本发明涉及水暖箱下盖模具，具体涉及一种水暖箱下盖模具。
背景技术
在原先的水暖箱下盖模具设计中,因拐角处位置较小,设计了6mm直径的顶针，因产品比较大，导致顶出时顶针变形，损坏频率高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是水暖箱下盖模具的顶针直径为6mm，因产品比较大，导致顶出时顶针变形，损坏频率高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种水暖箱下盖模具，包括多个顶针，所述模具拐角处顶针的直径为10mm。
本发明提供的水暖箱下盖模具把原先设计的6mm直径的顶针更改成10mm，确保顶出力较大处顶针也要有足够的强度，模具的此顶针不容易变形，不会导致产品不良，提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本。

如图1所示，本发明提供的水暖箱下盖模具包括多个顶针，模具拐角处顶针1的直径为10mm。
本发明提供的水暖箱下盖模具把原先设计的6mm直径的顶针更改成10mm，确保顶出力较大处顶针也要有足够的强度，模具的此顶针不容易变形，不会导致产品不良，提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本。
