Abstract
皮肤处理装置包括在一端部处具有处理头部和在另一端部处具有施配器头部的主体。所述处理头部包括包含用于发射电磁辐射的至少一个光源的壳体,所述电磁辐射具有用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需特性。皮肤接触面置于壳体的一端部处并且适于将从光源发射的电磁辐射传递至使用者的皮肤。振动器直接或间接地接触壳体的另一端部从而导致皮肤接触面振动。施配器头部包括用于施配所需物质的施配组件,其用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况。
Description
技术领域
本说明书涉及处理装置,特别是便携式手持装置,用于通过施加光、热量和/或振动疗法处理状况,例如皮肤状况。
背景技术
通过局部施加治疗物质和受控的暴露于特定光波长和强度(电磁辐射)可以处理多种皮肤状况。通过对所需处理区域进行机械刺激例如振动刺激或施加热量可加强对这种皮肤状况的处理。
发明内容
在一个方面中提供了一种皮肤处理装置,其包括:包含用于发射电磁辐射的至少一个光源的壳体,所述电磁辐射具有用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需特性;置于所述壳体的一端部处的皮肤接触面,所述皮肤接触面适于将从至少一个光源发射的电磁辐射传递至使用者的皮肤并且将通过运行至少一个光源产生的热量传递至使用者的皮肤;直接或间接地接触所述壳体的另一端部的振动器,所述振动器适于使皮肤接触面振动;以及用于控制光源和振动器运行的控制组件。
在另一方面中提供了一种皮肤处理装置,其包括在一端部处具有处理头部和在另一端部处具有施配器头部的主体,所述处理头部包括用于发射电磁辐射的一个或多个光源并且将通过运行至少一个光源产生的热量传递至使用者的皮肤,所述电磁辐射具有用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需特性,所述施配器头部包括用于施配用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需物质的施配组件,以及用于控制光源运行的控制组件。
在另一方面中提供了一种用于皮肤处理装置的处理头部,所述处理头部包括包含用于发射电磁辐射的至少一个光源的壳体,所述电磁辐射具有用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需特性;置于所述壳体的一端部处的皮肤接触面,所述皮肤接触面适于将从至少一个光源发射的电磁辐射传递至使用者的皮肤并且将通过运行至少一个光源产生的热量传递至使用者的皮肤;直接或间接地接触所述壳体的另一端部的振动器,所述振动器适于使皮肤接触面振动。

具体实施方式
所请求保护的装置不局限于具有下面所述的任一装置或方法的所有特征的装置或下面所述的多个或所有装置共同的特征。所请求保护的装置可能包括下述装置元件或方法步骤的组合或亚组合。可能下述装置或方法不是所请求保护装置的示例。申请人和/或所有人保留对本文未请求保护的下述任何装置或方法的所有权利,并且不舍弃、放弃或奉献给公众本文公开的任何这种装置。
根据示例的处理装置10如图1常规地示出。所述装置包括处理头部12、主体14和施配器头部16。
处理头部12包括置于处理头部外壳22内的处理组件20(图2A和2B)。处理头部外壳22限定了用于容纳处理组件20的腔24(图4)和在一端部处的孔口26。处理组件20包括至少局部封装在壳体30内的至少一个光源28。光源28通常是发光二极管(LED)如芯片板或表面安装LED并且更通常是封装LED。
光源28通常在400-1500nm的范围内工作。更通常地,用于处理粉刺时光源28在400-450nm的范围内(最通常是414nm)工作,用于皮肤再生时600-1000nm(最通常是660nm)并且用于皮肤微循环刺激时800-1000nm(最通常是870nm)。利用光源28处理的输出能量通常在5-15J/cm2的范围内。对于蓝光(414nm)处理的输出能量是大约6J/cm2。对于120秒的处理时间来说,功率密度通常是50mW/cm2。在某些其它的波长上,假定处理时间量相同,输出能量在7J/cm2和8.4J/cm2的范围内。并且,如果使用单点光源(single-point light source)28,可应用15J/cm2或更多的输出能量。
多个光源28通常被封装在壳体30内,例如仅为示例的目的,如图1-5所示以圆形排列均匀分布7个或任何其它数量的封装LED光源。可采用例如图7-9所示的其它形状构型和排列。仅为示例目的,壳体30可为包围大部分光源28的透明环氧树脂壳体。当光源28包括一个或多个封装LED时,这种透明环氧树脂壳体30通常具有类似于用于封装LED的环氧树脂材料的折射率的折射率。例如由于在20℃处大约1.5的折射率类似于LED环氧树脂密封的1.47-1.52的折射率范围,可能选择丙烯酸环氧(acrylic epoxy)壳体30。
在如图1-5所示的装置10的示例中,壳体30置于腔24内(图4),大体与孔口26齐平。封装LED光源28的梢端从孔口26伸出一短距离(通常为0.5-5mm)。壳体30的暴露面和封装LED伸出的梢端共同限定了处理组件20的皮肤接触面34。皮肤接触面34可替换地由通常由透明环氧树脂材料形成的面板36(图5、7和8)限定,其置于处理头部12的端部处并且适于将光、热量和振动能量传递至皮肤,例如如图7-9所示。面板36可通过连接件48(图7和8)如与处理头部外壳22上的突边(bead)搭扣配合的配合件、螺纹连接件(未示出)或可移除连接件的其它适宜方式可移除地连接于处理头部12的端部。所述可移除连接件使得使用者能够根据所需处理可互换地安装多种面板。
壳体30的其余部分置于腔24内(图4、5、7和8)并且包括置于与皮肤接触面34相反的一侧上且连接于第一印刷电路板(PCB)40的非皮肤接触面38。第一PCB40包括多个通风孔(未示出),当用于形成壳体30的熔融材料置于处理头部外壳22内时允许空气逸出。
壳体30用于将从光源28产生的热量传递至皮肤接触面34。已经发现,封装LED光源28产生足够的热量,其一旦传递通过皮肤接触面34就有助于多种皮肤状况的处理。典型地,产生用于皮肤接触面34的足够热量从而相对使用者的皮肤感觉温暖(通常在37-45℃的范围内)。在如图8所示的可替换示例中,加热器44可置于壳体30内以提供比仅通过从光源28的热传递所获得的更多热量或更一致的温度。射频能量放射器45也可置于壳体30内,用于在处理期间发射射频能量。传感器(未示出)例如温度传感器和接近传感器(proximity sensor)也可置于处理头部12内从而控制装置10的操作。
皮肤接触面34通常包括结构46,用于优化所需处理对皮肤的应用。相信结构46在许多方面提高装置10的性能,包括拉伸皮肤、打开毛孔和优化从装置10至皮肤的光、热量以及最显著地优化振动能量。
结构46可能包括一个或多个如图7-9所示或其组合的具有各种形状和排列的突出部46a(图8)或凹陷46b(图7)。结构46通常具有0.5-5mm范围内的高度H或深度D。根据所需的处理,结构46可具有光滑表面或磨损面。结构46、最通常为凹陷46b的尺寸可被设计为使得完全围绕和包围皮肤状况(位置)例如疣、水疱或丘疹。
处理组件20还包括振动器42(图4、5、7和8),例如盘型振动电机,其通常沿着与壳体30公共的轴线在与壳体30的后表面38相接触的一侧相反的一侧上与第一PCB40配合。通常利用环氧树脂、焊接或其它适宜的连接方式将振动器42紧固于第一PCB40以确保振动转移至皮肤接触面34。在微控制器48(图6)的控制下,利用恒定振动驱动方案通过脉冲宽度调制在所需运行频率下驱动振动器42,从而当电池随着时间流逝从满功率耗至低功率时调节为可变电压范围。振动器42可以在亚音速、声速、或超音速频率并且最通常在5000-25000Hz的范围内运行。
通常地,处理头部外壳22和处理组件20形成为一个整体件。这通过首先将一个或多个光源28(通常为封装LED)焊接于第一PCB40的第一侧来完成。带有附接光源28的第一PCB40随后置于处理头部外壳22内,并且通过穿过孔口26浇注(depositing)壳体材料以形成壳体30来封装光源28和第一PCB40的第一侧。提供足够的壳体来填充腔24和将第一PCB40、光源28和处理头部外壳22共同结合为一个整体件。振动器42随后置于第一PCB40的相反侧上并且利用环氧树脂、焊接或其它适宜的连接件永久性地固定于第一PCB40。
主体14(图1、2和3)包括沿轴线A对齐的电路构件,包括容纳在主体外壳52内的控制组件50。控制组件50包括可操作地连接于振动器42的第二PCB54。控制开关56置于主体外壳52的外部用于控制装置10的运行。控制开关56可为简单的on/off开关(如图所示)或可具有用于控制装置10运行的额外操纵设置。额外的控制设置可包括用于控制振动量的振动控制和/或用于控制所述光源所发射的光量的光源控制。控制开关56可操作地连接于置于第三PCB58上的微控制器48(图6)。第三PCB58又连接于电源60,例如置于主体外壳52内的一个或多个可更换或可再充电的电池。主体外壳52可移除地连接于处理头部外壳22以便于接触电池。适当地,用于电源60的电池可置于整体的电池保持件62内。
装置10的意外的或突然的扰动例如降落和碰撞坚固表面可能导致装置10的电路构件例如PCB40、54和58以及电池保持件62沿轴线A或垂直于轴线A轴向移位(图4)、错位和彼此不再物理接触/直接接触,断开所述构件之间的电接触并且认为装置10不能运行。
主体14还可包括置于分隔器66与电池保持件62之间或沿轴线A的任何其它适宜位置处的偏压件64。偏压件64例如可为由任何可压缩和可膨胀的适宜材料制成的弹簧、橡胶柱体等并且作为减振器,缓冲所述处理装置10的电路构件沿轴线A的任何移动以及使装置10的电路构件沿轴线A彼此压靠从而在这种扰动的情形下防止这种轴向或垂直移动以及构件的错位。
施配器头部16可包括如图2A所示的施配组件70,其置于被可移除罩74覆盖的施配器外壳72内(图1、3和4)。施配组件70可为用于施配用于处理使用者的皮肤的物质的任何适宜组件。例如,施配组件70可以是用于从置于施配器外壳72内的容器(未示出)施配处理物质的辊子(如图所示)、棒或喷嘴。处理物质可为典型的液体、凝胶或黏胶形式的任何外用配方,可用于在处理之前、期间或之后处理特定状况或提供其它预期效果、疗法或其它。
可替换地和任选地,施配器头部16可为中空的或实心的并且仅包括可移除或一体连接的罩74。
施配器头部16能可移除地附加于主体14,通过置于分隔器上的连接件82例如通过螺纹的或搭扣配合的或磁性的连接件,使得不同的施配器头部16可附加于主体14。不同的施配器头部16可包含用于所需应用的新供应的处理物质或替代的处理物质。可替换地,所述物质容器可适于接收处理物质的再充填物(未示出)或所述物质容器可穿过舱口(hatch)(未示出)被移除以使新容器可被插入。
参照图6,是示出装置10的某些功能构件的互操作性的方框图。电源60为某些功能构件提供电力,同时微控制器48控制所述功能构件的运行。微控制器可以包括处理器和存储器。微控制器的某些或所有功能如监控电源60以及监控和控制光源28、振动器42和(任选地)加热器44可利用存储于其存储器内的软件被编程在其处理器内。控制开关56允许微控制器48的手动控制和因而允许对装置10的功能构件的控制。
在使用期间,使用者可以利用施配器头部16将处理物质施加于使用者的皮肤所需的区域。施配器头部16合适地位于装置10的一端部处,这样使用者随后可仅回转装置10就利用处理头部12施加所需处理。使用者然后可以激活控制开关56从而触发光、热量和振动能量的产生。使用者随后将皮肤接触面34施加于使用者的皮肤的所需区域从而给予所需时段(例如两分钟)的所需处理。使用者可以在使用者的皮肤上施加所需量的压力以使皮肤接触面内的结构46拉伸皮肤、打开毛孔和优化传递至皮肤的光、热量和振动能量。使用者也可在皮肤表面上移动装置10从而进一步刺激和处理较大的皮肤表面面积。
所述装置意图用于处理各种各样的状况,其得益于光、热量和振动能量的组合的施加。典型地,这种状况是美容或皮肤病状况例如粉刺、疤痕、疣、脂肪粒和与年龄有关的状况,其得益于微循环的产生和胶原蛋白的生成。该装置也可用于处理其它状况例如阴道疣。
虽然上面的描述提供了一个或更多工序或装置的示例,要了解其它工序或装置也在所附权利要求的范围内。
Claims (23)
1.一种皮肤处理装置,包括:
壳体,其包含用于发射电磁辐射的至少一个光源,所述电磁辐射具有用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需特性;
置于所述壳体的一端部处的皮肤接触面,所述皮肤接触面适于将从所述至少一个光源发射的电磁辐射传递至使用者的皮肤;
振动器,其直接或间接地接触所述壳体的另一端部,所述振动器适于使皮肤接触面振动;以及
用于控制光源和振动器运行的控制组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述皮肤接触面包括适于拉伸使用者皮肤的一部分的一个或多个结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述皮肤接触面包括适于包围使用者的皮肤上的一个或多个皮肤结构的一个或多个结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述至少一个光源和所述振动器沿从壳体的一端部延伸至另一端部的轴线对齐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中还包括外壳,所述外壳容纳沿着所述轴线与光源和振动器对齐的电路构件以及将所述电路构件轴向地彼此压靠以防止这些构件在扰动情形下错位的偏压件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述壳体用于将从至少一个光源产生的热量传递至皮肤接触面和使用者的皮肤。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述电磁辐射在400-1500nm的范围内。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述电磁辐射在用于处理粉刺的400-450nm的范围内。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述电磁辐射在400-1500nm的范围内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中用于处理的输出能量在5-15J/cm2的范围内。
11.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中用于处理的输出能量在用于粉刺的4-8J/cm2的范围内。
12.一种皮肤处理装置,包括:
主体,所述主体在一端部处具有处理头部和在另一端部处具有施配器头部;
所述处理头部包括用于发射电磁辐射的至少一个光源,所述电磁辐射具有用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需特性;
所述施配器头部包括用于施配用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需物质的施配组件;以及
用于控制光源运行的控制组件。
13.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述处理头部还包括适于将振动施加于使用者的皮肤的振动器。
14.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述处理头部还包括用于将从至少一个光源产生的热量传递至皮肤接触面和使用者的皮肤的壳体。
15.一种用于皮肤处理装置的处理头部,所述处理头部包括:
壳体,其包含用于发射电磁辐射的至少一个光源,所述电磁辐射具有用于处理一种或多种皮肤状况的所需特性;
置于所述壳体的一端部处的皮肤接触面,所述皮肤接触面适于将从所述至少一个光源发射的电磁辐射传递至使用者的皮肤;以及
振动器,其直接或间接地接触所述壳体的另一端部,所述振动器适于使所述皮肤接触面振动。
16.根据权利要求15所述的处理头部,其中所述皮肤接触面包括适于拉伸使用者皮肤的一部分的一个或多个结构。
17.根据权利要求15所述的处理头部,其中所述皮肤接触面包括适于包围使用者的皮肤上的一个或多个皮肤结构的一个或多个结构。
18.根据权利要求16所述的处理头部,其中所述结构包括至少一个凸起。
19.根据权利要求16所述的处理头部,其中所述结构包括至少一个凹陷。
20.根据权利要求15所述的处理头部,其中所述壳体用于将从至少一个光源产生的热量传递至皮肤接触面和使用者的皮肤。
21.根据权利要求15所述的处理头部,其中所述皮肤接触面至少部分地由所述壳体形成。
22.根据权利要求15所述的处理头部,其中所述皮肤接触面包括置于所述壳体的一端部处的面板。
23.根据权利要求22所述的处理头部,其中所述面板可移除地置于所述壳体的所述一端部处。
