本发明公开了一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12 300-350、ABS 23-27、PET 15-18、硬脂酸4-6、硬脂酸钙1-2,微晶蜡3-5、三氧化二铝5-8、氮化铝10-15、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯3-4、聚异丁烯6-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯1-2、抗氧剂T501 0.2-0.4、马来酸二辛酯1-2、助剂13-18。

技术领域
本发明涉及尼龙材料领域,确切地说是一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料。
背景技术
尼龙制品的硬度大,并具有教高的抗张性,抗弯曲度和冲击强度及教高的延伸,他的抗压强度和金属不相上下,它的疲劳强度和铸铁和铝合金同等水平。稳定的化学稳定性,它对化学物无论是弱硷、醇脂、碳氢化合物,油脂均不受影响。比重轻,具有韧性好、耐磨力强,耐油,抗震等特点,适用于制作耐磨零件,传动结构件,家用电器零件,汽车制造零件,防止机械零件,华工设备,电器绝缘零件。如涡轮、齿轮、轴承、叶轮、叶片、丝杆、高压垫圈、密封圈、螺母、螺丝、梭子、套筒、轴套连接器等。汽车接插件连接器、端子、护套、保险丝盒、灯座、扎带等汽车电器的制造广泛使用尼龙材料。
PA12的学名为聚十二内酰胺,又称尼龙12。其聚合的基本原料是丁二烯,可依赖于石油化工。是半结晶-结晶热塑性材料。它的特性和PA11相似,但晶体结构不同。PA12是很好的电气绝缘体并且和其它聚酰胺一样不会因潮湿影响绝缘性能。它有很好的抗冲击性机化学稳定性。PA12有许多在塑化特性和增强特性方面的改良品种。
随着汽车连接件的发展,人们对汽车连接件的需求种类变广,迫切需要有个多的性能增强的改良品种。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12300-350、ABS23-27、PET15-18、硬脂酸4-6、硬脂酸钙1-2,微晶蜡3-5、三氧化二铝5-8、氮化铝10-15、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯3-4、聚异丁烯6-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯1-2、抗氧剂T5010.2-0.4、马来酸二辛酯1-2、助剂13-18;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土50-60、玉石粉20-24、纳米碳1-2、氧化铝1-2、当归油1-2、硅烷偶联剂DL1711.5-2.5、亚硒酸钠1-2、六偏磷酸钠2-3、磷酸甲苯二苯酯1-2、脂肪酸1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将凹凸棒土、玉石粉放入煅烧炉中在650-670℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,放入12-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,同时,加入纳米碳、当归油、磷酸甲苯二苯酯、脂肪酸,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将其它剩余成分与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。
所述的一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯、聚异丁烯混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为210-215℃,挤出机转速220-250r/min。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明具有比通用产品更高的耐温性,尤其适合汽车内饰件使用,性能稳定。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:尼龙PA12340、ABS27、PET18、硬脂酸6、硬脂酸钙2,微晶蜡5、三氧化二铝5、氮化铝15、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯4、聚异丁烯8、偏苯三酸三辛酯1、抗氧剂T5010.4、马来酸二辛酯1、助剂18;
所述的助剂由下列重量kg的原料制成:凹凸棒土50、玉石粉24、纳米碳1、氧化铝2、当归油2、硅烷偶联剂DL1712.5、亚硒酸钠1、六偏磷酸钠3、磷酸甲苯二苯酯1、脂肪酸2;
助剂的制备方法是将凹凸棒土、玉石粉放入煅烧炉中在660℃下煅烧4小时,取出,放入15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,同时,加入纳米碳、当归油、磷酸甲苯二苯酯、脂肪酸,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将其它剩余成分与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。
所述的一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料,制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯、聚异丁烯混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为210℃,挤出机转速220r/min。

1.一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12 300-350、ABS 23-27、PET 15-18、硬脂酸4-6、硬脂酸钙 1-2,微晶蜡3-5、三氧化二铝5-8、氮化铝10-15、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯3-4、聚异丁烯6-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯 1-2、抗氧剂T501 0.2-0.4、马来酸二辛酯1-2、助剂13-18;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土50-60、玉石粉20-24、纳米碳1-2、氧化铝1-2、当归油1-2、硅烷偶联剂DL171 1.5-2.5、亚硒酸钠1-2、六偏磷酸钠 2-3、磷酸甲苯二苯酯1-2、脂肪酸1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将凹凸棒土、玉石粉放入煅烧炉中在650-670℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,放入12-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,同时,加入纳米碳、当归油、磷酸甲苯二苯酯、脂肪酸,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将其它剩余成分与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温汽车连接件用PA12复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯、聚异丁烯混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为210-215℃,挤出机转速220-250r/min。
