背景技术
[0002] 托盘、螺母和锚杆是边坡、遂道和矿井用的支护材料。通常的边坡支护常采用钢托盘、钢螺母和钢锚杆,但在矿井,特别是煤矿中如果使用钢托盘、钢螺母和钢锚杆很容易与采煤机的旋转刀碰撞产生火花造成瓦斯爆炸。因此,目前在煤矿中常采用高强度工程塑料制成的塑料托盘、塑料螺母和塑料锚杆。目前的塑料托盘用于煤矿生产,虽然在与采煤机的旋转刀碰撞后不会产生火花,可提高井下安全。但塑料托盘的强度总还是不如钢托盘,因此目前逐步采用玻璃钢托盘来替代现有的塑料托盘。玻璃钢托盘是通过压力机模压成型的, 如购置压力机,成本太高。

[0016] 实施例。本实用新型如图1所示。一种玻璃钢托盘的模压装置,包括支架1,支架1 上设有工作平台15,工作平台15上设有下模5 ;工作平台15经支柱6与支撑板7连接;支撑板7上方与压力缸8的缸体连接,压力缸8与下模5同轴,压力缸8的活塞杆穿过支撑板 7与上模13连接。工作平台15底部设有顶出油缸2,顶出油缸2的活塞杆与位于下模5的中心孔中。所述压力缸8和顶出油缸2经液压管9与液压站16连接。所述下模5经压板3 和螺钉4与工作平台15固定。下模5和上模13上设有加热装置14。所述工作平台15 — 侧设有滑槽11,滑槽11上设有接近开关12,滑槽11上设有与上模13连接的感应杆10。

[0018] 本实用新型在具体实施时,下模5底部是与玻璃钢托盘17上表面的形状相对应的阴模,用于成型玻璃钢托盘17的上表面。上模13的底面为平面,用于成形玻璃钢托盘17 的底。玻璃钢托盘17的厚度由下模5和上模13的基准面确定,以下模5周围的环形面为基准面,当上模13底部的环形基准面与下模5的环形面为基准面接触后,上模不能继续下行,此时玻璃钢托盘17的厚度为设计厚度。接近开关12与感应杆10配合,用于限定上模 13上行的最高点,即压力缸8的活塞行程。上模13和下模5上的加热装置14可以是套在上模13或下模5外面的环形的加热器,也可以是安装在模13或下模5内的加热管。当压力缸8的活塞向上运行时,顶出油缸2工作,将已经压制好的玻璃钢托盘17顶出。

1. 一种玻璃钢托盘的模压装置,其特征在于:包括支架(1),支架(1)上设有工作平台 (15),工作平台(15)上设有下模(5);工作平台(15)经支柱(6)与支撑板(7)连接;支撑板(7)上方与压力缸(8)的缸体连接,压力缸(8)与下模(5)同轴,压力缸(8)的活塞杆穿过支撑板(7)与上模(1¾连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述玻璃钢托盘的模压装置,其特征在于:所述工作平台(15)底部设有顶出油缸O),顶出油缸O)的活塞杆位于下模(5)的中心孔中。
