背景技术
现有的齿轮磨损比较严重,传动反应比较慢,轮齿间啮合的润滑效果比较差,摩擦比较大,齿轮在传动时的噪音比较大,缩短了齿轮的使用寿命,大大降低了齿轮工作的可靠性。
发明内容
为了克服现有的齿轮磨损严重、摩擦大、噪音大、使用寿命短以及工作可靠性低的不足,本发明提供了一种新型齿轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型齿轮,包括内孔、轮体、缓冲腹板、轮齿和硫化物层,内孔一侧的轮体内设有缓冲腹板,轮齿表面覆有一层硫化物层。
