Abstract
An automated unpowered oil collector comprises a box body. The body comprises a filter basket therein to form a separation area, a water inlet disposed above the filter basket, a greaves separation plate located beside the filter basket. One side of the greaves separation plate is formed with a first deposition area, and the other side of the greaves separation plate is formed with a pressure chamber. The first deposition area comunicates with the pressure chamber through an oil-water overflow mouth. A pressure plate is provided at the top of the pressure chamber, and an oil-water separation plate is provided at the bottom of the pressure chamber. A pressure chamber passage is defined between the pressure plate and the oil-water separation plate. A high portion of the pressure plate has an oil outlet. A buffer area is defined between the oil-water separation plate and the bottom of the box body. An oil baffle plate is povided behind the pressure plate and the oil-water separation plate. Another side of the oil baffle plate is formed with a second deposition area. The upper part of the second deposition area has a water outlet. A water overflow plate is provided in front of the water outlet. The present Utility Model is automated and unpowered to recycle grease greatly, and it can prevent the sewer from being blocked and it is convenient for operation and cleaning.
