Abstract

本发明涉及贴合有天然物的复合衣料及其制作 方法。即将天然物夹在两层或数层网状布或穿孔纸 之间,或者是夹在底布与网状布或穿孔纸之间,并通 过粘合剂使它们粘合而构成复合衣料。其制法包括 在网状布或穿孔纸的基底或在底布上涂布粘合剂、在 粘合剂上配置天然物、在天然物上再涂布粘合剂,其 上叠合网状布或穿孔纸作表层,然后加热熨压等工 艺。这种复合衣料富柔软性,易量尺寸和剪裁,可缝 制漂亮的衣物,其中的天然物不易脱落、耐磨损、不变 形也不变质。

Description

本发明涉及一种复合衣料及其制作方法。该复合衣料是将天然存在的物质原样地编入布料而构成的。
众所周知,人类自古以来,曾将天然存在的物质(以下单指天然物的材料而言),例如,把由干鱼类剥下的鱼皮、枯叶、虫类等天然物直接贴在布料上面构成衣料;还有在已粘贴的上述天然物上,再进一步涂布粘合剂成为透明薄片,例如用聚乙烯薄片等进行粘合涂层以构成复合布料。
上述以往的实例中,第一种结构的天然物是裸露在布料上面的,因此这种布料在使用过程中,粘合在它上面的天然物在与外物接触磨损时,有变形,或从布料脱落的危险,此外还有缺乏耐久性等问题。
其次,第二种结构由于天然物上粘合并形成有透明薄片,虽然有耐久性的优点,但是由于是用透明片材涂层于布面,乍一看对于布料与涂层之间夹有天然物的这种结构就会一目了然,而且布料上因此种结构而有折角,所以也有不利于美观与提高时装价值的问题。再者,由于是用透气性差的透明薄片,例如用薄膜状的聚乙烯薄片等,将天然物粘合涂层于布料上,因此当天然物被粘合涂层时,若仍处于未完全干透等状态的话,就会发生天然物变质等问题。此外,由于这种复合材料是在布料上;用薄片等物将天然物密封而构成的,所以这种复合材料缺乏柔软性,不适于制作量取尺寸和裁剪皆要求精细的衣类,如和服、腰带、西服等类衣物。
因此,本发明的目的在于制取能用于制作各类衣物的复合衣料。这种复合衣料中所用的天然物不易剥离、脱落,可发挥其美观与流行性作用,由于有透气性,所以天然物的质量不会发生变化,而且具有柔软性,因此量取尺寸和裁剪皆易,能用于制取各类衣物。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了贴合有下述天然物的复合衣料及其制法。
也就是说,本发明提供的复合衣料是在数层网状布或穿孔纸之间夹有天然物,然后使上述网状布或穿孔纸与天然物相互粘合;或者是在底布与网状布或底布与穿孔纸之间夹入天然物,然后使之相互粘合而构成的。
此外,本发明还提供复合衣料的制作方法,即按照网状布或穿孔纸、天然物、网状布或穿孔纸的顺序;或者按底布、天然物、网状布或穿孔纸的顺序重叠起来,相互粘合而成。其工艺是在基底上涂布粘合剂,在粘合剂上配置天然物,在天然物上再涂布粘合剂,接着叠合表层材料,或者也有天然物不涂布粘合剂,而在表层的一面涂粘合剂,将它叠合于天然物上,然后才进行热压(加热熨压)等工艺。
在几层网状布或穿孔纸之间,或者在底布与网状布或穿孔纸之间,夹入天然物,在保持夹层结构的状态下,用粘合剂粘合并固定于上述布料上。由于天然物夹在当中受到两面保护,所以使用过程中不会发生磨损,可以防止天然物变形或失去其风采等情况发生,因而能够长期使用。
再者,由于透过网状布或穿孔纸可以看到天然物,所以若配合以精心的配置,就可以成为美丽的衣料,同时因富柔软性,故易于剪裁。
下面参照附图;对本发明的实施例加以说明。
图1是本发明的第一实施例,是贴合有天然物的针织物之平面图。基底2是针织物,通常称为针织品,采用图3(a)所示的螺旋式针织,或图3(b)所示的平针式针织品最为合适。针织用纱一般采用装饰用金银线、サマ-ャ-ソ、精纺毛纱、绵纱等普通纱或透明纱,以编织成稍粗网眼的针织品。首先,在基底针织品2上面涂布粘合剂4,如合成树脂粘合剂等,然后在此粘合剂4上配置夹层用的干花6、干叶8、鸟类的羽毛10等天然物N,这些天然物N靠粘合剂而粘合并固定于基底针织物2上。当然,作为天然物N的花和叶都是完全干燥的,而鸟的羽毛则需先除去筋骨等易腐烂的部分。另外天然物N也可以适当染色。
在干花6、干叶8和羽毛10等天然物N上面,和上述一样,无遗漏地再涂布粘合剂4,其上也放置一张表层针织物12。此针织物12与上述基底针织物2一样,也是采用针织品。当天然物N由基底针织物2和表层针织物12完全地夹住,形成夹层状时,若在贴合有天然物的上述材料上用熨斗熨压的话,基底针织物2和表层针织物12就会由粘合剂而互相贴紧,同时天然物N则被压在里表两针织物2和12之间,从而完全地贴合到基底和表层两针织物上。其后,根据需要,可在两针织物的端部缝上缝纫机针迹14,在夹有天然物N的状态下,把基底针织物2、表层针织物12的端部缝合在一起。
此外,Medias针织物可以用各种针织纱,例如用金线或银线纱编织而成,所以若根据所编成的针织物制作衣类的用途,选用相应材料的话,就可以制成所需的衣料。
在本实施例中已就Medias针织物作了说明,当然除了Medias针织物以外,还可以采用其它各种式样的针织物。
图4是用本发明的针织物制成的日本式新娘礼服的平面图。此新娘礼服做得非常漂亮,充分发挥了天然物的特色和风采。按照已经阐明的本发明方法,在基底针织物和表层针织物之间,巧妙地贴合上天然物,并通过粘合剂,使表里两针织物与天然物不剥离,若用这样制成的针织物裁剪缝制衣物的话,日本式新娘礼服当然不用说,就是其它各种衣类也一样能制成具有独特样式的衣物。
虽然本实施例中阐述的是用两张针织物夹住天然物以构成夹层的结构,然而,随着织物之间所夹天然物种类的不同,其表、里针织物的数量当然也可以采用两张以上的合适张数。
下面叙述采用网状布的第2实施例。该网状布的用途比第1实施例叙述的针织物用途更广。
也可以采用图5所示的一般性的网状布18或图6所示的有很多穿孔h的穿孔纸20,代替上面已经阐明的两张针织物,即基底针织物2和表层针织物12。使这些网状布18、穿孔纸20与天然物N粘合而组合在一起的方法与第1实施例完全相同,因此这一部分的说明从略。
本发明的第3实施例可参照图7和图8加以说明。在已说明的第1和第2实施例中,夹住天然物N的表里两面,虽然用的是针织物2、12或网状布18,或穿孔纸20等透气性良好的材料,而采用的天然物N只是放置在织物(包括非织造织物)上,这种放置方法,若从工艺上看,在某些场合下确有其优点。例如,在把夹层用的干花等易碎植物、昆虫等夹入织物的场合。为了适应这些情况,在本发明的第3实施例中,采用织物(包括非织造的织物)作为底布22(基底)。底布22上配置有天然物N,复盖N的材料(表层织物)不用说当然是第1、第2实施例中所采用的针织物2和12,网状布18、穿孔纸20。图7是第3实施例的剖面图。在底布22上涂布粘合剂4,把天然物配置于其上,然后再粘合以选自网状布18、针织物2、12,穿孔纸20中的任何一种材料。
图8是用底布22制作成的复合衣料的平面图。这些复合衣料的制造方法与实施例1和2相同,所以其有关说明亦从略。
在本发明的复合衣料中,从织物表面就可以看到在针织物、网状布、穿孔纸之间或者在底布和针织物、网状布、穿孔纸之间,夹入并粘合好的天然物,将这些天然物再配合以精巧的排列方式,二者相辅相成,就可提供美丽的衣服材料,再者,天然物有表里两面的夹持,从而受到来自外部的保护,因此有耐磨损性优良的效果。此外,由于透气性好,有利于天然物的长期保存;具有柔软性,使量取尺寸和裁剪容易进行,有适合于制作各种衣类的效果。

Claims (7)

1、一种贴合有天然物的复合衣料,它是将天然物夹在数层网状布或穿孔纸之间并使上述网状布或穿孔纸与天然物相互粘合而构成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的贴合有天然物的复合衣料,上述网状布包括针织物(Medias)中各种式样的针织物。
3、一种贴合有天然物的复合衣料的制作方法,包括有下述工艺:在网状布或穿孔纸的内面,即在作为基底的上述网状布或穿孔纸上,涂布粘合剂的工艺;在此粘合剂上面配置天然物,在天然物上再涂布粘合剂的工艺;在上述已涂布有粘合剂的天然物上面,叠合网状布或穿孔纸,然后进行热压(加热熨压)的工艺。
4、一种贴合有天然物的复合衣料,是将天然物夹在底布与网状布或穿孔纸之间,然后使上述底布与网状布或穿孔纸和天然物互相粘合而构成的。
5、根据权利要求4所述的贴合有天然物的复合衣料,上述底布包括织造织物和非织造织物。
6、一种贴合有天然物的复合衣料的制作方法,包括下述工艺:在作为基底的底布上涂布粘合剂的工艺;在该粘合剂上配置天然物,接着在此天然物上涂布粘合剂的工艺,在涂有粘合剂的天然物上叠合以网状布或穿孔纸作为表层,然后进行热压(加热熨压)的工艺。
7、根据权利要求3或6所述的粘合有天然物的复合衣料的制作方法,它还有下述工艺:在已配置于底布上的天然物上面不涂布粘合剂,而在表层的一面涂上粘合剂,将它叠合于天然物上,然后进行热压(加热熨压)的工艺。
