本发明涉及一种保健带鱼食品,尤其是一种防治高血脂疾病的保健带鱼丸食品。
背景技术
带鱼味甘、性平,归胃经;功能主治补虚、解毒、止血。主病后体虚、产后乳汁不足、疮疖痈肿、外伤出血。《本草从新》记载带鱼:补五脏,去风杀虫。《食物宜忌》记载带鱼:和中开胃。《随息居饮食谱》记载带鱼:暖胃,补虚,泽肤。
现有的鱼丸制品没有应用夏天无中药配制防治高血脂产品,口味单一且营养保健功能有其局限性。如在中国专利信息中心公布的专利申请号为201110411664.3的发明——一种鱼丸,该发明公开了一种鱼丸,主要由以下重量份的原料组成:鲜鱼肉100份,菊粉2~15份,生粉5~20份,蛋清2.3~6.0份,调味剂4.1~8.5份,饮用水30~90份。该发明鱼丸具有以下优点:低热量值、促进人体结肠益生菌的生长,抑制有毒发酵产物,增加排便次数和重量、增加粪便酸度、预防结肠癌、促进钙、镁、铁等矿物质的吸收、增强机体免疫力等生理功能等;该发明保健功能有其优点,但其不足之处是缺乏防治高血脂疾病作用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种防治高血脂疾病的保健带鱼丸食品。
技术方案:一种防治高血脂疾病的保健带鱼丸食品,包括以下重量份的原料:带鱼肉100、夏天无中药流浸膏10-30、淀粉20-30、料酒1-5、食盐1-5、清水8-20;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根按10:7-10的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。
制备过程:1、先把带鱼肉放入擂溃机中,逐次加入夏天无中药流浸膏、淀粉、料酒、食盐、清水,擂溃20-25分钟,至鱼糜呈粘性较强的胶状为止,倒入制丸机中制成肉丸;2.将肉丸放进锅中,放进适量水烧开;3、鱼肉丸煮熟后捞出沥干分别包装密封,再经过杀菌成为鱼丸制品。
作为优化,本发明夏天无中药流浸膏配制前加入莲子,夏天无与莲子的重量份配比为10:2-10,再制成流浸膏。
夏天无中药味苦、微辛,温,归肝经;功能主治:降压镇痉、行气止痛、活血去瘀。治高血压,偏瘫,风湿性关节炎,坐骨神经痛,小儿麻痹后遗症。《浙江民间常用草药》:“行血,活血,止血,止痛,镇痉。”江西《中草药学》记载夏天无:“降压止痛,行气活血。治各型高血压、偏瘫症,风湿性关节炎,腰肌劳损”。
淡竹根味甘、淡、寒,功能主治:清热除烦、涤痰定惊、主发热心烦、惊悸、小儿惊痫等。《本草拾遗》记载淡竹根:“煮取汁,除烦热。”《日华子本草》记载:消痰,去风热,惊悸迷闷,小儿惊痫。《纲目》:同竹叶煎汤,洗妇人子宫下脱。《重庆草药》:下乳。
莲子味甘;涩;平,归心;脾;肾;胃;肝;膀胱经;功能主治:补脾止泻、益肾固精、养心安神、主脾虚久泻、泻久痢、肾虚遗精、滑泄、小便不禁、妇人崩漏带下、心神不宁、惊悸、不眠等。
本发明的优点是:1、夏天无中药流浸膏口味清新甘醇,增添了鱼肉丸的新口味;带鱼肉补虚、解毒,夏天无活血通络,两者配用促进活血通络效果,起到协同作用。
2、夏天无中药性辛温易伤阴血,故配用淡竹根调和,制其所偏,使其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有舒筋活血、清痰浊湿阻起到降血脂效果。
3、通过夏天无、淡竹根、莲子调理人体心肝脾肺肾五脏之平衡,理气健脾、消渴化瘀清浊,从而达到降血脂的目的。
现有技术没有发现和应用夏天无配用淡竹根防治高血脂产品。本发明夏天无中药流浸膏配方经中医临床证明,其防治高血脂总有效率为93%。
1、临床数据:高血脂症100例,男60例,女40例;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根按10:7-10的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。
2、治疗依据:临床症状——①高胆固醇。②高三酰甘油。
3、服用方法:口服夏天无流浸膏,一次10-15毫升,一日3次,10天为一疗程;连续服用30至90天。
4、治疗结果:高胆固醇80例,下降75例,无效5例:高三酰甘油20例,下降18例,无效2例。
5、治疗标准:有效——临床症状消失、痊愈;无效——临床症状未见改善。
6、总有效率:93%。
7、临床验证中未出现不良反应。
8、临床验症结果:临床验证观察,本发明治疗高血脂症100例,总有效率93%,疗效显著。说明本发明夏天无流浸膏配方具有良好的降胆固醇和三酰甘油作用。

制备过程:1、先把带鱼肉放入擂溃机中,逐次加入夏天无中药流浸膏、淀粉、料酒、食盐、清水,擂溃25分钟,至鱼糜呈粘性较强的胶状为止,倒入制丸机中制成肉丸;2.将肉丸放进锅中,放进适量水烧开;3、鱼肉丸煮熟后捞出沥干分别包装密封,再经过杀菌成为鱼丸食品。
实施例2、一种防治高血脂疾病的保健带鱼丸食品,包括以下重量份的原料:带鱼肉100、夏天无中药流浸膏20、淀粉20、料酒3、食盐3、清水15;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根、莲子按10:7:5的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。

1.一种防治高血脂疾病的保健带鱼丸食品,其特征是包括以下重量份的原料:带鱼肉100、夏天无中药流浸膏10-30、淀粉20-30、料酒1-5、食盐1-5、清水8-20;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根按10:7-10的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。
2.一种防治高血脂疾病的保健带鱼丸食品,其特征是包括以下重量份的原料:带鱼肉100、夏天无中药流浸膏10-30、淀粉20-30、料酒1-5、食盐1-5、清水8-20;所述夏天无中药流浸膏由夏天无、淡竹根、莲子按10:7-10:2-10的重量份配比制成中药流浸膏。
