技术领域
本发明属于食品添加剂技术领域,涉及一种含有植酸的食品保鲜剂。
背景技术
目前,各种加工食品多种多样,但是都存在一个保鲜和储存的问题,如何保证更长时间的品质及味道不会变坏,就要用到不同的保鲜剂,来解决这个问题。选用合适的保鲜剂,既要使得毒性低,不会在人体产生化学残留,对人体健康产生危害;又要价格合适,不会导致成本提高,成为一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有植酸的食品保鲜剂,解决了现有技术中既要使得毒性低,又要价格合适,而不能兼顾的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种含有植酸的食品保鲜剂,由植酸、天然维生素E、糖醇及水混合组成,按照质量百分比,其中的植酸为1%-2%、天然维生素E为2%-3%、糖醇为2%-3%,其余为水。
本发明的有益效果是,采用天然物质,毒性低,不会在人体产生化学残留,对人体健康产生危害;制作工艺简单,生产成本适当。
具体实施方式
本发明的含有植酸的食品保鲜剂,由植酸、天然维生素E、糖醇及水混合组成,按照质量百分比,其中的植酸为1%-2%、天然维生素E为2%-3%、糖醇为2%-3%,其余为水。
植酸(PA),浅黄色液体或褐色浆状液体,来源于米糠、玉米及食品加工中的废液。植酸与金属的螯合作用,可防止有毒金属在消化道内吸收。
天然维生素E(又称天然VE或生育酚混合物),天然VE大量存在于植物油脂中,无毒,且存在状态通常比较稳定。在油脂精制过程中,可回收大量的精制VE混合物。该成分抗氧化性较好,使用安全,在食品保鲜中已得到大量使用。限用于脂肪和含油食品,由于价格较高,一般场合适用较少,主要用于保健食品、婴儿食品和其它高价值食品。
糖类从化学结构上可分为单糖类、双糖类、三糖类、四糖类等,但均为低分子碳水化合物。其中五碳糖和六碳糖单糖促进氧化,双糖略有抗氧化作用,果糖和糖醇则具有较强的抗氧化能力。食品中广泛使用的抗氧化剂是山梨糖醇和麦芽糖醇。木糖醇也是抗氧化剂,具有和天然VE协同增效的作用。
本发明的含有植酸的食品保鲜剂,其制备过程是,
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量植酸、天然维生素E、糖醇及水,其中的植酸为1%-2%、天然维生素E为2%-3%、糖醇为2%-3%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的植酸倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟,即成。
实施例1
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量植酸、天然维生素E、山梨糖醇及水,其中的植酸为1%、天然维生素E为3%、山梨糖醇为2.5%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的山梨糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌10分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌30分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的植酸倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌20分钟,即成。
实施例2
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量植酸、天然维生素E、麦芽糖醇及水,其中的植酸为2%、天然维生素E为2.5%、麦芽糖醇为2%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的麦芽糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌30分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌20分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的植酸倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10分钟,即成。
实施例3
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量植酸、天然维生素E、麦芽糖醇及水,其中的植酸为1.5%、天然维生素E为2%、麦芽糖醇为3%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的麦芽糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌20分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的植酸倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌30分钟,即成。
本发明的含有植酸的食品保鲜剂,配制方便,效果显著,无毒性,满足食品安全的规定。

1.一种含有植酸的食品保鲜剂,其特征在于:由植酸、天然维生素E、糖醇及水混合组成,按照质量百分比,其中的植酸为1%-2%、天然维生素E为2%-3%、糖醇为2%-3%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有植酸的食品保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述的糖醇选用山梨糖醇和麦芽糖醇。
