Abstract

本发明公开了一种浮动式单向双杆气缸。它包括缸体和设于缸体内的活塞，活塞上设有第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆，活塞上部设有铰链压板，所述的第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆的后部各自穿过活塞后对着铰链压板。本发明通过安装在活塞上的铰链压板自动控制第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆，实现对于有相邻很近的两个点能够分别同时压紧的作用。具有操作简单，协同性好且制造成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于机械结构中的一种浮动双点夹紧装置，具体地说是一种用于两点间间距小但须同时作用的机械机构。
背景技术
现有机械机构，当需要两点同时作用一般采用双气缸，如果两点间距小，使用双气缸机构或者别的机械装置，就会变得很复杂，制造成本增加。              
发明内容
    本发明的目的是设计出一种浮动式单向双杆气缸。
本发明要解决的是在两点间距小，使用双气缸机构或者别的机械装置，结构复杂，难以保证同时压紧及制造成本高的问题。
本发明的技术方案是：它包括缸体和设于缸体内的活塞，活塞上设有第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆，活塞上部设有铰链压板，所述的第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆的后部各自穿过活塞后对着铰链压板。
  本发明的优点是：本发明通过安装在活塞上的铰链压板控制第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆，实现对相邻很近的两个点分别同时压紧的作用。具有操作简单，协同性好且制造成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示，本发明包括缸体1和设于缸体内的活塞9，活塞9上设有第一活塞杆7和第二活塞杆8，活塞9上部设有铰链压板2，所述的第一活塞杆7和第二活塞杆8的后部各自穿过活塞后对着铰链压板2。
铰链压板2底部二侧设有压头3、压头12，第一活塞杆7和第二活塞杆8的后端顶在对应各自的压头3、压头12上。
第一活塞杆8后端设有第一限位垫圈4，第二活塞杆8后设有第二限位垫圈11，第一限位垫圈4与活塞9之间留有第一浮动间隔5，第二限位垫圈11与活塞9之间留有第二浮动间隔10。

Claims (3)

1.一种浮动式单向双杆气缸，包括缸体和设于缸体内的活塞，其特征在于活塞上设有第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆，活塞上部设有铰链压板，所述的第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆的后部各自穿过活塞后对着铰链压板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮动式单向双杆气缸，其特征在于铰链压板底部二侧设有二个压头，第一活塞杆和第二活塞杆的后端顶在对应各自的压头上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浮动式单向双杆气缸，其特征在于第一活塞杆后端设有第一限位垫圈，第二活塞杆后设有第二限位垫圈，第一限位垫圈与活塞之间留有第一浮动间隔，第二限位垫圈与活塞之间留有第二浮动间隔。
