本发明公开了一种含有茶多酚类的食品保鲜剂的制备方法,按照以下步骤实施:步骤1、按照质量百分比称量茶多酚类、天然维生素E、糖醇及水,其中的茶多酚类为0.5%-1.5%、天然维生素E为0.5%-1.5%、糖醇为3%-5%,其余为水;步骤2、将步骤1称量的糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌;步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌;步骤4、将步骤1称量的茶多酚类倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌,即成。本发明的制备方法简便,生产成本低,便于推广应用,产品无毒性,满足食品安全的规定。

技术领域
本发明属于食品添加剂技术领域,涉及一种含有茶多酚类的食品保鲜剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,各种加工食品多种多样,但是都存在一个保鲜和储存的问题,如何保证更长时间的品质及味道不会变坏,就要用到不同的保鲜剂,来解决这个问题。选用合适的保鲜剂,既要使得毒性低,不会在人体产生化学残留,对人体健康产生危害;又要价格合适,不会导致成本提高,成为一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有茶多酚类的食品保鲜剂的制备方法,解决了现有技术的食品保鲜剂,既要使得毒性低,又要价格合适,生产上不能兼顾的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种含有茶多酚类的食品保鲜剂的制备方法,按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量茶多酚类、天然维生素E、糖醇及水,其中的茶多酚类为0.5%-1.5%、天然维生素E为0.5%-1.5%、糖醇为3%-5%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的茶多酚类倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟,即成。
本发明的有益效果是,制作工艺简单,生产成本适当;采用天然物质,毒性低,不会在人体产生化学残留,对人体健康产生危害。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种含有茶多酚类的食品保鲜剂,由茶多酚类、天然维生素E、糖醇及水混合组成,按照质量百分比,其中的茶多酚类为0.5%-1.5%、天然维生素E为2%-3%、糖醇为3%-5%,其余为水。
茶多酚类是一种从茶叶中提取的抗氧化物质,对人体无毒,其中含有4种组分:表没食子儿茶素、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、表儿茶素没食子酸酯以及儿茶素。它的抗氧化能力比VE、VC强几倍。
天然维生素E(又称天然VE或生育酚混合物),天然VE大量存在于植物油脂中,无毒,且存在状态通常比较稳定。在油脂精制过程中,可回收大量的精制VE混合物。该成分抗氧化性较好,使用安全,在食品保鲜中已得到大量使用。限用于脂肪和含油食品,由于价格较高,一般场合适用较少,主要用于保健食品、婴儿食品和其它高价值食品。
糖类从化学结构上可分为单糖类、双糖类、三糖类、四糖类等,但均为低分子碳水化合物。其中五碳糖和六碳糖单糖促进氧化,双糖略有抗氧化作用,果糖和糖醇则具有较强的抗氧化能力。食品中广泛使用的抗氧化剂是山梨糖醇和麦芽糖醇。木糖醇也是抗氧化剂,具有和天然VE协同增效的作用。
本发明的含有茶多酚类的食品保鲜剂,其制备方法的具体步骤是,
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量茶多酚类、天然维生素E、糖醇及水,其中的茶多酚类为0.5%-1.5%、天然维生素E为0.5%-1.5%、糖醇为3%-5%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的茶多酚类倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟,即成。
实施例1
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量茶多酚类、天然维生素E、山梨糖醇及水,其中的茶多酚类为0.5%、天然维生素E为1.5%、山梨糖醇为4%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的山梨糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌10分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的茶多酚类倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10分钟,即成。
实施例2
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量茶多酚类、天然维生素E、麦芽糖醇及水,其中的茶多酚类为1.5%、天然维生素E为0.5%、麦芽糖醇为3%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的麦芽糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌20分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌20分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的茶多酚类倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌20分钟,即成。
实施例3
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量茶多酚类、天然维生素E、麦芽糖醇及水,其中的茶多酚类为1%、天然维生素E为1%、麦芽糖醇为5%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的麦芽糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌30分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌30分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的茶多酚类倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌30分钟,即成。
本发明的含有茶多酚类的食品保鲜剂的制备方法,步骤简便,生产成本低,便于推广应用,产品无毒性,满足食品安全的规定。

1.一种含有茶多酚类的食品保鲜剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按照质量百分比称量茶多酚类、天然维生素E、糖醇及水,其中的茶多酚类为0.5%-1.5%、天然维生素E为0.5%-1.5%、糖醇为3%-5%,其余为水;
步骤2、将步骤1称量的糖醇倒入水中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤3、将步骤1称量的天然维生素E倒入步骤2得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤4、将步骤1称量的茶多酚类倒入步骤3得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌10-30分钟,即成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的糖醇选用山梨糖醇或麦芽糖醇。
