Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种可减小物料对压锤体底部的撞击力的密炼机中的压锤装置,包括:设置在混炼室顶部进料口处的压锤体以及设置在压锤体上方的压杆,所述的压锤体包括:支座,支座的底部设置有伸出凸台,支座与伸出凸台形成T字形结构,伸出凸台与进料口两侧的机壁之间分别设置有滑块,滑块与支座之间设置有缓冲部件,并且,缓冲部件的顶部和底部分别与支座和滑块相连。本实用新型中的滑块具有弹性,大大减小了物料对滑块的反冲力,使得物料不容易粘在滑块上,从而确保了物料在焜炼室能够充合混合,大大提高了混合效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到密炼机,尤其涉及到密炼机中的压锤装置。
背景技术
目前,密炼机中的压锤装置,其结构比较简单,包括:活动设置在混炼室顶部进料口处的压锤体以及设置在压锤体上方的压杆,压杆通常为气缸的活塞杆。密炼机的工作原理为:通过混炼室中的一对转子作向内的相对转动,对混炼室中的物料进行混合。在实际使用过程中,由于压锤体的底部没有设置任何缓冲机构,密炼机在混炼橡胶物料时,物料碰撞压锤体底部会产生很大的反冲力,长时间混炼后,橡胶物料就会在压锤体底部接触面上形成硬块,致使部分物料不能很均匀的混合,影响混合效果。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可减小物料对压锤体底部的撞击力的密炼机中的压锤装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:密炼机中的压锤装置,包括:活动设置在混炼室顶部进料口处的压锤体以及设置在压锤体上方的压杆,所述的压锤体包括:支座,支座的底部设置有伸出凸台,支座与伸出凸台形成T字形结构,伸出凸台与进料口两侧的机壁之间分别设置有滑块,滑块与支座之间设置有缓冲部件,并且,缓冲部件的顶部和底部分别与支座和滑块相连。
所述的缓冲部件为弹簧。
所述的缓冲部件为油压缸。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型中伸出凸台两侧的滑块与支座之间设置有缓冲部件,使得滑块具有弹性,大大减小了物料对滑块的反冲力,使得物料不容易粘在滑块上,从而确保了物料在混炼室能够充分混合,大大提高了混合效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细描述本实用新型的具体实施方案。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的密炼机中的压锤装置,包括:活动设置在混炼室1顶部进料口处的压锤体以及设置在压锤体上方的压杆2,如图2所示,压锤体包括:支座3,支座3的底部设置有伸出凸台4,支座3与伸出凸台4形成T字形结构,伸出凸台4与进料口两侧机壳8的内壁即机壁之间分别设置有滑块5,滑块5与支座3之间设置有弹簧6,并且,弹簧6的顶部和底部分别与支座3和滑块5相连。除了用弹簧6作为缓冲部件外,还可以用油压缸9作为缓冲部件——参见图3所示。
使用时,压杆2在动力的驱动下向上移,露出进料口,物料从露出的进料口中进入混炼室1,然后,压杆2复位,盖住混炼室1的进料口,混炼室1中的一对转子7作向内的相对转动,对物料进行混合。

1.密炼机中的压锤装置,包括:活动设置在混炼室顶部进料口处的压锤体以及设置在压锤体上方的压杆,其特征在于:所述的压锤体包括:支座,支座的底部设置有伸出凸台,支座与伸出凸台形成T字形结构,伸出凸台与进料口两侧的机壁之间分别设置有滑块,滑块与支座之间设置有缓冲部件,并且,缓冲部件的顶部和底部分别与支座和滑块相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密炼机中的压锤装置,其特征在于:所述的缓冲部件为弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密炼机中的压锤装置,其特征在于:所述的缓冲部件为油压缸。
