Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种密炼机压料装置,包括导向杆、推杆、上顶栓,所述上顶栓上方设置有横梁,横梁上设置有导向孔,导向杆穿过横梁的导向孔,上顶栓通过推杆与横梁连接,横梁下方设置有液压油缸,液压油缸上端的活塞杆与横梁的左右两端连接,液压油缸的下端固定在密炼机机体上,液压油缸可带动横梁上下运动。本发明结构简单,通过设置液压油缸驱动上顶栓上下运动,从而对胶料施压,且增设两个导向杆穿过横梁对上顶栓起导向作用,从而保证上顶栓平稳升降,使得压料装置受力合理性,并且通过上顶栓的斜面设计和圆锥形底端,减缓物料对上顶栓的反作用力,进一步保障压料装置受力合理性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶密炼机的送料加压装置,尤其涉及一种密炼机压料装置。
背景技术
压料装置安装于密炼机的上方,作用是将物料压入密炼室中,并在炼胶过程中给物料一定的压力。随着密炼机在国内外橡胶工业的逐渐推广使用,对改善橡胶的性能、提高橡胶制品都具有重要意义,随着高速高压密炼机的出现,对压料装置的要求也越来越高,压料装置受力不合理,易影响炼胶机的整体性能,因此解决如何提高压料装置受力合理性的问题显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明提供一种密炼机压料装置,通过设置两个导向杆穿过横梁对横梁其导向作用,从而保证上顶栓平稳升降,使得压料装置受力合理性,并且通过上顶栓的斜面设计和圆锥形底端,减缓物料对上顶栓的反作用力,进一步保障压料装置受力合理性。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于胶块的加料装置,包括导向杆、推杆、上顶栓,所述上顶栓上方设置有横梁,横梁上设置有导向孔,导向杆穿过横梁的导向孔,上顶栓通过推杆与横梁连接,横梁下方设置有液压油缸,液压油缸上端的活塞杆与横梁的左右两端连接,液压油缸的下端固定在密炼机机体上,液压油缸可带动横梁上下运动。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述导向杆为两个。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述上顶栓为中空铸造件,其底部呈圆锥形,且圆锥位置堆焊有硬质合金。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述上顶栓上部设置有一或二个斜面。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,通过设置液压油缸驱动上顶栓上下运动,从而对胶料施压,且增设两个导向杆穿过横梁对上顶栓起导向作用,从而保证上顶栓平稳升降,使得压料装置受力合理性,并且通过上顶栓的斜面设计和圆锥形底端,减缓物料对上顶栓的反作用力,进一步保障压料装置受力合理性。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种密炼机压料装置,包括导向杆1、推杆2、上顶栓3,所述上顶栓3上方设置有横梁4,横梁4上设置有导向孔,导向杆1穿过横梁4的导向孔,上顶栓3通过推杆2与横梁4连接,推杆2与横梁4通过螺栓连接,横梁4下方设置有液压油缸5,液压油缸5上端的活塞杆与横梁4的左右两端连接,液压油缸5的下端固定在密炼机机体上;液压油缸5可带动横梁4上下运动,从而带动上顶栓3上下运动。所述导向杆1为两个。所述上顶栓3为中空铸造件,以便于通入冷却水;其底部呈圆锥形,减缓物料对上顶栓的反作用力;且圆锥位置堆焊有硬质合金,增强上顶栓的使用寿命。所述上顶栓3上部设置有二个斜面,以便堆积的物料能落入密炼室内。
本实施例通过设置液压油缸5驱动上顶栓3上下运动,从而对胶料施压,且增设两个导向杆1穿过横梁4对上顶栓3起导向作用,从而保证上顶栓3平稳升降,使得压料装置受力合理性,并且通过上顶栓3的斜面设计和圆锥形底端,减缓物料对上顶栓3的反作用力,进一步保障压料装置受力合理性。

1.一种密炼机压料装置,包括安装于支架上的导向杆(1)、推杆(2)、上顶栓(3),其特征在于:所述上顶栓(3)上方设置有横梁(4),横梁(4)上设置有导向孔,导向杆(1)穿过横梁(4)的导向孔,上顶栓(3)通过推杆(2)与横梁(4)连接,横梁(4)下方设置有液压油缸(5),液压油缸(5)上端的活塞杆与横梁(4)的左右两端连接,液压油缸(5)的下端固定在密炼机机体上,液压油缸(5)可带动横梁(4)上下运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种密炼机压料装置,其特征在于:所述导向杆(1)为两个。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种密炼机压料装置,其特征在于:所述上顶栓(3)为中空铸造件,其底部呈圆锥形,且圆锥位置堆焊有硬质合金。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的一种密炼机压料装置,其特征在于:所述上顶栓(3)上部设置有斜面。
