一种草莓汁;本发明涉及一种防治高脂血疾病的保健草莓汁;本发明提供了一种防治高脂血疾病的保健草莓汁,其特征是包括以下的原料:夏天无中药流浸膏和草莓汁,两者的配比为50-200ml/L;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根按10:7-10的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。本发明草莓汁含有丰富营养,润肺生津,健脾和胃,利尿消肿,与夏天无活血去瘀起到降血脂的协同作用;保健草莓汁通过淡竹根、莲子、灯心草调理人体心肝脾肺肾五脏之平衡,理气健脾、消渴化瘀清浊,又用夏天无活血通经,从而达到防治高血脂的目的。

 本发明涉及一种保健草莓汁,尤其是一种防治高脂血疾病的保健草莓汁。
背景技术
中医认为,草莓性味甘、凉,入脾、胃、肺经,有润肺生津,健脾和胃,利尿消肿,解热祛暑之功,适用于肺热咳嗽,食欲不振,小便短少,暑热烦渴等。草莓中丰富的维生素C除了可以预防坏血病以外,对动脉硬化、冠心病、心绞痛等疾病,都有积极的预防作用。草莓中含有的果胶及纤维素,可促进胃肠蠕动,改善便秘,预防痔疮、肠癌的发生。
现有技术没有应用草莓、夏天无配制防治高脂血的保健草莓汁,口味单一而且保健功能有其局限性,如在中国专利信息中心公布的专利申请号为201210031319.1的发明——一种草莓汁及其制备方法,该发明公开了一种草莓汁,它是以新鲜草莓为原料制得的纯草莓汁,为混浊的液体,其中含有可溶性固形物为7-8.5°BX,总酸质量含量为0.45-0.5%,果肉质量含量为0.3-0.5%;该发明草莓汁具有新鲜草莓的风味和适宜的口感,色泽与新鲜草莓颜色相近,并含有草莓原果中的可食用部分的可溶性成分,该草莓汁不会出现果肉沉淀分层现象,没有煮熟味,不含防腐剂,为纯天然草莓汁;该发明草莓汁的制备方法中不经酶解和果胶单宁沉淀工序,不仅减少了化学助剂对果汁的营养卫生影响,同时也保持了草莓原果中的各种营养成分,使生产出的草莓汁有益于饮用者的身体健康。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种防治高脂血疾病的保健草莓汁。
技术方案:一种防治高脂血疾病的保健草莓汁,其特征是包括以下的原料:夏天无中药流浸膏和草莓汁,两者的配比为50-200ml/L;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根按10:7-10的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。
制备方法:将夏天无中药流浸膏按比例加入草莓汁中,混合均匀后,再经灭菌、过滤、封装即为成品。
作为优化,本发明夏天无中药流浸膏配制前加入莲子2-10、灯心草0.5-1份。
夏天无中药味苦、微辛,温,归肝经;功能主治:降压镇痉,行气止痛,活血去瘀。治高血压,偏瘫,风湿性关节炎,坐骨神经痛,小儿麻痹后遗症。《浙江民间常用草药》:“行血,活血,止血,止痛,镇痉。”江西《中草药学》记载夏天无:“降压止痛,行气活血。治各型高血压、偏瘫症,风湿性关节炎,腰肌劳损”。
淡竹根味甘、淡、寒,功能主治:清热除烦、涤痰定惊、主发热心烦、惊悸、小儿惊痫等。《本草拾遗》记载淡竹根:“煮取汁,除烦热。”《日华子本草》记载:消痰,去风热,惊悸迷闷,小儿惊痫。《纲目》:同竹叶煎汤,洗妇人子宫下脱。《重庆草药》:下乳。
莲子味甘;涩;平,归心;脾;肾;胃;肝;膀胱经;功能主治:补脾止泻、益肾固精、养心安神、主脾虚久泻、泻久痢、肾虚遗精、滑泄、小便不禁、妇人崩漏带下、心神不宁、惊悸、不眠等。
 灯心草味甘、淡、微寒;归心、肺、小肠、膀胱经;功能主治:利水通淋;清心降火。主淋病;水肿;小便不利;湿热黄疸;心烦不寐;小儿夜啼;喉痹;口疮;创伤。
本发明的优点是:1、增添了草莓汁的新口味和降血脂保健功效;夏天无中药性辛温易伤阴血,配用淡竹根制其所偏,使其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有舒筋活血、清痰浊湿阻起到意想不到的降血脂效果。
2、通过夏天无、淡竹根、灯心草、莲子调理人体心肝脾肺肾五脏之平衡,理气健脾、消渴化瘀清浊,又用夏天无活血通经,从而达到防治高血脂的目的。
3、草莓汁含有丰富营养,润肺生津,健脾和胃,利尿消肿,可促进夏天无活血去瘀降血脂的作用。
现有技术没有发现及应用夏天无配用淡竹根防治高脂血疾病的功效。本发明夏天无中药流浸膏配方经临床证明,其防治高脂血总有效率为93%。
1、临床数据:高脂血症100例,男60例,女40例;夏天无流浸膏配方组成:夏天无20重量份、淡竹根15重量份。
2、治疗依据:临床症状——①高胆固醇;②高三酰甘油。
3、服用方法:口服,一次10毫升,一日3次,10天为一疗程;连续服用30天至90天。
4、治疗结果:高胆固醇80例,下降75例,无效5例:高三酰甘油20例,下降18例,无效2例。
5、治疗标准:有效——临床症状消失;无效——临床症状未见改善。
6、总有效率:93%。
7、临床验证中未出现不良反应。
8、临床验症结果:临床验证观察,本发明治疗高血脂症100例,总有效率93%,疗效显著。说明本发明夏天无中药流浸膏配方具有良好的降胆固醇和三酰甘油作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种防治高脂血疾病的保健草莓汁,其特征是包括以下的原料:夏天无中药流浸膏和草莓汁,两者的配比为50ml/L;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根按10:7的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。
制备方法:将夏天无中药流浸膏按比例加入草莓汁中,混合均匀后,再经热杀菌、冷却、过滤、封装即为成品。
实施例2:一种防治高脂血疾病的保健草莓汁,其特征是包括以下的原料:夏天无中药流浸膏和草莓汁,两者的配比为100ml/L;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根、莲子、灯心草按10:7:10:1的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。
制备方法同实施例1。
