本发明公开一种补血保健饮料及制备方法,属饮料技术领域。本发明选取女贞子、川穹、甘草、核桃仁等中药材,经科学组方、采用超高压二次提取与超高压灭菌技术相结合加工而成。本发明生产的补血保健饮料不仅口感恬淡、还具有营养丰富,益气生津、调节糖代谢、养阴活血等作用,是一种老少适宜的理想补血保健饮料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种补血保健饮料的制作,具体地说是利用中药制作的一种补血保健饮料及生产方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,对饮料不仅要求解渴、清凉,而且还要求具有较高的营养价值和保健功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要在传统中医药理论指导下,结合现代医药学理论,选择传统中药经科学配方,采取先进的生产工艺研制出的补血保健饮料不仅口感恬淡、还具有营养丰富,益气生津、调节糖代谢、养阴活血等作用,是一种老少适宜的理想补血保健饮料。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施方案为:
本发明采用的配方是:女贞子12-18组份、川穹10-15组份、甘草10-15组份、核桃仁5-8组份、蜂蜜10-15组份。
(a):选料:选取权利要求1所述配方将女贞子、川穹、甘草,经流水清洗晾干后分别用粉碎机将其粉碎过40目筛网备用;
(b)提纯:将女贞子、川穹、甘草粉末置于适宜煎煮容器中,用水充分湿润,加入3-5倍的净化水,加热至60-65℃,浸提30-35 min,然后进行粗滤,取出滤液a;再向滤渣中按权利要求(1)所述比例投入核桃仁并加入2倍的净化水,65-70℃温度下进行第 2 次浸提 30 min,保温搅拌5 min-10min,得滤液b;滤液a与滤液b混和均匀后,得混合液;
(c)调配: 将步骤(b)所得混合液,按取权利要求1所述投入蜂蜜与混合液在加热过程中搅拌均匀,将混合液加热至60℃-70℃,在保温4-6小时后用0.45μm 的滤膜进行过滤;
(d)均质:将过滤后的混合液置于压力锅内,采用两步均质法,第一次温度 75℃,表压 10MPa,第二次温度 85℃,表压20MPa。时间为3-5小时;
(e)脱气:将步骤(5)所得混合液在真空度≥0.08 MPa,进行真空脱气处理,温度维持在60-70℃,时间为5-10min;
(f)灌装杀菌:将步骤(6)所得混合液在130-135℃温度下保持3-5 s,灭菌后灌装,得成品。
本发明制成的补血保健饮料具有营养丰富、益气生津、调节糖代谢、养阴活血作用。
具体实施方式
实施例,一种补血保健饮料及制备方法,采用以下步骤:
(a)选料:将1.2kg女贞子、1.5kg川穹、1kg甘草,经流水清洗晾干后分别用粉碎机将其粉碎过40目筛网备用;
(b)提纯:将女贞子、川穹、甘草粉末置于适宜煎煮容器中,用水充分湿润,加入3-5倍的净化水,加热至60-65℃,浸提30-35 min,然后进行粗滤,取出滤液a;再向滤渣中投入6kg核桃仁并加入2倍的净化水,65-70℃温度下进行第 2 次浸提 30 min,保温搅拌5 min-10min,得滤液b;滤液a与滤液b混和均匀后,得混合液;
(c)调配: 将步骤(b)所得混合液,按取权利要求1所述投入蜂蜜与混合液在加热过程中搅拌均匀,将混合液加热至70℃,在保温4-6小时后用0.45μm 的滤膜进行过滤;
(d)均质:将过滤后的混合液置于压力锅内,采用两步均质法,第一次温度 75℃,表压 10MPa,第二次温度 85℃,表压20MPa。时间为4小时;
(e)脱气:将步骤(5)所得混合液在真空度≥0.08 MPa,进行真空脱气处理,温度维持在604℃,时间为8min;
(f)灌装杀菌:将步骤(6)所得混合液在135℃温度下保持5 s,灭菌后灌装,得成品。

Claims (1)

1.一种补血保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(a)选料:将1.2kg女贞子、1.5kg川芎、1kg甘草,经流水清洗晾干后分别用粉碎机将其粉碎过40目筛网备用;
(b)提纯:将女贞子、川芎、甘草粉末置于适宜煎煮容器中,用水充分湿润,加入3-5倍的净化水,加热至60-65℃,浸提30-35min,然后进行粗滤,取出滤液a;再向滤渣中投入6kg核桃仁并加入2倍的净化水,在65-70℃温度中进行第2次浸提30min,保温搅拌5-10min,得滤液b;滤液a与滤液b混和均匀后,得混合液;
(c)调配:将步骤(b)所得混合液,投入1kg蜂蜜,与混合液在加热过程中搅拌均匀,将混合液加热至70℃,再保温4-6小时后,用0.45μm的滤膜进行过滤;
(d)均质:将过滤后的混合液置于压力锅内,采用两步均质法,第一次温度75℃,表压 10MPa,第二次温度85℃,表压20MPa;时间为4小时;
(e)脱气:将步骤(d)所得混合液在真空度≥0.08MPa,进行真空脱气处理,温度维持在60℃,时间为8min;
(f)灌装杀菌:将步骤(e)所得混合液在135℃温度中保持5s,灭菌后灌装,得成品。
