本发明提出了面条烘干房，包括房子，房子设有一个进出门，房子内设有面条挂架，房子的墙壁四周设有换热管道，换热管道内充满了液压油，换热管道的两端分别是进油口、回油口，在房子外设有加热炉，加热炉的储油容器连接一个抽吸泵，抽吸泵与换热管道的进油口连接，换热管道的回油口通过管道至加热炉的储油容器，从而实现液压油的循环；在房子内的底面上沿长度方向设有通风道，通风道的侧壁设有多个风门；通风道伸出房子外的一端设有抽风扇，抽风扇与烟囱连接。本发明通过加热后的液压油换热烘干面条，可以稳定控制烘干温度，通过换热管道的风门开闭的数量控制空气湿度，烘干后的面条含水量均匀，保证了面条品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及面条烘干装置，尤其是面条烘干房。
背景技术
在面条的加工中，普遍采用的是电热烘箱烘干，这种烘干虽然时间短，但是烘干效果不好，容易造成外干内湿的情况，面条容易回潮，影响保质期。
还有一种是采用热风烘干面条，温度及湿度不易控制，面条含水量不均匀。
发明内容
为了控制面条烘干温度及湿度，保证面条含水量均匀，本发明提出面条烘干房。
为此，本发明的技术方案为：面条烘干房，包括房子，房子设有一个进出门，房子内设有面条挂架，其特征在于：房子的墙壁四周设有换热管道，换热管道内充满了液压油，换热管道的两端分别是进油口、回油口，在房子外设有加热炉，加热炉的储油容器连接一个抽吸泵，抽吸泵与换热管道的进油口连接，换热管道的回油口通过管道至加热炉的储油容器，从而实现液压油的循环；
 在房子内的底面上沿长度方向设有通风道，通风道的侧壁设有多个风门；通风道伸出房子外的一端设有抽风扇，抽风扇与烟囱连接。
有益效果：本发明通过加热后的液压油换热烘干面条，可以稳定控制烘干温度，通过换热管道的风门开闭的数量控制空气湿度，一般在18-40小时的时间内完成面条烘干，烘干后的面条含水量均匀，保证了面条品质。

如图1所示，进一步描述本发明如下：面条烘干房，包括房子1，房子设有一个进出门（图中没有表示出来），房子内设有面条挂架2，房子的墙壁四周设有换热管道3，换热管道内充满了液压油，换热管道的两端分别是进油口4、回油口5，在房子外设有加热炉7，加热炉7的储油容器连接一个抽吸泵6，抽吸泵6与换热管道的进油口4连接，换热管道的回油口5通过管道至加热炉7的储油容器，从而实现液压油的循环；在房子内的地面上沿长度方向设有通风道8，通风道的侧壁设有多个风门9；通风道伸出房子外的一端设有抽风扇10，抽风扇与烟囱11连接。
