本发明涉及球阀技术领域,具体是一种双向强制密封球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、楔式椎体及阀瓣,其特征在于所述阀体顶部与阀盖相连,所述阀盖顶部中央通过支架竖直固定阀杆,所述阀杆底部通过阀盖中央的通孔销接固定阀体内腔中的楔式椎体,与楔式椎体实现联动,即沿固定轴轴向做提升旋转运动;所述阀体内腔底部中央竖直设有固定轴,所述固定轴与楔式锥体底部中央的凹槽相适配,所述阀体内腔底部两端通过T型槽固定阀瓣,所述阀瓣的顶部、阀体内腔两侧的内壁上分别设有阀瓣限位装置,所述两侧的阀瓣限位装置与楔式锥体的两侧壁密合连接。该阀门结构稳定合理,双向强制密封,密封性能可靠,介质流动阻力小,启闭扭矩小,阀杆稳定性好等优点。

Description

一种双向强制密封球阀
[技术领域]
本发明涉及球阀技术领域,具体的说是一种双向强制密封球阀。
[背景技术]
在工业生产中,闸阀和球阀被广泛应用。传统楔形闸阀启动是靠楔形闸板上下运动,与楔形阀座脱开密合实现的,该闸阀的优点是启闭操作力小、强制双密封产生的密封效果好,缺点是阀门启闭操作时间长,初始启动力大,阀芯启闭有相对摩擦,造成密封面损坏,此类阀门结构体积大、笨重且安装维修难度大、不美观。因此为了改善阀门外观,且增大流通量,在天然气、石油、化工、环保、城市管道燃气管线等领域的各种输送管线、放空系统和汽储存装置上,多采用O型球阀用作启闭设备。其阀芯为整体球形,可有效地保障密封,其中全通径球阀由于通径与管道直径基本相同,流体介质压力损失小,密封性能优异,开启时间短等优点得到大量的应用。
而球阀内的密封形式,从目前市场上常用的球阀看,分为二种:一种为前阀座密封,一旦前阀座密封失效,阀门必须拆下进行检修;第二种为前后阀座同时密封,此种密封形式与前一种密封形式相比,密封性能更加可靠,在前阀座密封失效的前提下,后阀座能发挥密封作用,但此种球阀阀座加工难度大,实际应用效果并不理想。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的在于为克服上述现有技术中密封结构的不足,提供一种双向强制密封球阀。
为实现上述目的,设计一种双向强制密封球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、楔式椎体及阀瓣,其特征在于所述阀体顶部与阀盖相连,所述阀盖顶部中央通过支架竖直固定阀杆,所述阀杆底部通过阀盖中央的通孔销接固定阀体内腔中的楔式椎体,与楔式椎体实现联动,即沿固定轴轴向做提升旋转运动;所述阀体内腔底部中央竖直设有固定轴,所述固定轴与楔式锥体底部中央的凹槽相适配,所述阀体内腔底部两端通过T型槽固定阀瓣,所述阀瓣的顶部、阀体内腔两侧的内壁上分别设有阀瓣限位装置,所述两侧的阀瓣限位装置与楔式锥体的两侧壁密合连接。
所述阀体为一体式铸钢结构,其内腔采用流线型内壁。
所述楔式椎体与阀瓣限位装置的接触面采用斜面结构。
所述楔式锥体沿着与阀瓣限位装置的接触面位移,推动阀瓣限位装置左右位移实现对阀体的双向强制密封。
所述阀瓣设有喷焊的碳化钨层,T型槽的配合面设有堆焊的硬质合金层。
本发明的有益效果在于:
a.阀体采用一体铸钢结构,内腔流线型设计,介质流动性好,避免发生堵塞滞留问题,外形尺寸减小,结构紧凑,节省安装空间,并且消除了潜在的外漏通道。
b.阀瓣、阀体密封表面采用堆焊硬质合金,密封面硬度达到HRC60以上,耐磨损、耐冲蚀。堆焊层和基体之间的强度达到冶金结合,有足够的强度以承受高压介质的冲击。
c.限位装置表面采用超音速喷涂碳化钨合金,减小阀瓣启闭过程中的摩擦,并避免零件生锈产生的阻滞带来的启闭力矩增大问题,改善阀门内部零件工作环境,有效地延长了阀门的使用寿命。
d.楔式锥体在阀门关闭过程中向两侧阀瓣施加压力,使两侧阀瓣同时压紧在阀体上,强制前后密封面同时密封,密封面损坏不严重的情况下,通过调整驱动装置的限位装置位置,能够对密封表面进行补偿,继续保持密封状态,减少阀门维修次数,将用户损失在根本上降至最低。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步阐述,相信本套阀门的结构构造对本领域技术人员来说是清楚的。
如图1所示的双向强制密封球阀,包括一体式铸造阀体1、与阀体1连接的阀盖6、与阀体1连接固定轴2、T型槽堆焊硬质合金的楔式锥体3、与楔式锥体3通过T型槽连接的2个阀瓣4、喷焊有碳化钨的调整阀瓣4关闭位置的限位装置5、与楔式锥体3固定销接的做旋转和提升运动的阀杆7、与阀杆7通过销轴限位的支架8。
第一步,装配阀体内腔结构。所用的阀体是为一体式铸钢结构,其内腔具有流线型内壁。首先,阀体内腔的底部中央竖直设有一根固定轴;其次,在阀体内腔底部两端安装T型槽,并通过T型槽固定阀瓣,阀体与阀瓣密封处堆焊有硬质合金,所述阀瓣设有喷焊的碳化钨层;然后,在阀瓣的顶部、阀体内腔两侧的内壁上分别设有阀瓣限位装置;接着,放入楔式锥体,使得楔式锥体底部中央的凹槽与固定轴相适配,两侧的阀瓣限位装置与楔式锥体的两侧壁密合固定连接,其中楔式椎体与阀瓣限位装置的接触面采用斜面结构。
第二步,装配联动结构。在阀体顶部安装阀盖,在阀盖顶部中央通过支架竖直固定阀杆,而阀杆底部通过阀盖中央的通孔销接固定阀体内腔中的楔式椎体,与楔式椎体实现联动,阀杆上装配有导向销轴,所述导向销轴与支架的螺旋槽配合通过连接销与阀杆固定连接,首先带动楔式椎体沿固定轴轴向做提升旋转运动。
如图2所示,楔式锥体在阀门关闭过程中沿着与阀瓣限位装置的接触面位移,推动阀瓣限位装置左右位移的同时,向两侧阀瓣施加压力,使两侧阀瓣同时压紧在阀体上,强制前后密封面同时密封,密封面损坏不严重的情况下,通过调整驱动装置的限位装置位置,能够对密封表面进行补偿,继续保持密封状态,减少阀门维修次数,将用户损失在根本上降至最低。

1.一种双向强制密封球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、楔式椎体及阀瓣,其特征在于所述阀体顶部与阀盖相连,所述阀盖顶部中央通过支架竖直固定阀杆,所述阀杆底部通过阀盖中央的通孔销接固定阀体内腔中的楔式椎体,与楔式椎体实现联动;所述阀体内腔底部中央竖直设有固定轴,所述固定轴与楔式锥体底部中央的凹槽相适配,所述阀体内腔底部两端通过T型槽固定阀瓣,所述阀瓣的顶部、阀体内腔两侧的内壁上分别设有阀瓣限位装置,所述两侧的阀瓣限位装置与楔式锥体的两侧壁密合连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双向强制密封球阀,其特征在于所述阀体为一体式铸钢结构,其内腔采用流线型内壁。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双向强制密封球阀,其特征在于所述楔式椎体与阀瓣限位装置的接触面采用斜面结构。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的一种双向强制密封球阀,其特征在于所述楔式锥体沿着与阀瓣限位装置的接触面位移,推动阀瓣限位装置左右位移实现对阀体的双向强制密封。
5.权利要求1所述的一种双向强制密封球阀,其特征在于所述阀瓣设有喷焊的碳化钨层,T型槽的配合面设有堆焊的硬质合金层。
