本发明公开了一种用于塑料挤出辅机定型台水气分离的装置,包括水气分离箱箱体,水气分离箱箱体的顶部设有落水口,水气分离箱箱体的侧面设有溢出口,水气分离箱箱体的一端设有接口,水气分离箱箱体的另一端设有排水口,水气分离箱箱体内设有隔离室、水气分离室、冷凝室、分离管道、回流管道、小管道和排水管,隔离室一侧与接口相连,隔离室另一侧通过分离管道与水气分离室相连,水气分离室一侧上方经回流管道与冷凝室相连,水气分离室另一侧下方与排水口经排水管相连,所述冷凝室的顶部设有盖板和排气口,冷凝室的底部通过小管道与排水管相连,盖板下方设有若干个隔板。本发明使真空泵排除的水气能充分分离,噪音低,对工作环境影响小。

一种用于塑料挤出辅机定型台水气分离的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于塑料挤出辅机定型台水气分离的装置。
背景技术
在塑料异型材的生产过程中需要通过塑料挤出辅机定型台内的真空泵对模具定型模抽取真空,通常真空泵排出的水气经过水箱后气从排气口排出,水进入水箱。但由于水气分离不充分,有部分的水被气流带出从排气口喷溅出来,气流冲出排气口时产生大的噪音,喷溅出来的水洒落到地面,不仅影响工作环境,而且存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于塑料挤出辅机定型台水气分离的装置,使真空泵排除的水气能充分分离,噪音低,对工作环境影响小。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于塑料挤出辅机定型台水气分离的装置,包括水气分离箱箱体,所述水气分离箱箱体的顶部设有落水口,所述水气分离箱箱体的侧面设有溢出口,所述水气分离箱箱体的一端设有接口,水气分离箱箱体的另一端设有排水口,所述接口的高度高于排水口的高度,所述水气分离箱箱体内设有隔离室、水气分离室、冷凝室、分离管道、回流管道、小管道和排水管,所述隔离室的一侧与接口相连,所述隔离室的另一侧通过分离管道与水气分离室相连,所述水气分离室的一侧上方通过回流管道与冷凝室相连,所述水气分离室的另一侧下方与排水口通过排水管相连,所述冷凝室的顶部设有盖板和排气口,所述冷凝室的底部通过小管道与排水管相连,所述盖板下方设有若干个隔板。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述隔板为三个。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明在水气分离箱箱体中通过隔离室、水气分离室、冷凝室相结合的设计,使真空泵排除的水气能充分分离,噪音低,对工作环境影响小。

下面结合图1、图2、图3和图4,对本发明做进一步的说明:
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种用于塑料挤出辅机定型台水气分离的装置,包括水气分离箱箱体4,水气分离箱箱体4的顶部设有落水口5,水气分离箱箱体4的侧面设有溢出口2,水气分离箱箱体4的一端设有接口1,水气分离箱箱体4的另一端设有排水口3,接口1的高度高于排水口3的高度,水气分离箱箱体4内设有隔离室11、水气分离室7、冷凝室15、分离管道9、回流管道8、小管道6和排水管14,隔离室11的一侧与接口1相连,隔离室11的另一侧通过分离管道9与水气分离室7相连,水气分离室7的一侧上方通过回流管道8与冷凝室15相连,水气分离室7的另一侧下方与排水口3通过排水管14相连,冷凝室15的顶部设有盖板10和排气口13,冷凝室15的底部通过小管道6与排水管14相连,盖板10下方设有三个隔板12。
本发明在使用时,塑料挤出辅机定型台水盆中的水经过落水口5进入水气分离箱箱体4,当水位到达溢出口2后排出;真空泵排出的水气通过管道经过接口1进入隔离室11,在分离管道9中冷却后进入水气分离室7,水气经过冷却后部分水蒸气冷凝为水,在水气分离室7中水从排水口3排出,气经过回流管道8到达冷凝室15,水气经过盖板10和隔板12后水被阻挡冷凝沉入冷凝室底部,经过小管道6从排水口3排出,气从排气口13排出,水气达到充分分离,不会产生大的噪音污染,且对工作环境影响小。

1.一种用于塑料挤出辅机定型台水气分离的装置,其特征在于包括水气分离箱箱体(4),所述水气分离箱箱体(4)的顶部设有落水口(5),所述水气分离箱箱体(4)的侧面设有溢出口(2),所述水气分离箱箱体(4)的一端设有接口(1),水气分离箱箱体(4)的另一端设有排水口(3),所述接口(1)的高度高于排水口(3)的高度,所述水气分离箱箱体(4)内设有隔离室(11)、水气分离室(7)、冷凝室(15)、分离管道(9)、回流管道(8)、小管道(6)和排水管(14),所述隔离室(11)的一侧与接口(1)相连,所述隔离室(11)的另一侧通过分离管道(9)与水气分离室(7)相连,所述水气分离室(7)的一侧上方通过回流管道(8)与冷凝室(15)相连,所述水气分离室(7)的另一侧下方与排水口(3)通过排水管(14)相连,所述冷凝室(15)的顶部设有盖板(10)和排气口(13),所述冷凝室(15)的底部通过小管道(6)与排水管(14)相连,所述盖板(10)下方设有若干个隔板(12)。
