Abstract

太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈涉及一种太阳能电池组件的存储堆栈结构的改进。本发明提供了一种能实现太阳能电池组件先进先出,占用空间小,存储数量多,省时省力,工作效率高的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈。本发明包括密封恒温室,其结构要点密封恒温室的两端分别设置有组件进口和组件出口;密封恒温室内相应于组件进口设置有输入装置,相应于组件出口设置有输出装置;输入装置和输出装置之间设置有翻转堆栈;密封恒温室上方相应于翻转堆栈设置有空调;所述的翻转堆栈包括机架,机架上设置有同驱动装置相连的传输链板,传输链板上设置有翻转支臂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能电池组件的存储堆栈结构的改进。
背景技术
太阳能电池组件在生产过程中需要在其上施打硅胶,硅胶需要在一定温度下保持一定的时间后才能固化;通常,使用存储堆栈设备来完成太阳能电池组件硅胶固化的过程。
目前,现有的存储堆栈设备采用的形式主要有以下几种:1、手工搬运到中转小车,推到恒温室内。主要缺点是费时费力、达到温度要求时间长、劳动强度大。
2、上下升降平台、分层存储堆栈。主要缺点是存储数量少,一般4~6件,生产节拍慢,输入输出无法同步。
3、二轴龙门式直角坐标机械手搬运,码垛存储。主要缺点是二次搬运,占用空间大、成本费用高。
4、还有一些其他结构,但都没能很好的解决上述问题,还远远不能让客户认可。
另外,上述堆栈设备中,通常均是先进入的太阳能电池组件最后才能取出,而最后进入的太阳能电池组件却需要最先取出;这就造成了,先进入的太阳能电池组件固化时间到了后,依然不能取出,需要等待最后进入的太阳能电池组件也固化后,才能依次取出;这样不仅大幅度降低了工作效率,而且还浪费堆栈设备为了保持温度而消耗的能源。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供了一种能实现太阳能电池组件先进先出,占用空间小,存储数量多,省时省力,工作效率高的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,本发明包括密封恒温室,其结构要点密封恒温室的两端分别设置有组件进口和组件出口;密封恒温室内相应于组件进口设置有输入装置,相应于组件出口设置有输出装置;输入装置和输出装置之间设置有翻转堆栈;密封恒温室上方相应于翻转堆栈设置有空调;所述的翻转堆栈包括机架,机架上设置有同驱动装置相连的传输链板,传输链板上设置有翻转支臂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明克服了以往堆栈的缺点,不但满足先进先出的原则,而且能够存储多件;整体密封空间小,能够快速调节温度;提高了产品生产效率,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,降低产品的生产成本。

具体实施方式
本发明包括密封恒温室6,其结构要点密封恒温室6的两端分别设置有组件进口和组件出口;密封恒温室6内相应于组件进口设置有输入装置16,相应于组件出口设置有输出装置10;输入装置16和输出装置10之间设置有翻转堆栈13;密封恒温室6上方相应于翻转堆栈13设置有空调7;所述的翻转堆栈13包括机架18,机架18上设置有同驱动装置20相连的传输链板21,传输链板21上设置有翻转支臂12。
所述的翻转支臂12两个为一组,每组的两个翻转支臂12的端部均设置有相对的垫块15。垫块15可防止翻转支臂12对太阳能电池组件14造成损伤。
所述的组件进口和组件出口处均设置有挡帘9。挡帘9可起到为密封恒温室6保温的作用。
所述的翻转堆栈13的前端和后端均设置有组件检测器19。
所述的组件检测器19可为光电传感器;用于检测太阳能电池组件14是否到位。
所述的密封恒温室6内,相应于组件进口和组件出口均设置有温度传感器。时刻检测密封恒温室6内组件进口和组件出口处的温度;便于对密封恒温室6内温度的调节。
所述的密封恒温室6外设置有同温度传感器相连的温度显示器2;密封恒温室6外还设置有同空调7、翻转堆栈13、输入装置16和输出装置10相连的APT控制盒3;APT控制盒3同操作屏1相连。
所述的输入装置16和输出装置10均包括两条同步平行传输带22,所述输入装置16的两条同步平行传输带22的端部相应于组件进口设置有进口过渡传输带17;所述的输出装置10的两条同步平行传输带22的端部相应于组件出口设置有出口过渡传输带11。
所述的密封恒温室6的一侧设置具有门锁5的拉门4。
所述的空调7为工业空调。
所述的密封恒温室6上设置有警示灯8;当翻转堆栈13出现异常时,警示灯8可以发出报警;便于人工检修。
下面结合附图说明本发明的动作过程:首先,太阳能电池组件14由其它设备运输至本发明的组件进口处,进口过渡传输带17将太阳能电池组件14拖入密封恒温室6内;布置在组件进口处的温度传感器检测到太阳能电池组件14的温度,记录下温度值,并在本发明的温度显示器2上显示出温度值。当太阳能电池组件14输入时,启动空调7;调节到预先设定的温度;达到温度控制的目的。
输入装置16继续运行,将太阳能电池组件14输送至翻转堆栈13的翻转支臂12上,输入装置16停止;翻转堆栈13启动。
翻转堆栈13的驱动装置20运行,翻转堆栈13的传输链板21转动,传输链板21上的翻转支臂12将太阳能电池组件14抬起,并翻转;当翻转支臂12翻转一个组件位时,翻转堆栈13前端的组件检测器19检测到太阳能电池组件14后,翻转堆栈13停止;此时,输入装置16运行,将下一个太阳能电池组件14输送至翻转堆栈13前端的另一翻转支臂12上;重复上述动作,直至翻转堆栈13上方的每组翻转支臂12上均有太阳能电池组件14。
此时,输入装置16继续运行,翻转堆栈13最前端的翻转支臂12再一次将一太阳能电池组件14抬起;相反的,翻转堆栈13最后端的翻转支臂12继续运行,将其上的第一个放入本发明内的太阳能电池组件14放置于输出装置10上;翻转堆栈13后端的组件检测器19检测到太阳能电池组件14后,翻转堆栈13停止;输出装置10将太阳能电池组件14输出本发明。
布置在本发明组件出口处的温度传感器记录下太阳能电池组件14的温度值,并在本发明的温度显示器2上显示出来。当温度值有偏差时,可通过操作屏1控制空调7的温度,达到需要值。
重复上述动作,完成组件的输入输出,实现了组件先进先出,恒温控制及存储的目的。

1.太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,包括密封恒温室(6),其特征在于:密封恒温室(6)的两端分别设置有组件进口和组件出口;密封恒温室(6)内相应于组件进口设置有输入装置(16),相应于组件出口设置有输出装置(10);输入装置(16)和输出装置(10)之间设置有翻转堆栈(13);密封恒温室(6)上方相应于翻转堆栈(13)设置有空调(7);所述的翻转堆栈(13)包括机架(18),机架(18)上设置有同驱动装置(20)相连的传输链板(21),传输链板(21)上设置有翻转支臂(12);所述的翻转堆栈(13)的前端和后端均设置有组件检测器(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,其特征在于:所述的翻转支臂(12)两个为一组,每组的两个翻转支臂(12)的端部均设置有相对的垫块(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,其特征在于:所述的组件进口和组件出口处均设置有挡帘(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,其特征在于:所述的组件检测器(19)为光电传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,其特征在于:所述的密封恒温室(6)内,相应于组件进口和组件出口均设置有温度传感器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,其特征在于:所述的密封恒温室(6)外设置有同温度传感器相连的温度显示器(2);密封恒温室(6)外还设置有同空调(7)、翻转堆栈(13)、输入装置(16)和输出装置(10)相连的APT控制盒(3);APT控制盒(3)同操作屏(1)相连。
7.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,其特征在于:所述的输入装置(16)和输出装置(10)均包括两条同步平行传输带(22),所述输入装置(16)的两条同步平行传输带(22)的端部相应于组件进口设置有进口过渡传输带(17);所述的输出装置(10)的两条同步平行传输带(22)的端部相应于组件出口设置有出口过渡传输带(11)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,其特征在于:所述的密封恒温室(6)的一侧设置具有门锁(5)的拉门(4)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件自动翻转恒温封闭堆栈,其特征在于:所述的密封恒温室(6)上设置有警示灯(8)。
