Abstract

背景技术
作用在压紧单元上的、具有通过制动缸的液压或气动操作的多活塞盘式制动器在不同的设计方案中是已知的。
专利文件DE102009013005B3描述了这种双活塞盘式制动器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,特别是在部件数量和稳固性方面,提供改进的多活塞盘式制动器。
这一目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的多活塞盘式制动器来实现。
因此,多活塞盘式制动器包括:搭接制动盘的制动钳;至少两个冲头,为了将压紧力在制动盘的方向上施加在至少一个制动衬片上,冲头能运动地布置在制动钳中;压板,该压板与至少两个冲头耦接;压紧单元,该压紧单元具有带有调整装置的压力管、桥接器和杠杆。多活塞盘式制动器的特征在于,至少两个冲头中的每一个都能轴向移动地安装在与制动钳固定连接的冲头导向装置中。
多活塞盘式制动器将单柱塞式制动器的简易性、稳固性和维修友好性与多活塞操作的优点相结合。零件数量与现有技术相比明显减少。
在一种实施方式中,冲头导向装置布置在底盘中。由此省去了额外的夹具和导向装置。
可以将多活塞盘式制动器的冲头导向装置与底盘设计为一体的。所以得出一种稳固简易的实施方式,其中,可以在制动过程中将冲头中承受的切向力直接以较短的距离通过冲头导向装置导入底盘中。
另外,冲头导向装置可以配备有密封装置,所述密封装置与配属的冲头共同作用。因此,可以实现对制动器内腔的简单有效密封。
特别有利的是,密封装置具有至少一个刮擦件和至少一个密封件,其中,它们被依次布置。
另外提出,至少一个刮擦件布置在底盘的朝向制动衬片的一侧,并且至少一个密封件布置在底盘的背离制动衬片的一侧。因此,可以得出一种简单的布置,该布置也可以额外地简化对密封件的维护和更换工作,因为可以从底盘的背离制动衬片的一侧触碰到至少一个密封件。
在另一种实施方式中,压板通过压力铰链(Druckgelenke)与至少两个冲头耦接,压力铰链能围绕垂直于压紧方向的轴偏转。压力铰链可以具有能简单安装和拆卸的螺栓连接,从而可以实现简单快速的装配和拆除。
在另外一种实施方式中,压板和/或杠杆可以设计为经过加工的锻件或设计为铸件。从而可以特别有利地影响这些构件内部的力线通量变化曲线并实现较长的使用寿命。
还可以实现的是,制动钳中的调整装置能从外部触碰到并进行更换地布置,由此能缩短维护时间。
用于车辆的制动装置可以配备有上述多活塞盘式制动器。
由于压力铰链、压板和在底盘的冲头导向装置中引导的冲头彼此构成冲头的相对刚性的连接,因此也无需冲头与附加构件同步。
由于构件数量少还可以减轻重量。
布置在制动器内腔内部的密封件仅受到较少的污染。另外,能容易地触碰到并且更换密封件。
可以避免所谓的衬片旋出。
可以将压紧单元与用于数量可变的冲头的各种多杆压板一起使用。
可以通过固定地布置在底板中的冲头导向装置减少制动衬片的倾斜磨损。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的多活塞盘式制动器1的实施例的示意性透视分解图。
盘式制动器1在该实施例中是具有两个活塞的多活塞盘式制动器1,所述活塞被设计为冲头6。此处从压紧侧示出盘式制动器1,并且盘式制动器具有制动钳,该制动钳未示出并且其搭接同样未示出的制动盘。在制动盘上在两侧布置有制动衬片2,此处仅示出制动衬片中的在压紧侧的制动衬片2。另一个制动衬片固定在制动钳中。图中简化地示出了制动衬片2,没有示出制动衬片支座。制动钳例如可以是滑动钳。图中没有示出回动弹簧和拉紧弹簧,但是能简单地想到。

压板10具有两个压杆10a,在其底面处(也就是指向冲头6)分别安装有压板铰链部段9。压杆10a垂直于压紧方向并且平行于示出的制动盘的切线方向。压杆10a通过中间部段12彼此连接,并被设计为从所述中间部段分别向外向上反向于压紧方向地弯曲。
压板10的中间部段12具有力导入部段11,并且每个压杆10a在其端部形成压力部段13。

在冲头导向装置5内部,在底盘4中能轴向移动地引导冲头6。另外,在这一实施例中,冲头6在冲头导向装置5中的引导长度约为冲头6的总长度的一半。
冲头导向装置5在此具有圆柱形设计。冲头导向装置的中轴线分别与分别装入的冲头6的中轴线同轴。冲头导向装置5在此与底盘4设计为一体的,其中,指向制动衬片2的部段分别具有几乎与底盘4厚度一致的轴向长度。冲头导向装置5的指向压紧单元的部段分别配有约为底盘4厚度二倍的轴向长度。
冲头导向装置5的密封装置20具有至少一个刮擦件18和至少一个密封件19。在冲头导向装置5的指向制动衬片2的部段中分别形成有导槽,其中装入了刮擦件18。刮擦件18与装入了相应的冲头导向装置5的冲头6的所属外表面共同作用,并与密封件19共同用于对冲头6进行相对于底盘4并因此相对于制动器内腔的密封。
另外,在冲头导向装置5的朝向压紧单元的相应部段中,密封件19与相应的刮擦件18轴向间隔开地布置。在这种实施方式中,从压紧单元侧将密封件装入相应的径向空隙中。该密封件例如可以是相应的活塞密封件。为了维修和更换的目的,可以简便地从压紧单元侧触碰到密封件19。
当然也可以实现密封件和刮擦件的更多其它组合。
在制动操作中,力传递从杠杆16延伸到桥接器15上,桥接器将力导入螺纹管14中。力传递从此处延伸到压板10的中间部段12的力导入部段11上。压板10将力分散到其压杆10a的压力部段13上,压力部段分别通过压力铰链7再将力导入冲头6中并且因此传递到制动衬片2上,同时基于活动制动钳而进一步传递到另一个制动衬片上。所以不需要使冲头6同步。
图4示出根据图1所示的实施例中具有三杆压板10′的构件的透视部分视图;图5示出根据图4所示的三杆压板10′的透视图。
在图4中,压紧单元具有螺纹管14(被压板10′遮盖)、桥接器15和杠杆16。调整装置17被明确示出。
压板10′设计为三杆的,并具有带有力导入部段11′的中间部段12′。力导入部段11′设计为与根据图1所示的具有两个冲头6的实施例的压板中相同,并且同样地通过螺纹管14与压紧单元共同作用。
从中间部段12′以有规律的角距布置三个分别具有压力部段13′的压杆10′a。在此处示出的变体中,压力铰链7的压板铰链部段9′被设计为簧片(如根据图1所示的实施例的柱塞铰链部段8)。
这种三柱塞盘式制动器1的配属的三个冲头6未示出,但是能简单地想到。对此配属的底盘4设计为具有相应数量和布置方式的、带有上述密封装置20的冲头导向装置5。
例如可以将压板10和10′作为铸件或锻件来制造,其中,通过再加工使压板铰链部段9,9′成型。当然也可以采用其它生产方式。
本发明不限于上述实施例。可以在所附的权利要求的范畴内对本发明进行修改。
所以,例如可以以优化的变体方案在铸造技术方面利用相应的硬度优化的成型来生产杠杆16和压板10,10′。由此降低成本和制造费用。

Claims (12)
1.一种多活塞盘式制动器(1)包括:搭接制动盘的制动钳;至少两个冲头(6),为了将压紧力在所述制动盘的方向上施加在至少一个制动衬片(2)上,所述冲头能运动地布置在所述制动钳中;压板(10,10′),所述压板与至少两个所述冲头(6)耦接;压紧单元,所述压紧单元具有带有调整装置(17)的压力管(14)、桥接器(15)和杠杆(16);其特征在于,至少两个所述冲头(6)中的每一个都能轴向移动地安装在与所述制动钳固定连接的冲头导向装置(5)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,所述冲头导向装置(5)布置在底盘(4)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,所述冲头导向装置(5)与所述底盘(4)设计为一体的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,所述冲头导向装置(5)具有密封装置(20),所述密封装置与配属的所述冲头(6)共同作用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,所述密封装置(20)具有至少一个刮擦件(18)和至少一个密封件(19)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,至少一个所述刮擦件(18)布置在所述底盘(4)的朝向所述制动衬片(2)的一侧,并且至少一个所述密封件(19)布置在所述底盘(4)的背离所述制动衬片(2)的一侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,至少一个所述密封件(19)能从所述底盘(4)的背离所述制动衬片(2)的一侧触碰到并进行更换。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,所述压板(10,10′)通过压力铰链(7)与至少两个所述冲头(6)耦接,所述压力铰链能围绕垂直于压紧方向并与所述制动盘的旋转方向相切的轴偏转。
9.根据权利要求8所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,所述压力铰链(7)、所述压板(10,10′)和在所述底盘(4)的所述冲头导向装置(5)中引导的所述冲头(6)彼此构成所述冲头(6)的相对刚性的连接。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,所述压板(10,10′)和/或所述杠杆(16)设计为经过加工的锻件或设计为铸件。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1),其特征在于,所述制动钳中的所述调整装置(17)能从外部触碰到并进行更换地布置。
12.一种用于车辆的制动装置,具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的多活塞盘式制动器(1)。
