本实用新型涉及机械制造中使用的一种模具。
背景技术
在压铸模具的制造中，模具的结构一般为模框，模芯，而模芯一般采用的材料都是很好地材料，需耐高温耐高压，材料本身价格比较昂贵，模框一般使用的材料价格则更便宜，而模芯重量都在几千公斤，作为模芯的背面部分没什么作用但是使用一样的材料，是一种很大的浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供可显著降低成本的模具。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：
一种模具，它包括模框、模芯和模仁，所述模框一侧设有第一开口，所述模芯嵌入第一开口，所述模芯一侧设有第二开口，所述模仁嵌入第二开口，所述第一开口和第二开口的朝向相同。
作为上述方案的进一步优化，所述第一开口和第二开口皆为矩形。

如图1所示，一种模具，它包括模框1、模芯2和模仁3，所述模框1一侧设有第一开口，所述模芯2嵌入第一开口，所述模芯2一侧设有第二开口，所述模仁3嵌入第二开口，所述第一开口和第二开口的朝向相同。所述第一开口和第二开口皆为矩形。
本实施例的模仁3采用上等材料，模芯2采用中等材料，模框1采用一般材料。在保证同样模具厚度和质量的情形下，材料价格大大降低。
