本发明的目的是提供一种改进型密炼机压料装置,包括横梁、推杆、横梁两端设置有液压油缸,推杆下方连接有上顶栓,所述横梁通过推杆与上顶栓连接,推杆上部设置有导向销,密炼机的上部设置有缓冲导向座。本发明结构简单,通过设置倒三角形的横梁,增加横梁的结构稳定性和承载能力,节省了设备空间,同时也减轻了压料过程中整个运动部件的重量,降低了油缸带动上顶栓上下运动的油耗,并采用导向销代替传统的导向柱机构,当上顶栓在没有接触到胶料的空行程运动时,没有导向柱与横梁之间的摩擦力,使得运行更加自如,减少能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶密炼机的送料加压装置,尤其涉及一种改进型密炼机压料装置。
背景技术
压料装置安装于密炼机的上方,作用是将物料压入密炼室中,并在炼胶过程中给物料一定的压力。密炼机是炼胶工序过程中的关键设备,也是耗能最大的设备,为了相应国家号召,节省能源消耗,降低企业生产成本,密炼机的节能问题显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明提供一种改进型密炼机压料装置,通过设置倒三角形的横梁,增加横梁的结构稳定性和承载能力,节省了设备空间,同时也减轻了压料过程中整个运动部件的重量,降低了油缸带动上顶栓上下运动的油耗,并采用导向销代替传统的导向柱机构,当上顶栓接触到胶料后,导向销插入缓冲导向座,既可以保障炼胶机密封,又增加了炼胶时压料装置的稳定性;当上顶栓在没有接触到胶料的空行程运动时,没有导向柱与横梁之间的摩擦力,使得运行更加自如,减少能耗。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于胶块的加料装置,包括横梁、推杆、横梁两端设置有液压油缸,推杆下方连接有上顶栓,所述横梁通过推杆与上顶栓连接,推杆上部设置有导向销,液压油缸设置于密炼室外部左右两侧,密炼机的上部设置有缓冲导向座。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述横梁为倒三角型结构。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述上顶栓底部呈圆锥形或弧形,且上部设置有一或二个斜面。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种改进型密炼机压料装置,包括横梁1、推杆2、横梁1两端设置有液压油缸3,推杆2下方连接有上顶栓4,所述横梁1通过推杆2与上顶栓4连接,推杆2上部设置有导向销5,液压油缸3设置于密炼室6外部左右两侧,密炼室6的上部设置有缓冲导向座7。所述横梁1为倒三角型结构。所述上顶栓4底部呈圆锥形,且上部设置有一个斜面,减缓物料对上顶栓的反作用力,以便堆积的物料能落入密炼室内。
本实施例结构简单,通过设置倒三角形的横梁1,增加横梁1的结构稳定性和承载能力,节省了设备空间,同时也减轻了压料过程中整个运动部件的重量,降低了液压油缸3带动上顶栓4上下运动的油耗,并采用导向销5代替传统的导向柱机构,当上顶栓4接触到胶料后,导向销5插入缓冲导向座7,既可以保障炼胶室6密封,又增加了炼胶时压料装置的稳定性;当上顶栓4在没有接触到胶料的空行程运动时,没有导向柱与横梁之间的摩擦力,使得运行更加自如,减少能耗。并且通过上顶栓4的斜面设计和圆锥形底端,减缓物料对上顶栓4的反作用力,以便堆积的物料能落入密炼室内。

1.一种改进型密炼机压料装置,包括横梁(1)、推杆(2),横梁(1)两端设置有液压油缸(3),推杆(2)下方连接有上顶栓(4),其特征在于:所述横梁(1)通过推杆(2)与上顶栓(4)连接,推杆(2)上部设置有导向销(5),液压油缸(3)设置于密炼室(6)外部左右两侧,密炼室(6)的上部设置有缓冲导向座(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种改进型密炼机压料装置,其特征在于:所述横梁(1)为倒三角型结构。
