Abstract
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体来说是一种强制密封闸阀,包括阀体,设置在阀体内的阀座,设置在阀体内用于密封阀座的闸板和设置在阀体内用于控制闸板上下运动的阀杆,其特征在于:所述阀体内左右两侧均设有阀座,闸板分为主闸板和副闸板,主闸板和副闸板分别密封一侧的阀座,主闸板和副闸板通过连接套与阀杆连接,主闸板和副闸板之间设有胀块,其优点在于:通过主闸板和副闸板中间设置的胀块,使得闸板径向运动后就与阀座密封,防止闸板轴向运动中与阀座摩擦。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体来说是一种强制密封闸阀。
背景技术
闸阀的关闭件一般由闸板和阀座组成,闸板的运动方向与流体方向相垂直,闸板向阀座的压密封力一般由介质压力来提供,介质推动闸板压紧阀座,从而形成密封。其缺点在于,在阀门的开启和关闭过程中,闸板与阀座始终接触并产生摩擦,容易导致闸板密封面与阀座密封面产生摩擦而损坏,使用寿命短,同时在阀门开启和关闭过程中,闸板和阀座之间产生的摩擦,导致阀门所需的驱动力增大,进一步增加了阀门成本。另一方面,由于工况的不同,经常会出现流向变化和高压、低压侧互换的情况。这样就会导致阀门不能实现阻断功能,进而威胁到整个工业系统的安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种强制密封闸阀。
为了实现上述目的,设计一种强制密封闸阀,包括阀体,设置在阀体内的阀座,设置在阀体内用于密封阀座的闸板和设置在阀体内用于控制闸板上下运动的阀杆,其特征在于:所述阀体内左右两侧均设有阀座,闸板分为主闸板和副闸板,主闸板和副闸板分别密封一侧的阀座,主闸板和副闸板通过连接套与阀杆连接,主闸板和副闸板之间设有胀块。
主闸板和副闸板通过弹簧与连接套连接。
阀杆上端外侧设有阀杆螺母,阀杆螺母上设有手轮。
阀杆顶部设有指示杆。
本发明同现有技术相比,其优点在于:
1.通过主闸板和副闸板中间设置的胀块,使得闸板径向运动后就与阀座密封,防止闸板轴向运动中与阀座摩擦;
2.在阀座左右两侧均设置有闸板,保证了双向密封;
3.阀杆上方指示杆使得阀门开闭状态可见。

本发明为一种强制密封闸阀,包括阀体,设置在阀体内的阀座,闸板,设置在闸板间的胀块,设置在阀体内的阀杆,设置在阀体上的阀盖,设置在阀体与阀盖间的密封垫片,设置在阀盖内的填料,设置在阀盖内的隔环,设置在阀盖上的填料压板,设置在阀盖内的阀杆螺母,设置在阀盖内的轴承压盖,设置在阀杆螺母上的手轮和螺母,设置在手轮上的防护罩,设置在阀杆上的指示杆;所述的阀座安装在阀体内,焊接固定在阀体上;所述的阀座密封表面堆焊或喷涂硬质合金,提高密封表面耐磨性能;所述的闸板密封表面堆焊或喷涂硬质合金,提高密封面耐磨性;所述的闸板为双闸板,有主闸板和副闸板之分;所述的胀块安装在主闸板和副闸板中间,与闸板的运动轨迹相同;所述的主闸板与阀杆连接,随阀杆一起上下运动;所述的副闸板与主闸板、胀块组合成一体,其轴向运动轨迹相同;所述的阀盖与支架一体,所述的阀盖安装在阀体上,与阀体螺栓连接;所述的阀盖与阀杆间安装有填料;所述的填料中间安装有隔环;所述的填料压板安装在阀盖上,与填料接触,与阀盖螺栓连接;所述的阀杆螺母安装在阀盖上,同时与阀杆连接;所述的轴承压盖安装在阀盖上;所述的手轮安装在阀杆螺母上,与阀杆螺母一起运动;所述的螺母安装在阀杆螺母上;所述的防护罩安装在螺母上;所述的指示杆安装在阀杆上。
工作原理如下:
当阀门关闭时,主闸板5、副闸板3和胀块4、连接套6随着阀杆向下运动,胀块先接触阀体1的底部,阀杆12和连接套6带动主、副闸板继续运动,然后主闸板5和副闸板3被安装在两个闸板之间的胀块4撑开,直至两个闸板分别与两个阀座2充分接触,这样就达到了阀门上下游同时密封的效果。主/副闸板与阀座完全接触时,连接套与胀块4之间仍有一定的间隙。
阀门开启时,阀杆12带动连接套6向上运动,连接套6带动主闸板5、副闸板3向上运动,直至两个闸板完全与阀座2脱离,达到一定的位置后,胀块4随着主闸板5和副闸板3向上运动,最终到达阀盖8的上密封位置,此时主闸板5和副闸板3已经完全开阀门通道,阀门流阻较小。

1.一种强制密封闸阀,包括阀体,设置在阀体内的阀座,设置在阀体内用于密封阀座的闸板和设置在阀体内用于控制闸板上下运动的阀杆,其特征在于:所述阀体内左右两侧均设有阀座,闸板分为主闸板和副闸板,主闸板和副闸板分别密封一侧的阀座,主闸板和副闸板通过连接套与阀杆连接,主闸板和副闸板之间设有胀块。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种强制密封闸阀,其特征在于:所述主闸板和副闸板通过弹簧与连接套连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种强制密封闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆上端外侧设有阀杆螺母,阀杆螺母上设有手轮。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种强制密封闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆顶部设有指示杆。
