背景技术
鲈鱼味甘、性平,归经肝、脾、肾经,功能主治:益脾胃、补肝肾。主脾虚泻痢、消化不良、疳积、百日咳、水肿、筋骨萎弱,胎动不安、疮疡久不愈。《本草经疏》记载:鲈鱼,味甘淡气平与脾胃相宜。肾主骨,肝主筋,滋味属阴,总归于脏,益二脏之阴气,故能益筋骨。脾胃有病,则五脏无所滋养,而积渐流于虚弱,脾弱则水气泛滥,益脾胃则诸证自除矣。
现有的鱼丸食品没有应用夏天无、鲈鱼配制防治高血脂保健食品,口味单一且营养保健功能有其局限性,而且也不方便外出旅游携带食用。如在中国专利信息中心公布的专利申请号为201010023048.6的发明——海带鱼肉丸及其制备方法,该发明公开了一种海带鱼肉丸及其制备方法,所述海带鱼肉丸是将海带经过一定的预处理后与鱼糜混合制备成的一种新型鱼丸,它具有一般鱼丸的营养价值,含有许多人体必需的微量元素以及具有保健功能的海藻多糖,色、香、味、营养等方面独具特色等;该发明保健功能有其优点,但其不足之处是缺乏防治高血脂疾病作用。

为了解决现有技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种防治高血脂疾病的鲈鱼丸食品。
技术方案:一种防治高血脂疾病的保健鲈鱼丸食品,包括以下重量份的原料:鲈鱼肉100、夏天无中药流浸膏10-30、淀粉20-30、食盐1-5、清水8-20;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根按10:7-10的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。
制备过程:1、先把鲈鱼肉放入擂溃机中,逐次加入夏天无中药流浸膏、淀粉、食盐、清水,擂溃25分钟,至鱼糜呈粘性较强的酱状为止,倒入制丸机中制成肉丸;2.将肉丸放进烧开的油锅中;3、鱼肉丸炸熟后,捞出沥尽油再经过杀菌包装成为鱼丸食品。
作为优化,本发明夏天无中药流浸膏配制前加入莲子,夏天无与莲子的重量份配比为10:2-10,再制成流浸膏。
