Abstract
本发明涉及组装式建筑结构物的框架连接装置,构成得利用前后连接片(14)(16)及贯通其的多个螺栓(18)与螺母(20),对以方管形成且构成柱子和椽条等的框架(12)的各连接部进行连接固定,框架(12)与前后连接片(14)(16)在组装时,借助于凹槽(22)与凸起部(38)(40)而结合,而且,使前后连接片(14)(16)的支撑棱(30)(32)支撑框架(12),在前后连接片(14)(16)之间,形成有利用各个螺栓(19)与螺母(21)连接固定的1个以上的支撑板(50),使得在能够迅速、容易地进行组装作业的同时,能够加强连接部位的强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于在各种组装式建筑结构物施工时连接框架的连接装置。
背景技术
一般而言,仓库或仓库型建筑物及畜舍等各种组装式建筑结构物,利用连接片与螺栓螺母连接固定分别构成柱子和椽条等的框架后,在其外面覆盖塑料或形成各种外部装饰材料,完成施工。
但是,就现在的组装式建筑结构物施工时使用的框架而言,利用单纯为板状且前后分离构成的连接片以及贯通所述连接片的多个螺栓和螺母进行连接固定,因而组装作业是一项比较费力、棘手的工作,另外,根据要获得的建筑结构物的强度,不仅需要另行加强强度,特别是各连接部位,由于连接强度很弱,无法保障建筑结构物的安全。
即,对于构成建筑结构物的柱子和椽条及横杆等,当截断单纯以普通方管构成的框架进行使用时,为了获得需要的强度,需要相应地使用以厚钢板构成的框架,因而材料费增加,而且重量加重,无法容易地进行处置及施工。
另外,对于作为框架间的连接装置的前后连接片而言,只有外形因框架间交角的不同而异,呈与各个框架的侧面实现紧密接触所需要的板状,前后分离构成,单纯地在前后连接片之间结合要连接的框架的端部,利用贯通各个连接孔的多个螺栓和螺母进行连接固定,从而在组装时,使要连接的框架与连接片具有的多个连接孔相互各自连通,利用螺栓和螺母连接固定,这是一件比较棘手、困难的工作,造成作业效率显著下降。
而且,在框架连接时,为了加强其连接部位的强度,即使加厚连接片的厚度或利用多个螺栓和螺母进行连接固定,当螺栓与螺母用力拧紧时,导致框架的连接部位在前后连接片之间变形,而且,单纯由方管构成的框架的连接部位由于多个连接孔而导致强度弱化,因此,各连接部位由于连接强度很弱而存在无法保障建筑结构物安全等诸多问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组装式建筑结构物的框架连接装置,能够减小获得所需强度的框架而需要的材料费和重量,并能够迅速、容易地实现组装作业,特别是能够强化各连接部位的强度。
旨在达成所述目的的本发明组装式建筑结构物的框架连接装置的特征在于,在构成柱子与椽条及横杆等的框架的各面上形成有加强用凹槽,而且,作为框架连接装置的前后连接片,具备结合于框架凹槽的凸起部及支撑框架的支撑棱,利用多个螺栓和螺母进行连接,在前后连接片之间,避开框架,具有用各个螺栓和螺母连接固定的一个以上的间隔保持用支撑板。
本发明在构成柱子和椽条及横杆等的框架(12)的各面上形成有加强用凹槽(22),因而能够节省加强框架(12)强度所需的材料费,而且由于轻量化,因而能够容易地处置。
另外,连接框架(12)的前后连接片(14)(16)形成有用于与框架凹槽(22)结合的凸起部(38)(40)及支撑框架(12)的支撑棱(30)(32),因而在进行框架(12)连接作业时,前后连接片(14)(16)具有的凸起部(38)(40)在结合于框架(12)凹槽(22)的同时,给定要连接的框架(12)的位置,而且,用于结合螺栓(18)的连接孔(24)(42)(44)自然连通,因而组装作业能够更迅速、容易地实现,能够提高作业效率。
而且,各连接部位的前后连接片(14)(16)借助于凹槽(22)和凸起部(38)(40)而与各个框架(12)的连接部位实现挂接,而且,其支撑棱(30)(32)支撑框架(12)的连接部位,进而在前后连接片(14)(16)之间,避开框架(12),形成有借助于各个螺栓(19)和螺母(21)而连接固定的多个间隔保持用支撑板(50),从而能够极大地加强连接部的强度,因而具有能够相应地保障建筑结构物安全等的效果。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图,详细说明本发明的优选实施例,不过,本发明中使用的框架的位置及相互间交角因用途而异,而且,对框架的各连接部位进行连接的前后连接片的外形也因此而不同,但发挥相同功能,因而赋予相同符号进行说明,为了避免模糊发明的要旨,省略对相关公知技术的具体说明。
图1是显示借助于本发明而组装构成的建筑结构物的一个示例的立体图,本发明构成得将构成组装式建筑结构物(10)的柱子及椽条等的框架(12)的各连接部置于其间,结合前后连接片(14)(16),利用多个螺栓(18)(19)与螺母(20)(21),不仅连接固定框架(12)与前后连接片(14)(16),而且连接固定前后连接片(14)(16)。
图2是本发明的立体图,图3是本发明的分解立体图,图4是本发明的主要部分剖面结构图,构成柱子及椽条等的各框架(12)由方管构成,截断成需要的长度,此时,在四面具有的各面上,沿各个长度方向形成有加强用凹槽(22),并在各框架(12)的两端连接部具有的凹槽(22)中,形成有用于结合螺栓(18)的多个连接孔(24)。
另一方面,连接框架(12)的前后连接片(14)(16)构成得具有接触部(26)(28)及加强部(34)(36),所述接触部(26)(28)分别具有与相互相向的框架(12)连接部相同的外形,所述加强部(34)(36)与接触部(26)(28)将支撑棱(30)(32)置于其间。另外,在前后连接片(14)(16)具有的接触部(26)(28),沿长度方向形成有紧密结合于框架(12)凹槽(22)的凸起部(38)(40),在该凸起部(38)(40)的两侧,形成有与各个框架(12)的连接孔(24)贯通的多个连接孔(42)(44),且在接触部(26)(28)的中央部与加强部(34)(36)的两侧形成有连接孔(46)(48)。
而且,连接框架(12)与前后连接片(14)(16)的螺栓(18),贯通在框架(12)的凹槽(22)与前后连接片(14)(16)的接触部(26)(28)形成的各个相互连通的连接孔(24)(42)(44),拧紧螺母(20)进行连接固定;连接前后连接片(14)(16)的螺栓(19),贯通为在前后连接片(14)(16)的接触部(26)(28)中央部与加强部(34)(36)两侧具有的连接孔(46)(48)之间保持间隔而插入的支撑板(50),拧紧螺母(21)进行固定。
图5是本发明另一实施例的立体图,图6是本发明另一实施例的分解立体图,显示出本发明不仅在构成左右椽条的框架(12)间的连接时可以使用,在构成椽条与柱子的框架(12)间的连接时也可以使用。
即,也是将构成椽条的框架(12)与构成柱子的框架(12)的连接部置于其间,结合前后连接片(14)(16),利用多个螺栓(18)(19)与螺母(20)(21),不仅连接固定框架(12)与前后连接片(14)(16),而且连接固定前后连接片(14)(16),在前后连接片(14)(16)之间形成支撑板(50),使得保持给定的间隔即可,因而在连接椽条与柱子连接时也能使用。
本发明在对组装式建筑结构物(10)进行组装时,用作椽条和支柱等的框架(12)并非单纯的方管,而是在方管具有的各面形成有加强用凹槽(22),因而减小了所使用的钢板厚度,节省了材料费,而且,由于重量减轻而容易处置,同时,借助于凹槽(22),能够获得强度得到强化的框架(12)。
另外,本发明不仅是在构成左右椽条的框架(12)间的连接作业时,而且在构成椽条的框架(12)与构成支柱的框架(12)间的连接作业时,前后连接片(14)(16)的凸起部(38)(40)结合于相互相向的框架(12)的连接部具有的凹槽(22)后,框架(12)则给定了相互之间所需的倾斜角,而且,通过连通的连接孔(24)(42)(44)结合螺栓(18),拧紧螺母(20)即可,因而能够更迅速、容易地进行组装作业。
进而,在利用前后连接片(14)(16)进行框架(12)连接作业时,在前后连接片(14)(16)之间,插入借助于另外的螺栓(19)与螺母(21)而连接固定的多个支撑板(50),使得保持给定的间隔,因此,即使用力拧紧连接框架(12)与前后连接片(14)(16)的螺栓(18)与螺母(30),也能够防止框架(12)的变形,而且能够提高连接部的连接强度。
而且,前后连接片(14)(16)除了借助于螺栓(18)与螺母(20)而与框架(12)连接外,左右具有的凸起部(38)(40)与各个要连接的框架(12)的凹槽(22)结合,向负重作用的方向发挥支撑力,而且,支撑棱(30)(32)支撑框架(12)的连接部,因而能够极大地强化连接部的连接强度。
Claims (1)
1.一种组装式建筑结构物的框架连接装置,所述组装式建筑结构物的框架连接装置将分别以方管形成且构成柱子和椽条的框架(12)的连接部置于其间,结合前后连接片(14)(16),利用贯通各个框架(12)与连接片(14)(16)的连接孔(24)(42)(44)的多个螺栓(18)和螺母(20)进行连接固定,而且,在前后连接片(14)(16)之间,避开框架(12),结合与各个连接孔(46)(48)连通的多个支撑板(50),利用贯通连接孔(46)(48)与支撑板(50)的多个螺栓(19)和螺母(21)进行连接,其特征在于,在所述各框架(12)具有的各面上形成有加强用凹槽(22),前后连接片(14)(16)将支撑框架(12)的支撑棱(30)(32)置于其间,形成有与框架(12)的侧面部接触的接触部(26)(28)与加强部(34)(36),在接触部(26)(28)形成有与框架(12)的加强用凹槽(22)结合的凸起部(38)(40)。
