技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烘干箱,特别涉及一种蓄电池专用烘干箱。
背景技术
烘干箱用于工厂和科研单位聚合物材料烘干、树脂固化、制药、]烤漆、电子、电镀、制药、印刷烘培、电机烘干、变压器烘干、工业热处理、消毒以及加热,保温等工艺设备之用。
一般蓄电池生产烘干箱采用型钢和薄板形成后焊接而成,工作室内可做试品搁板和小车,工作室与箱体外壳之间充有绝热性好的保温层。鼓风装置能使工作室内被加热的空气强制对流,提高了箱内的温度均匀性能。通常市面上的烘干箱大多是使用散热片进行加热,使得整个箱体温度升高实现整体加热烘干。这种烘干箱在使用过程中,若需要把箱门打开,温度就会骤然降低,降低发热效果,从而导致烘干效果下降,且整体加热的方式不够节能;而且蓄电池片生产过程中需要涂剂和浸酸,蓄电池烘干的过程中往往会使得烘干箱内的湿气过重,烘干效果不佳,烘干质量下降。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种蓄电池专用烘干箱,采用上下螺旋发热辊筒进行加热的方式,改善发热效果,采用排风管道,做到烘干机构内部有效干燥,提高烘干质量。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种蓄电池专用烘干箱,包括箱体,其中,所述箱体内部设有两个螺旋发热辊筒,所述螺旋发热辊筒分别横向设置于箱体内部顶部与底部,所述螺旋发热辊筒呈轴对称设置,所述螺旋发热辊筒呈圆柱形,所述螺旋发热辊筒外表面设有螺旋形发热板;所述箱体内部中间位置设有排风通道,所述排风通道一端连接抽风机,所述所述排风通道为圆柱形排风管,所述排风管顶部与底部设有多个出风口,所述出风口在所述排风管上呈上下对称设置,所述出风口与所述排风管所呈夹角A为25度。

上述一种蓄电池专用烘干箱,其中,优选地,所述出风口数量为50个。
有益效果:1、通过上下螺旋发热辊筒同时在箱体内加热进行,加热时螺旋发热辊筒旋转在箱体内旋转加热,发热效果均匀且稳定,即使工作时把箱体门打开温度也不会降低,有效减少能耗。
2、箱体内部中间位置设有排风通道,在箱体内通风排气,可大大降低箱体内部湿度,大大提高烘干效果;多个出风口设计,可大大改善降湿效果,出风口独特的上下分布设置,从多个角度对箱体内部进行吹风,有效做到箱体内除湿效果。
3、当出风口与排风管所呈夹角A为25度,排风管道的出风效果最佳,其达到的除湿效果最好。

如图所示,一种蓄电池专用烘干箱,包括箱体1,其中,所述箱体1内部设有两个螺旋发热辊筒2,所述螺旋发热辊筒2分别横向设置于箱体1内部顶部与底部,所述螺旋发热辊筒2呈轴对称设置,所述螺旋发热辊筒2呈圆柱形,所述螺旋发热辊筒2外表面设有螺旋形发热板21;所述箱体1内部中间位置设有排风通道3,所述排风通道3一端连接抽风机4,所述排风通道3为圆柱形排风管3,所述排风管3顶部与底部设有多个出风口31,所述出风口31在所述排风管3上呈上下对称设置,所述出风口31与所述排风管3所呈夹角A为25度。所述出风口31数量为30-50个。优选地,所述出风口31数量为50个。
