Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚醚型块状PU软质泡沫塑料,由下述重量份的原料制成:聚醚三元醇80~120份,泡沫稳定剂0.01~0.2份,羟基聚磷酸酯阻燃剂2~10份,TDI80/2045~47份,水3~5份,有机锡0.3~0.5份,F-115~15份,叔胺0.2~0.5份。本发明配方合理,使用了羟基聚磷酸酯阻燃剂,在保证产品具有良好阻燃性能的同时,实现了产品安全无毒的目标。

技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,涉及一种PU软质泡沫塑料,具体涉及一种聚醚型块状PU软质泡沫塑料。
背景技术
PU材料是一类性能优异的高分子材料,广泛应用于轻工、纺织、医用等各个领域,并己成为世界六大合成高分子材料之一。聚氨酯制品中最重要的是聚氨酯泡沫,它具有优良的物理力学性能、声学性能、电学性能和耐化学性能,可直接从单体原料一次加工成聚合物制品,而且可通过改变原料化学结构、规格、品种等调节配方组合,制出各种性能和用途的终端制品,因此应用十分广泛然。
软质聚氨酯泡沫作为缓冲和填充材料被广泛应用于家具、汽车配件等领域。在降低火灾风险、保证生命财产安全方面,阻燃剂起着重要的作用。目前用于制造聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃剂多数含有卤素,但由于存在易迁移、阻燃性不能持久,燃烧时产生较多的烟雾和有毒的气体(卤化氢)等缺陷,阻燃剂逐步向无卤化发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种阻燃性能良好、生产成本低廉的聚醚型块状PU软质泡沫塑料。
本发明的上述目的是通过如下方案实现的:

一种聚醚型块状PU软质泡沫塑料,所述的PU软质泡沫塑料由下述重量份的原料制成:

按上述配方称取原料,控制物料温度30℃,手工搅拌10~20秒,待泡沫熟化后测定其性能,该泡沫的密度为31kg/m3,氧指数为28。
实施例2
一种聚醚型块状PU软质泡沫塑料,所述的PU软质泡沫塑料由下述重量份的原料制成:

按上述配方称取原料,控制物料温度30℃,手工搅拌10~20秒,待泡沫熟化后测定其性能,该泡沫的密度为30kg/m3,氧指数为28。
实施例3
一种聚醚型块状PU软质泡沫塑料,所述的PU软质泡沫塑料由下述重量份的原料制成:

按上述配方称取原料,控制物料温度30℃,手工搅拌10~20秒,待泡沫熟化后测定其性能,该泡沫的密度为29kg/m3,氧指数为28。
