变速箱输入轴27之间形成基本无转矩状态,和
b)通过从第一位置移动到第二位置的锁定机构38将发动机输出轴14和行星式齿轮10固定地连接到彼此,在第一位置,发动机输出轴14和变速箱输入轴27经由行星式齿轮10被引起以不同的速度旋转,在第二位置,锁定机构经由行星式齿轮将发动机输出轴固定地连接到变速箱输入轴。
以上提及的部件和表征的特征在本发明的范围内可以在提及的各种实施方式之间被结合。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于车辆的推进装置,所述装置(2)包括燃烧发动机(4)的输出轴(14)、变速箱(8)的输入轴(27)、包括定子(24)和转子(26)在内的电机(6)、包括可移动部件(18,20,22)的行星式齿轮(10)、以及能够在第一和第二位置之间移动的锁定机构(38),在第一位置,发动机输出轴(14)和变速箱输入轴(27)被允许经由行星式齿轮(10)以不同的速度旋转,而在第二位置,锁定机构(38)经由行星式齿轮(10)将发动机输出轴(14)固定地连接到变速箱输入轴(27),其特征在于,发动机的输出轴(14)被连接到行星式齿轮的太阳轮(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的推进装置,其特征在于,锁定机构(38)设有至少一个接头(40),所述接头在第一位置接合行星式齿轮(10)的第一可移动部件(18,20,22),并且在第二位置还接合行星式齿轮(10)的第二可移动部件(18,20,22)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的推进装置,其特征在于,第一和第二可移动部件(18,20,22)具有凹部(42,44),至少一个接头(40)被配置成接合在所述凹部中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的推进装置,其特征在于,第二可移动部件(18,20,22)中的凹部(42,44)具有周向延伸部,所述周向延伸部大于接头(40)横向于其纵轴的延伸部。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的推进装置,其特征在于,第一可移动部件(18,20,22)被连接到变速箱输入轴(27),而第二可移动部件(18,20,22)被连接到发动机输出轴(14)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的推进装置,其特征在于,第一可移动部件是行星轮轴架(22),而第二可移动部件是太阳轮(18)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的推进装置,其特征在于,在第一和第二位置之间移动期间,锁定机构(38)能够沿变速箱输入轴(27)或发动机输出轴(14)轴向移位。
8.根据权利要求7所述的推进装置,其特征在于,拨叉(53)被设置成使锁定机构(38)在第一和第二位置之间移动。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的推进装置,其特征在于,锁定机构(38)的形式是环形套筒(46),所述环形套筒基本同心地围绕变速箱输入轴(27)的一部分(47)或发动机输出轴(14)的一部分(49)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的推进装置,其特征在于,发动机输出轴(14)、电机转子(26)、变速箱输入轴(27)以及环形套筒(46)被布置成绕共用旋转轴线(48)旋转。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的推进装置,其特征在于,控制单元(55)配置成控制电机(6),以使得在某些适当操作情况下,所述电机使用被存储的电能以将驱动力供应到变速箱输入轴(27),并且在其它操作情况下,所述电机使用变速箱输入轴(27)的动能以产生和存储电能。
12.一种控制推进装置的方法,所述推进装置包括燃烧发动机(4)的输出轴(14)、变速箱(8)的输入轴(27)、包括定子(24)和转子(26)在内的电机(6)、以及包括可移动部件(18,20,22)的行星式齿轮(10),其特征在于以下步骤:
a)控制发动机(4)和电机(6),以使得在发动机输出轴(14)和变速箱输入轴(27)之间形成基本无转矩状态,和
b)通过从第一位置移动到第二位置的锁定机构(38)将发动机输出轴(14)和行星式齿轮(10)固定地连接到彼此,在第一位置,发动机输出轴(14)和变速箱输入轴(27)经由行星式齿轮(10)被引起以不同的速度旋转,在第二位置,锁定机构(38)经由行星式齿轮(10)将与行星式齿轮的太阳轮(18)连接的发动机输出轴(14)固定地连接到变速箱输入轴(27)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,锁定机构(38)通过拨叉(53)从第一位置移动到第二位置。
