本发明公开一种天然食品防腐剂,黄芩提取物3~7、壳聚糖1~2、食盐1~2。制备方法:①称取黄芩,洗净、切碎;②加入5倍于黄芩质量的乙酸乙酯,调节提取罐压力为1.5MPa,温度为30~40℃,提取2次,每次2h,合并提取液;③将提取液静置沉淀24h,取上层收清液依次通过孔径次为通过为60目、100目、200目和400目的多层丝网过滤;④在4℃下进行浓缩,得浸膏;⑤将浸膏通过干燥塔进行干燥,干燥后通过万能粉碎机进行粉碎剑150目,即得黄芩提取物;⑥称取原料黄芩提取物、壳聚糖、食盐充分混合,即得以黄芩为原料的天然食品防腐,该发明一种天然食品防腐剂及其制备方法;不仅能,相应地提高经济效益。本天然食品防腐剂具有广谱抑菌的功效,对各类细菌、酵母菌、霉菌有较强的抑菌效果,其抑菌的效果明显优于化学食品防腐剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品防腐剂及其制备方法,尤其是一种天然食品防腐剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品防腐剂可以有效地解决食品在加工、储存过程中因微生物“侵袭”而变质的问题,使食品在一般的自然环境中具有一定的保存期;由毒性较高向毒性更低、更安全方向发展。人类进步的核心是健康、和谐。随着人们对健康要求的提高,食品的安全标准也越来越严,由化学合成食品防腐剂向天然食品防腐剂方向发展。鉴于化学合成食品防腐剂的安全性和其他缺陷,人类正在探索更安全、更方便使用的天然食品防腐剂。如微生物源的乳酸链球菌素、那他霉素、红曲米素等;动物源的溶菌酶、壳聚糖、鱼精蛋白、蜂胶等;植物源的琼指低聚糖、杜仲素、辛香料、丁香、乌梅提取物等,微生物、动物和植物复合源的R-多糖等。

本发明的目的在于提供一种天然食品防腐剂及其制备方法;
本发明的技术方案在是:
这种天然食品防腐剂,由如下重量份原料配方混合构成:
黄芩提取物3~7、壳聚糖1~2、食盐1~2。
这种天然食品防腐剂的制备方法,由如下步骤构成:
①称取一定量的新鲜或干燥的黄芩5份,洗净、切碎;
②将切碎后的黄芩置入多功能提取罐中,加入5倍于黄芩质量的乙酸乙酯,调节提取罐压力为1.5MPa,温度为30~40℃,提取2次,每次2h,合并提取液;
③将提取液静置沉淀24h,取上层收清液依次通过孔径次为通过为60目、100目、200目和400目的多层丝网过滤;
④将过滤液置入真空浓缩罐中,在4℃下进行浓缩,得浸膏;
⑤将浸膏通过干燥塔进行干燥,干燥后通过万能粉碎机进行粉碎剑150目,即得黄芩提取物;
⑥称取原料黄芩提取物、壳聚糖、食盐充分混合,即得以黄芩为原料的天然食品防腐。
本发明的有益效果:
该发明一种天然食品防腐剂及其制备方法;本天然食品防腐剂具有广谱抑菌的功效,对各类细菌、酵母菌、霉菌有较强的抑菌效果,其抑菌的效果明显优于化学食品防腐剂。
本品的优点在于:①从天然药食两用植物黄芩进行提取制备的保鲜剂,安全无毒、符合目前国家倡导的食品安全性;②采用药食两用植物黄芩进行提取,对开发我国的植物资源是极大的促进;③本品的防腐剂与化学合成类防腐剂如苯甲酸、山梨酸在同等浓度条件下,其抑菌效果更明显;④将本品用于食品生产加工,不仅成本低,且防腐保鲜效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例:
制作方法
(1)称取一定量的新鲜或干燥的黄芩5份,洗净、切碎。
(2)将切碎后的黄芩置入多功能提取罐中,加入5倍于黄芩质量的乙酸乙酯,调节提取罐压力为15MPa,温度为30~40℃,提取2次,每次2h,合并提取液。
(3)将提取液静置沉淀24h,取上层收清液依次通过孔径次为通过为60目、100目、200目和400目的多层丝网过滤。
(4)将过滤液置入真空浓缩罐中,在4℃下进行浓缩,得浸膏。
(5)将浸膏通过干燥塔进行干燥,干燥后通过万能粉碎机进行粉碎剑150目,,即得黄芩提取物。
(6)称取原料黄芩提取物、壳聚糖、食盐充分混合,即得以黄芩为原料的天然食品防腐剂。
各组分质量份配比范围为:黄芩提取物3~7、壳聚糖1~2、食盐1~2。
所述的黄芩提取物是黄芩提取液通过干燥制成的粉剂。

1.一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征由如下重量份原料配方混合构成:
黄芩提取物3~7、壳聚糖1~2、食盐1~2。
2.一种天然食品防腐剂的制备方法,其特征由如下步骤构成:
①称取一定量的新鲜或干燥的黄芩5份,洗净、切碎;
②将切碎后的黄芩置入多功能提取罐中,加入5倍于黄芩质量的乙酸乙酯,调节提取罐压力为15MPa,温度为30~40℃,提取2次,每次2h,合并提取液;
③将提取液静置沉淀24h,取上层收清液依次通过孔径次为通过为60目、100目、200目和400目的多层丝网过滤;
