Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,按重量份计,包括35~65份改性聚醚、4~10份二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MDI)、35~65份填料和0.5~1份颜料,所述改性聚醚是通过聚醚多元醇与酸性树脂在100~120℃下反应1~3小时制得,所述酸性树脂为丙烯酸树脂,且其酸度值为5~30。本发明除了能够使用常规聚醚的同时还可以采用化工生产中产生的废弃物加工而成的回收聚醚进行改性,成本相对较低,改性聚醚分子量高,流动性好,保证了施工质量;本发明直接使用MDI作为催干剂,不添加有毒的TDI和重金属催化剂,安全环保,大大简化了生产工艺,缩短了生产周期,降低生产成本。

一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物
技术领域
本发明属于塑胶材料领域,具体涉及一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物。
背景技术
通用型聚氨酯塑胶跑道,是通过两种组分混合搅拌得到的,其中甲组分为聚丙二醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)预聚体,需要一定条件下聚合反应而成;乙组分为聚醚二元醇、聚醚三元醇、硫化剂亚甲基双邻氯苯胺(MOCA,需110℃熔化)、重金属催化剂、填料和颜料搅拌均匀经研磨而成。现场使用时是将甲组分和乙组分按照一定比例混合搅拌均匀即可摊铺塑胶跑道。这种传统生产跑道胶的过程不但加工工艺复杂加工周期长,成本相对也高;所使用的高毒性的TDI,生产安全要求较高,聚合反应过程也存在暴聚风险;MOCA,重金属催化剂等对环境有污染;原料品种多,施工程序繁琐,效率不高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种成分简单、成本低、制备工艺简单的环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,按重量份计,包括35~65份改性聚醚、4~10份二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MDI)、35~65份无机填料和0.5~1份颜料,所述改性聚醚是通过聚醚多元醇与酸性树脂在100-120℃下反应1~3小时制得,所述聚醚多元醇与酸性树脂的质量比为1~3:1,所述酸性树脂的酸度值为5~30。
优选地,所述聚醚多元醇是从含聚氨酯成分的废料中提取得到的。
优选地,所述填料为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、滑石粉、石英粉或陶土中的一种或几种。优选地,所述颜料为无机颜料。
本发明所述的一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,以改性聚醚、填料和颜料为主剂,MDI为催干剂,施工时,先将加工好的主剂与定量的催干剂混合搅拌均匀,直接摊铺成胶。
有益效果:
(1)本发明的主剂由改性聚醚、填料、颜料组成,混合搅拌均匀经研磨即可,不加硫化剂MOCA,不加重金属催化剂,不需加热,简化了生产工艺,缩短了生产周期;
(2)本发明除了能够使用常规聚醚多元醇的同时还可以采用化工生产中产生的废弃物加工而成的回收聚醚多元醇进行改性,成本相对较低,改性聚醚分子量高,流动性好,摊铺时平整度好,所制的材料物理性能好,保证了施工质量;
(3)本发明直接使用MDI作为催干剂,不含有毒的游离TDI和MOCA,不人为添加重金属,为环保型材料,并且施工效率提高。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,这些实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种改性聚醚的生产方法,取酸度为5的丙烯酸树脂30kg和聚醚多元醇30kg混合搅拌均匀后,在120℃的温度下反应1小时即得改性聚醚。
实施例2
一种改性聚醚的生产方法,取酸度为15的丙烯酸树脂20kg和聚醚多元醇30kg混合搅拌均匀后,在110℃的温度下反应2小时即得改性聚醚。
实施例3
一种改性聚醚的生产方法,取酸度为30的丙烯酸树脂10kg和聚醚多元醇30kg混合搅拌均匀后,在100℃的温度下反应3小时即得改性聚醚。
实施例4
一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,包括改性聚醚50kg、双飞粉(主要成分为碳酸钙和少量碳酸镁)50kg和MDI6kg,无机颜料0.75kg,将主剂改性聚醚、双飞粉和无机颜料搅拌均匀后,添加催干剂MDI摊铺开,材料即固化成型。环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物性能如下:
实施例5
一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,包括改性聚醚35kg、滑石粉65kg和MDI4kg,无机颜料0.5kg,将主剂改性聚醚、滑石粉和无机颜料搅拌均匀后,添加催干剂MDI摊铺开,材料即固化成型。环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物性能如下:
实施例6
一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,包括改性聚醚65kg、石英粉35kg和MDI10kg,无机颜料1.0kg,将主剂改性聚醚、石英粉和无机颜料搅拌均匀后,添加催干剂MDI摊铺开,材料即固化成型。环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物性能如下:

1.一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括35~65份改性聚醚、4~10份二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MDI)、35~65份无机填料和0.5~1份颜料;
其中,所述改性聚醚是通过聚醚多元醇与酸性树脂在100~120℃下反应1~3小时制得,所述聚醚多元醇与酸性树脂的质量比为1~3:1,所述酸性树脂为丙烯酸树脂,且其酸度值为5~30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇是从含聚氨酯成分的废料中提取得到的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,其特征在于,所述填料为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、滑石粉、石英粉或陶土中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道复合物,其特征在于,所述颜料为无机颜料。
