本发明涉及一种艾草面条及其制作方法,该艾草面条按质量百分比它包括如下组分:艾草0~20%,面粉60~95%和水5~15%;其制作方法是先将艾草在温水或沸水中泡至发软状后撩出,制成浆状的艾草浆或晒干制成粉状的艾草粉,然后将该艾草浆或艾草粉与面粉、水混合后,和成面团,之后将该面团经常规工艺制成面条即可。采用本发明,不仅使面条具有醇郁的艾草清香味,能增强食欲,而且食用后具有平喘镇咳,护肝利胆,以及减肥的作用,是人们理想的美味佳肴和保健食品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种艾草面条及其制作方法。
背景技术
面条作为传统食品深受许多人的喜爱,市场上也出现了许多营养和保健功能的面条,如鸡蛋面、香菇面,甚至还有冬虫夏草面等。而艾草,是一种多年生草本植物,其味苦辛、性温,宜入肝、脾和肾,具有祛温散寒,温血活血等功效,在药理研究方面发现艾草有抗菌、抗病毒、抗过敏、抗凝血、镇咳祛痰、镇静等作用,是护肝利胆的好帮手。另外,艾草中的咖啡酸、咖啡平宁酸等提取物还有利于减肥。目前,在中国的民间,通常在清明前后,用糯米粉与其混合制成表皮后,用于包制一种俗称为“清明果”的食品并加以食用,然而,将其制作成面条并走向市场尚没有先例。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供既可日常食用,又具有保健作用的一种艾草面条及其制作方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种艾草面条,其特征在于按质量百分比它包括如下组分:艾草0~20%,面粉60~95%和水5~15%。
一种艾草面条的制作方法,其特征在于先将艾草在温水或沸水中泡至发软状后撩出,制成浆状的艾草浆或晒干制成粉状的艾草粉,然后将该艾草浆或艾草粉与面粉、水混合后,和成面团,之后将该面团经常规工艺制成面条即可。
采用本发明,不仅使面条具有醇郁的艾草清香味,能增强食欲,而且食用后具有平喘镇咳,护肝利胆,以及减肥的作用,是人们理想的美味佳肴和保健食品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施对本发明作进一步详细说明。它包括下列步骤:
一、实施例一
1、取新鲜艾草10公斤除污。
2、将上述艾草放入温水或沸水中,泡至半熟或全熟且呈发软状,然后撩出。
3、将发软状的艾草通过打浆或磨浆,制成浆状的艾草浆。
4、在上述艾草浆中加入面粉80公斤,并根据浆的厚薄情况加入适量的水均匀混合后,和成面团。
5、将上述面团按常规工艺制成面条即可。
二、实施例二
1、取新鲜艾草10公斤除污。
2、将上述艾草放入温水或沸水中,泡至半熟或全熟且呈发软状,然后撩出。
3、将发软状的艾草晒干后,采用粉碎机磨制成粉状的艾草粉。
4、在上述艾草粉中加入面粉80公斤,加入适量的水均匀混合后,和成面团。
5、将上述面团按常规工艺制成面条即可。

1.一种艾草面条,其特征在于按质量百分比它包括如下组分:艾草0~20%,面粉60~95%和水5~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草面条的制作方法,其特征在于先将艾草在温水或沸水中泡至发软状后撩出,制成浆状的艾草浆或晒干制成粉状的艾草粉,然后将该艾草浆或艾草粉与面粉、水混合后,和成面团,之后将该面团经常规工艺制成面条即可。
