本发明涉及一种固定行程阀杆的倒密封装置,包括阀盖、阀杆,主要是在阀盖与阀杆之间的中腔设有倒密封装置,该倒密封装置由上密封座、预紧弹簧、下挡板组成,上密封座由上部小直径外圆柱和下部大直径外圆柱两部分组成,小直径外圆柱和大直径外圆柱的外圆柱面分别与阀盖内的小圆孔和大圆孔的内圆壁动密封配合,预紧弹簧安装在上密封座的外台阶与阀盖内大圆孔径向的内台阶之间,上密封座内孔与阀杆动配合,上密封座内孔下部具有圆锥面,阀杆上制有与上密封座内孔圆锥面相互配合的外圆锥面凸肩,上密封座的下端面外缘顶压在下挡板的上平面内,下挡板由螺钉固定安装在阀盖内腔壁上。具有密封面自动补偿、密封性能可靠等特点。

Description

一种固定行程阀杆的倒密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体的说是关于一种阀门中腔密封装置。本发明适用于球阀、旋塞阀、蝶阀、暗杆闸阀等阀杆升降的阀门中腔密封装置。
背景技术
现有阀门在阀杆与阀盖之间一般采用填料密封结构,这种结构在阀门启闭过程中阀杆对填料会产生磨损,长期使用后阀杆与阀盖之间容易发生泄漏。如专利号为ZL201020675229.2的阀盖压力自密封闸阀,其阀盖密封焊接在阀体上,在阀盖与阀杆之间设一填料箱,该填料箱与阀杆之间设置密封填料,填料箱下端面制有朝着阀体内腔的喇叭口,填料箱上端由锁紧螺母固定在阀盖上端面内,当密封填料受磨损后介质推力压紧密封填料保持密封状态。但是,当使用时间较长后,对密封填料磨损较大时,介质压力对填料箱的向上推力将不足以压紧密封填料,一致发生泄漏,使用寿命短。特别是球阀、旋塞阀、蝶阀或暗杆闸阀等阀杆无升降行程的阀门启闭时,阀杆只做旋转运动,无升降运动,其阀杆与阀盖之间的中腔密封完全依靠填料密封,在长时间的启闭运动后,填料易受磨损或松动,使阀杆与阀盖之间发生泄漏,密封性能不可靠。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种增强阀杆与阀盖之间的中腔密封性能的固定行程阀杆的倒密封装置。
本发明的技术方案包括阀盖、阀杆,主要是在阀盖与阀杆之间的中腔设有倒密封装置,该倒密封装置由上密封座、预紧弹簧、下挡板组成,上密封座由上部小直径外圆柱和下部大直径外圆柱两部分组成,小直径外圆柱和大直径外圆柱的外圆柱面分别与阀盖内的小圆孔和大圆孔的内圆壁动密封配合,预紧弹簧安装在上密封座的外台阶与阀盖内大圆孔径向的内台阶之间,上密封座内孔与阀杆动配合,上密封座内孔下部具有圆锥面,阀杆上制有与上密封座内孔圆锥面相互配合的外圆锥面凸肩,上密封座的下端面外缘顶压在下挡板的上平面内,下挡板由螺钉固定安装在阀盖内腔壁上。
最好是,上密封座上部小直径外圆柱面上嵌装若干个密封圈。
最好是,阀盖大圆孔内制有两级台阶,在第一级台阶与预紧弹簧上端之间安装弹簧座,该弹簧座上部外圆柱面与第二台阶的侧面内圆壁动配合,其上端面具有锥形斜面,在该锥形斜面与第二级台阶之间安装石墨密封圈,石墨密封圈下端面具有与弹簧座上端面相互配合的锥形斜面,弹簧座下部圆环上平面与第一台阶之间具有间隙。
本发明的优点是在阀盖与阀杆之间的中腔设有倒密封装置,该倒密封装置由上密封座、预紧弹簧、下挡板组成,预紧弹簧压紧上密封座的内圆锥面与阀杆外圆锥面紧密密封接触,具有密封面自动补偿、密封性能可靠等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的固定行程阀杆的倒密封装置,包括阀盖6、阀杆7,在阀盖6与阀杆7之间的中腔设有倒密封装置,该倒密封装置由上密封座1、预紧弹簧3、下挡板4组成,上密封座1由上部小直径外圆柱和下部大直径外圆柱两部分组成,即上密封座1由两段外径不同的圆柱体组成,上段圆柱体的外圆直径小于下段圆柱体的外圆直径。小直径外圆柱和大直径外圆柱的外圆柱面分别与阀盖6内的小圆孔和大圆孔的内圆壁动密封配合,预紧弹簧3安装在上密封座1的外台阶与阀盖6内大圆孔径向的内台阶之间,所述上密封座1的外台阶为上部小圆柱体与下部大圆柱体连接处的径向台阶,所述阀盖6内大圆孔径向的内台阶为阀盖6大圆孔与小圆孔连接处的径向台阶。上密封座1的外台阶与阀盖6的内台阶之间具有空间距离,使上密封座1可以在阀杆7轴线方向移动。上密封座1内孔与阀杆7动配合,上密封座1内孔下部具有圆锥面,阀杆7上制有与上密封座1内孔圆锥面相互配合的外圆锥面凸肩5,上密封座1内孔的圆锥面与阀杆7上的外圆锥面凸肩5相互配合构成密封副。上密封座1的下端面外缘顶压在下挡板4的上平面内,下挡板4由螺钉固定安装在阀盖6内腔壁上。上密封座1上部小直径外圆柱面上嵌装若干个密封圈2。密封圈2的数量最好为2个。
阀盖6大圆孔内制有两级台阶,在第一级台阶与预紧弹簧3上端之间安装弹簧座8,该弹簧座8上部外圆柱面与第二台阶的侧面内圆壁动配合,其上端面具有锥形斜面,在该锥形斜面与第二级台阶之间安装石墨密封圈9,石墨密封圈9下端面具有与弹簧座8上端面相互配合的锥形斜面,弹簧座8下部圆环上平面与第一台阶之间具有间隙,使弹簧座8可以在阀杆7轴线方向移动,实现高温工况阀杆7与阀盖6之间的密封,如图2所示。所述第一级台阶与在阀盖6大圆孔内,所述第二级台阶与阀盖6小圆孔相连。

1.一种固定行程阀杆的倒密封装置,包括阀盖(6)、阀杆(7),其特征是在阀盖(6)与阀杆(7)之间的中腔设有倒密封装置,该倒密封装置由上密封座(1)、预紧弹簧(3)、下挡板(4)组成,上密封座(1)由上部小直径外圆柱和下部大直径外圆柱两部分组成,小直径外圆柱和大直径外圆柱的外圆柱面分别与阀盖(6)内的小圆孔和大圆孔的内圆壁动密封配合,预紧弹簧(3)安装在上密封座(1)的外台阶与阀盖(6)内大圆孔径向的内台阶之间,上密封座(1)的外台阶与阀盖(6)的内台阶之间具有空间距离,上密封座(1)内孔与阀杆(7)动配合,上密封座(1)内孔下部具有圆锥面,阀杆(7)上制有与上密封座(1)内孔圆锥面相互配合的外圆锥面凸肩(5),上密封座(1)内孔的圆锥面与阀杆(7)上的外圆锥面凸肩(5)相互配合构成密封副,上密封座(1)的下端面外缘顶压在下挡板(4)的上平面内,下挡板(4)由螺钉固定安装在阀盖(6)内腔壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定行程阀杆的倒密封装置,其特征是上密封座(1)上部小直径外圆柱面上嵌装若干个密封圈(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固定行程阀杆的倒密封装置,其特征是阀盖(6)大圆孔内制有两级台阶,在第一级台阶与预紧弹簧(3)上端之间安装弹簧座(8),该弹簧座(8)上部外圆柱面与第二台阶的侧面内圆壁动配合,其上端面具有锥形斜面,在该锥形斜面与第二级台阶之间安装石墨密封圈(9),石墨密封圈(9)下端面具有与弹簧座(8)上端面相互配合的锥形斜面,弹簧座(8)下部圆环上平面与第一台阶之间具有间隙。
