技术领域
本发明涉及表面镀膜技术领域,具体涉及一种通过表面涂覆方法提高薄膜表面镀铝牢度的方法,它不仅可以用来制备各种特殊力学性能(如超硬、高耐蚀、耐热和抗氧化等)的薄膜涂层,而且还可用来制备各种功能薄膜材料和装饰薄膜涂层等。
背景技术
大多数塑料薄膜包装材料的分子结构中基本没有极性基团或只带有弱极性基团,临界表面张力小,惰性较强,是典型的非极性高分子材料,镀铝层,油墨对其表面的润湿性和亲和性差,两者分子间作用力非常弱。
镀铝膜的附着力通过胶粘带剥离和划痕仪进行测量,目前我们常用的都是通过对薄膜表面进行电晕处理的方法来提高其表面张力已达到镀铝层的附着力,但是其镀铝牢度不能保持持久,特别是在当今生活节奏快速发展的今天,真空包装得到了极大的普及,但是真空包装须经高温杀菌等后处理,这时往往很容易造成造成镀铝层的脱落。
所以解决薄膜表面张力,提高镀铝牢度是包装薄膜生产企业急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种操作简单,能够提高产品质量通过表面涂覆方法提高薄膜表面镀铝牢度的方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种通过表面涂覆方法提高薄膜表面镀铝牢度的方法,用网纹辊将涂覆材料均匀的涂覆在薄膜的表面上,所述涂覆材料由以下重量的组分组成,
各组分的最佳配比为:
所述网纹辊规格为深度12μm,80线。
本发明的有益效果是:采用以上组分组成的底层涂料,用网纹辊(网纹辊规格:深度12μm,80线)均匀的涂覆在薄膜的表面上,实验结果表明薄膜的附着力得到很大的提高,铝膜结合的非常牢固,可以极大地提高镀铝膜的附着力。
