Description
技术领域
本发明耐温耐候电缆护套橡皮及生产工艺属于电缆领域,特别是涉及一种在电缆上使用的护套材料及生产工艺。
背景技术
在热带气候(湿热和干热)地区,环境严酷,有些场合需采用柔软性好、适应频繁移动的橡套软电缆,因此要求电缆的护套具有良好的耐热性、耐潮湿性和耐日光性,现有的橡皮护套耐日光老化达不到相应要求,特别是在高温、高湿环境条件下更满足不了无析出物的要求。此外,随着社会的发展,人们对电缆的其他综合性能如耐低温、耐燃、环保等提出了更高要求,因此需要相应的护套材料满足上述要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种改善护套橡皮的加工性能,耐温、耐候,流动性好的耐温耐候电缆护套橡皮。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,耐温耐候电缆护套橡皮配方的重量百分比如下:
氯化聚乙烯橡胶:38.80~41.40,
三元乙丙橡胶:2.80~5.20,
2,2,4—三甲基—1,2—二氢化喹啉聚合物(防老剂RD):0.40~0.54,
氧化镁:5.30~6.90,
石蜡:0.45~0.65,
聚乙烯蜡:0.10~0.20,
微晶蜡:0.40~0.60,
癸二酸二辛酯(DOS):7.00~7.50,
炭黑:11.20~13.50,
氢氧化铝氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂:6.00~8.60,
三氧化二锑:2.40~3.50,
沉淀碳酸钙:7.50~9.50,
滑石粉:6.40~9.50,
双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB):0.70~1.00,
过氧化二异丙苯(DCP):0.31~0.45,
二糠叉丙酮(VP-4):0.50~0.70,
以上配方的组成为100%。
一种耐温耐候电缆护套橡皮配方的重量百分比如下:
氯化聚乙烯橡胶:40.15,
三元乙丙橡胶:3.89,
2,2,4—三甲基—1,2—二氢化喹啉聚合物:0.48,
氧化镁:6.60,
石蜡:0.58,
聚乙烯蜡:0.19,
微晶蜡:0.58,
癸二酸二辛酯:7.30,
炭黑:12.80,
氢氧化铝氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂:6.70,
三氧化二锑:0.27,
沉淀碳酸钙:9.40,
滑石粉:9.20,
双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯:0.90,
过氧化二异丙苯:0.40,
二糠叉丙酮:0.56,以上配方的组成为100%。
本发明是采用氯化聚乙烯橡胶为主体混炼而成,硫化体系选用双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯、过氧化二异丙苯,二糠叉丙酮作硫化助剂,稳定剂兼活化剂选用氧化镁,增塑剂选择耐寒、耐光性能优异且与氯化聚乙烯橡胶有良好相溶性的癸二酸二辛酯,阻燃剂选择氢氧化铝氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂与三氧化二锑,为了改善橡料的加工性能,提高其流动性,选择石蜡、聚乙烯蜡与微晶蜡作软化剂。
本发明护套橡皮在190℃时起始硫化(焦烧)时间在35秒至60秒之间,挤出工艺参数如下:蒸汽压力1.10~1.40MPa,机身温度40~75℃,机头温度75~85℃。这样无论是混炼还是挤出,不会产生焦烧现象,加工安全性好,耐热性能良好。
耐温耐候电缆护套橡皮生产工艺是将氯化聚乙烯橡胶与三元乙丙橡胶塑炼1~2分钟,加入2,2,4—三甲基—1,2—二氢化喹啉聚合物(防老剂RD)、氧化镁、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡,加入炭黑、氢氧化铝氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂、三氧化二锑,加入二分之一份量沉淀碳酸钙、滑石粉,混炼2~3分钟,加入二分之一份量的沉淀碳酸钙、滑石粉,混炼3~4分钟,加入双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯、过氧化二异丙苯、二糠叉丙酮,混炼40~70秒,排胶温度85~95℃,在190℃时,起始硫化(焦烧)时间在35秒至60秒之间,挤出蒸汽压力1.10~1.40MPa,机身温度40~75℃,机头温度75~85℃。
本发明护套橡皮主要用于包覆电缆的绝缘,经硫化后形成护套层,护套橡皮生产的成品电缆工作温度为-40~+90℃,既适合在热带气候(湿热与干热)地区,又能在寒冷地区及其它有特殊要求的场合下使用,通过了ANSI/UL1581-2009标准规定的1060垂直燃烧试验,其护套橡皮通过了ANSI/UL1581-2009标准规定的日光老化试验(720h)、恒温恒湿试验(85℃,RH85%,1000h),120±2℃×168h热空气老化试验(抗强度保留率≥70%,断裂伸长率保留率≥60%),符合欧盟ROHS指令要求。本发明耐温、耐气候、耐油、耐燃、环保,是一种流动性好的耐温耐候电缆护套橡皮。

实施例1:
氯化聚乙烯橡胶42.00kg,三元乙丙橡胶3.00kg,2,2,4—三甲基—1,2—二氢化喹啉聚合物(防老剂RD)0.42kg,氧化镁6.30kg,石蜡0.55kg,聚乙烯蜡0.20kg,微晶蜡0.60kg,癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)7.20kg,炭黑12.50kg,氢氧化铝氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂6.90kg,三氧化二锑2.90kg,沉淀碳酸钙9.70kg,滑石粉8.10kg,双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)0.95kg,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)0.38kg,二糠叉丙酮(VP-4)0.64kg。
将氯化聚乙烯橡胶与三元乙丙橡胶塑炼1~2分钟,加入2,2,4—三甲基—1,2—二氢化喹啉聚合物(防老剂RD)、氧化镁、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡,加入炭黑、氢氧化铝氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂、三氧化二锑,加入二分之一份量沉淀碳酸钙、滑石粉,混炼2~3分钟,加入二分之一份量的沉淀碳酸钙、滑石粉,混炼3~4分钟,加入双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯、过氧化二异丙苯、二糠叉丙酮,混炼40~70秒,排胶温度85~95℃。在190℃时,起始硫化(焦烧)时间在35秒至60秒之间。挤出工艺参数如下:蒸汽压力1.10~1.40MPa,机身温度40~75℃,机头温度75~85℃。
实施例2:
氯化聚乙烯橡胶41.00kg,三元乙丙橡胶4.00kg,2,2,4—三甲基—1,2—二氢化喹啉聚合物(防老剂RD)0.44kg,氧化镁7.00kg,石蜡0.65kg,聚乙烯蜡0.20kg,微晶蜡0.55kg,癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)7.40kg,炭黑12.90kg,氢氧化铝氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂6.50kg,三氧化二锑3.10kg,沉淀碳酸钙8.50kg,滑石粉8.50kg,双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)0.90kg,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)0.40kg,二糠叉丙酮(VP-4)0.67kg。混炼和挤出工艺同实施例1。
实施例3:
氯化聚乙烯橡胶41.50kg,三元乙丙橡胶3.50kg,2,2,4—三甲基—1,2—二氢化喹啉聚合物(防老剂RD)0.47kg,氧化镁6.70kg,石蜡0.60kg,聚乙烯蜡0.15kg,微晶蜡0.60kg,癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)7.50kg,炭黑13.20kg,氢氧化铝氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂7.00kg,三氧化二锑2.70kg,沉淀碳酸钙9.00kg,滑石粉8.10kg,双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)0.88kg,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)0.43kg,二糠叉丙酮(VP-4)0.70kg。混炼和挤出工艺同实施例1。
