Abstract

1. Многопоршневой дисковый тормоз (1), содержащий:тормозной суппорт, охватывающий тормозной диск;по меньшей мере, два нажимных пуансона (6), установленных с возможностью перемещения для передачи стяжного усилия, по меньшей мере, на одну тормозную накладку (2) в направлении тормозного диска в тормозном суппорте;нажимной диск (10, 10'), состыкованный, по меньшей мере, с двумя нажимными пуансонами (6);стяжной механизм, содержащий напорную трубку (14) с компенсатором (17), коромысло (15) и рычаг (16),отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, каждый из двух нажимных пуансонов (6) установлен с возможностью продольного смещения в направляющей (5) нажимного пуансона, жестко соединенной с тормозным суппортом.2. Тормоз по п.1, отличающийся тем, что направляющая (5) нажимного пуансона расположена в опорной плите (4).3. Тормоз по п.2, отличающийся тем, что направляющая (5) нажимного пуансона выполнена монолитно с опорной плитой (4).4. Тормоз по п.3, отличающийся тем, что направляющая (5) нажимного пуансона содержит уплотняющую оснастку (20), выполненную с возможностью взаимодействия с соответствующим нажимным пуансоном (6).5. Тормоз по п.4, отличающийся тем, что уплотняющая оснастка (20) включает, по меньшей мере, грязезащитный элемент (18) и, по меньшей мере, уплотняющий элемент (19).6. Тормоз по п.5, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, грязезащитный элемент (18) расположен на обращенной в сторону тормозной накладки (2) стороне опорной плиты (4), причем, по меньшей мере, уплотняющий элемент (19) расположен на обращенной от тормозной накладки (2) стороне опорной плиты (4).7. Claims (12)

1. Многопоршневой дисковый тормоз (1), содержащий:
тормозной суппорт, охватывающий тормозной диск;
по меньшей мере, два нажимных пуансона (6), установленных с возможностью перемещения для передачи стяжного усилия, по меньшей мере, на одну тормозную накладку (2) в направлении тормозного диска в тормозном суппорте;
нажимной диск (10, 10'), состыкованный, по меньшей мере, с двумя нажимными пуансонами (6);
стяжной механизм, содержащий напорную трубку (14) с компенсатором (17), коромысло (15) и рычаг (16),
отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, каждый из двух нажимных пуансонов (6) установлен с возможностью продольного смещения в направляющей (5) нажимного пуансона, жестко соединенной с тормозным суппортом.
2. Тормоз по п.1, отличающийся тем, что направляющая (5) нажимного пуансона расположена в опорной плите (4).
3. Тормоз по п.2, отличающийся тем, что направляющая (5) нажимного пуансона выполнена монолитно с опорной плитой (4).
4. Тормоз по п.3, отличающийся тем, что направляющая (5) нажимного пуансона содержит уплотняющую оснастку (20), выполненную с возможностью взаимодействия с соответствующим нажимным пуансоном (6).
5. Тормоз по п.4, отличающийся тем, что уплотняющая оснастка (20) включает, по меньшей мере, грязезащитный элемент (18) и, по меньшей мере, уплотняющий элемент (19).
6. Тормоз по п.5, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, грязезащитный элемент (18) расположен на обращенной в сторону тормозной накладки (2) стороне опорной плиты (4), причем, по меньшей мере, уплотняющий элемент (19) расположен на обращенной от тормозной накладки (2) стороне опорной плиты (4).
7. Тормоз по п.6, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, уплотняющий элемент (19) доступен для технического обслуживания и замены с обращенной от тормозной накладки (2) стороны опорной плиты (4).
8. Тормоз по любому из пп.1-7, отличающийся тем, что нажимной диск (10, 10') состыкован, по меньшей мере, с двумя нажимными пуансонами (6) посредством нажимных шарниров (7), выполненных с возможностью проворота вокруг оси, перпендикулярной направлению стягивания и направленной касательно по отношению к направлению вращения тормозного диска.
9. Тормоз по п.8, отличающийся тем, что нажимные шарниры (7), нажимной диск (10, 10') и нажимные пуансоны (6), установленные в направляющих (5) нажимных пуансонов опорной плиты (4), образуют в комбинации относительно неподвижное соединение нажимных пуансонов (6).
10. Тормоз по любому из пп.1-7, отличающийся тем, что нажимной диск (10, 10') и/или рычаг (16) выполнены в виде обработанной кованой или литой детали.
11. Тормоз по любому из пп.1-7, отличающийся тем, что компенсатор (17) расположен в тормозном суппорте с возможностью доступа для технического обслуживания и замены.
12. Тормозная система транспортного средства, содержащая многопоршневой дисковый тормоз (1) по любому из пп.1-11.
