本发明公开了一种鳄鱼肉酶解提取液的制作方法,采用以下步骤:(1)鳄鱼肉:选择新鲜无污染的鳄鱼肉,洗净凉干;(2)加酶:加入鳄鱼肉重量0.3%的酶1006,与鳄鱼肉混合;(3)搅碎:将鳄鱼肉和酶1006充分混合后,放入绞肉机中搅碎;(4)加水:往绞肉机中加入鳄鱼肉相同重量的水,并充分搅拌;(5)酶解:将充分搅拌后的混合液置于在25℃恒温下,并搅拌、酶解30小时;(6)灭酶:将酶解液升温至85℃,恒温10分钟进行灭酶处理;(7)过滤:将灭酶后的酶解液用400目以上过滤,收集滤液,成为鳄鱼肉酶解提取液。所制成的提取液,用于制成各种鳄鱼饮品,供人们适量饮用,容易吸收,方便食用。

本发明涉及一种提取液的制作方法,具体是一种鳄鱼肉酶解提取液的制作方法。
背景技术
鳄鱼肉含有丰富的优良蛋白质和人体必需的氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素及各种微量元素。目前,对鳄鱼肉的利用还仅仅是用于直接食用,还未有深度开发;本发明对鳄鱼肉进行酶解,得到提取液,用于制成各种鳄鱼饮品,容易吸收,方便食用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鳄鱼肉酶解提取液的制作方法,所制成的提取液,用于制成各种鳄鱼饮品,供人们适量饮用,提供优良蛋白质和人体必需的氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素及各种微量元素,容易吸收,方便食用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种鳄鱼肉酶解提取液的制作方法,其特征在于,采用以下步骤:(1)鳄鱼肉:选择新鲜无污染的鳄鱼肉,洗净凉干;(2)加酶:加入鳄鱼肉重量0.3%的酶1006,与鳄鱼肉混合;(3)搅碎:将鳄鱼肉和酶1006充分混合后,放入绞肉机中搅碎;(4)加水:往绞肉机中加入鳄鱼肉相同重量的水,并充分搅拌;(5)酶解:将充分搅拌后的混合液置于在25℃恒温下,并搅拌、酶解30小时;(6)灭酶:将酶解液升温至85℃,恒温10分钟进行灭酶处理;(7)过滤:将灭酶后的酶解液用400目以上过滤,收集滤液,成为鳄鱼肉酶解提取液。
本发明的有益效果是,原料取材容易,制作方法简单易行,容易吸收,方便食用。将鳄鱼肉的功效互补,功效能得到更大发挥。

具体实施方式
实施例1  
一种鳄鱼肉酶解提取液的制作方法,采用以下步骤:(1)鳄鱼肉;(2)加酶;(3)搅碎;(4)加水;(5)酶解;(6)灭酶;(7)过滤。
(1)鳄鱼肉:选择新鲜无污染的鳄鱼肉,洗净凉干;
(2)加酶:加入鳄鱼肉重量0.3%的酶1006,与鳄鱼肉混合;
(3)搅碎:将鳄鱼肉和酶1006充分混合后,放入绞肉机中搅碎;
(4)加水:往绞肉机中加入鳄鱼肉相同重量的水,并充分搅拌;
(5)酶解:将充分搅拌后的混合液置于在25℃恒温下,并搅拌、酶解30小时;
(6)灭酶:将酶解液升温至85℃,恒温10分钟进行灭酶处理;
(7)过滤:将灭酶后的酶解液用400目以上过滤,收集滤液,成为鳄鱼肉酶解提取液。
