背景技术
随着现代社会的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们的日常饮食营养不断提高,但多存在营养结构不合理的问题,导致目前我国“三高”病人日益增多。国家卫生部门最近一项调查结果公布了高血压病患病率的严重情况:与十多年前相比,我国高血压患病率明显上升,以此病高发的35~74岁年龄段高血压患病率及2000年我国总人口构成推算,高达27.2%,我国目前高血压患者已达1.3亿,这一数字也使我国成为世界上高血压病症最严重的国家。因此,具有一定降血压功效的保健饮料深受人们的欢迎。
高血脂与三大疾病的关联:糖类摄入过多-→高血脂→动脉粥样硬化→高血压→又可加重动脉粥样硬化;高血脂→副交感神经→肾排盐能力下降→高血压;高血脂→副交感神经→胰岛素抵抗→糖尿病;高血脂→副交感神经→胰岛素抵抗→(8~10年)→癌症;高血脂→副交感神经→胰岛素抵抗→心率升高→高血压;高血脂-→副交感神经→胰岛素抵抗→交感神经兴奋→血管收缩→高血压。目前三大疾病(高血压、糖尿病、癌症)的诊断,通过临床症状及相关检测结果,已不难做出诊断,但治疗上仍比较棘手,而且发病呈逐年上升的趋势,有的患者需要终生服药,有的患者服了很多药物治疗,效果并不理想。
究其原因与我们的生活方式、饮食习惯和食物搭配有直接关系(病从口入),要想获得健康,应该改变生活习惯。《中国居民膳食指南》指出:当前我国居民的膳食存在着诸多不合理的问题,其中包括维生素A、维生素B族和钙的摄入量普遍不足,部分居民膳食中谷类书类蔬菜所占比例明显下降,油脂和动物性食物摄入过多,能量过剩,肥胖在人群众日益突出,与膳食不合理有关的慢性病如新血管疾病、脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤等的患病率与日俱增,食品卫生问题仍有待改善,《中国居民膳食指南》建议我们合理膳食,改善饮食结构及不健康的生活方式,做好宣传教育工作,预防为主。
人类高血压血脂症的发病率也愈来愈多,而高血压血脂引起的心脑血管疾病也随之而来。高脂血症发生率为5%~36%,调查对象体力活动少、胆固醇摄入量高、脂肪供热比高可能是血脂水平较高的重要原因,因此在营养方面应提倡保持以植物性食物为主的传统膳食结构,并强调食品多样化和平衡膳食以及合理搭配动物性食品,避免过多零食及油炸食品,以维持血脂在理想水平,防止“富裕病”的发生。目前高血脂症正被人们所日益接受、重视。所以高血脂的治疗仅靠西药有时效果是不够理想的,而且副作用也较大,配合适当的中药、饮食治疗往往能得到满意的疗效,故建议血脂异常者应及时作饮食调整或适当治疗。

鱼腥草别名侧耳根,为三白草科蕺菜属多年生草本植物,其味辛、性微寒,入肺经,具有清热解毒、消痈排脓、利尿通淋等功效。
藠头为百合科多年生草本植物薤的地下鳞茎,又名薤白,方言称三白,是一种药食同源的作物。中医认为藠头性温,味辛、苦,归肺、胃、大肠经,具有通阳散结,行气导滞的功效,用于胸痹胸痛,泻痢后重。据《本经》记载:藠头“治金疮疮败,轻身者不饥耐老”、“治少阴病阙逆泄痢,及胸瘅刺痛,下气,散血,安胎。”。

每组分别选择30例患者进行试验,其中男15例,女15例;年龄41~85岁,平均62.5岁;平均病程10.2年。所有患者诊断均符合全国心血管疾病防治会议的诊断标准及分期条件。诊断标准:血压持续或>3次非同日收缩压≥140mmHg(1mmHg=0.1333kPa)和(或)舒张压≥90mmHg即可诊断高血压病。治疗方法:取实施例1-3所得的保健饮料一瓶,每瓶约300ml,一日服用三次,每次一瓶,30天为1个疗程,同时嘱患者劳逸结合,限盐,注意饮食,控制体重,加强体育锻炼,戒烟酒等。试验2个月后进行检查,统计显效、有效、无效的病患数,计算其总有效率(%),同时临床观察有无发生高血压病并发症。疗效标准:参照卫生部颁布的《药物临床研究指导原则》。①显效:舒张压下降≥10mmHg并降至正常,或下降20mmHg以上者;②有效:舒张压下降未达10mmHg,但已降至正常,或下降10~19mmHg或收缩压下降≥30mmHg;③无效:未达上述水平者。试验结果见表1。

试验结果表明:实施例1-3对高血压均有很好的疗效。
试验例2高血脂测定
每组分别选择高血脂患者30例进行试验,取实施例1-3所得的保健饮料一瓶,每袋约300ml,分别于早、中、晚饭前各饮用一瓶,重复以上操作,一日至少三次,亦可不限次数,于口渴时随意饮用。30天为1个疗程,同时嘱患者劳逸结合,限盐,注意饮食,控制体重,加强体育锻炼,戒烟酒等。试验60天后进行检查,统计显效、有效、无效的病患数,计算其总有效率(%)。疗效标准:①显效:临床症状基本消失,血清胆固醇及甘油叁酯恢复正常或其下降值>40mg%。②有效:临床症状有所改善,血清胆固醇、甘油叁酯下降值≥20mg%。③无效:临床症状略有改善或无改善,血清胆固醇、甘油叁酯下降值在20mg%以下。试验结果见表2。

试验结果表明:实施例1-3对高血脂均有很好的疗效。
Claims (4)
1.一种预防或治疗高血压高血脂的保健饮料,其特征在于,
由基于重量份计的侧耳根1-10份、葡萄籽1-10份、金银花1-10份、柿子1-10份、山楂1-10份、黑木耳1-10份、藠头1-10份、芹菜1-10份,再加水10-1000份,煎煮2-5小时制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健饮料,其特征在于,所述保健饮料还经过包括过滤、高温灭菌和灌装。
3.一种制备预防或治疗高血压高血脂的保健饮料的方法,其特征在于,由基于重量份计的侧耳根1-10份、葡萄籽1-10份、金银花1-10份、柿子1-10份、山楂1-10份、黑木耳1-10份、藠头1-10份、芹菜1-10份,再加水10-1000份,煎煮2-5小时制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备预防或治疗高血压高血脂的保健饮料的方法,其特征在于,还包括过滤、高温灭菌和灌装。
