Description

复合膜
本发明涉及一种复合膜,带有由金属膜构成的承载层和与金属膜连接的密封层,用于使得复合膜相对于容器的或者待与容器连接的环形盖的环绕的密封面密封,由此封闭容器。容器或者用于与容器连接的环形盖也落入本发明的范围内,其带有环绕的由裸白铁皮构成的密封面和密封到密封面上的、可从密封面剥下的由复合膜构成的封闭膜片。
由复合膜构成的封闭膜片是已知的,该复合膜带有由铝膜构成的承载层和与铝膜连接的密封层,用于使得复合膜相对于容器的或者待与容器连接的环形盖的环绕的密封面密封,由此封闭容器。
为了通过使得封闭膜片密封到环绕的密封面上来密封地封闭由白铁皮构成的容器或者带有由白铁皮构成的环形盖的容器,目前必须给密封面设有能热封的涂层,以便使得密封膜片的密封能耐受住罐内部的温度波动和压力波动。
本发明的目的在于,提出一种复合膜,其适合作为用于容器或者待与容器连接的环形盖的封闭膜片,该复合膜能实现既相对于无涂层的金属密封面特别是由裸白铁皮或裸铝构成的密封面又相对于可热封地改型的密封面的可靠的密封。本发明的另一目的是,同时提供“脚印”形式的便于识别的第一次开启保证物。由封闭膜片的密封媒介留在密封对象上的在视觉上可识别的部分称为脚印。
根据本发明,采用一种具有权利要求1的特征的复合膜即可实现该目的。
中间层可以包括一个或多个层。
作为附着力增强剂,采用一种利用顺丁烯二酸酐改型的聚丙烯(MAH-PP),而作为中间层,采用一种热塑性的塑料,其带有聚丙烯(PP)作为主要成分,也就是说,带有多于50%(重量)的PP。
由本发明的复合膜产生相对于容器或者待与容器连接的环形盖的环绕的密封面密封的封闭膜片,在剥离该封闭膜片时,在内聚性地断裂的中间层内部发生材料分离,该中间层的一部分以均匀的可看到的“脚印”形式保留在容器或环形盖的密封面上。这种独特的脚印用于立即识别出虚假的或遭篡改的包装,因而可以用作第一次开启保证物。它还向最终客户表明,包装被可靠地密封。
金属膜尤其铝膜的优选厚度为20-160μm特别是50-100μm,附着力增强层的厚度为1-10μm,内聚性地断裂的中间层的厚度为5-60μm。
铝膜可以由对于封闭膜片来说常见的铝合金比如EN AW 8011和EN AW 8021构成,或者由具有通常纯度的铝比如Al 98.6构成。优选采用软化退火的铝膜。
背离密封层的、形成外侧面的铝膜侧面例如可以设有保护漆、层压的塑料或纸或压印。
特别优选的内聚性地断裂的中间层含有滑石添加物,其中,滑石份额占据内聚性地断裂的中间层的优选5-49%(重量)特别是10-30%(重量)。
内聚性地断裂的中间层除了含有聚丙烯(PP)作为主要成分外,还含有5-35%(重量)的聚乙烯(PE)。
复合膜尤其适合于通过使得复合膜相对于容器的或者待与容器连接的环形盖的环绕的密封面密封来封闭容器,其中密封面由裸白铁皮构成。
白铁皮系指薄的冷轧的其表面带有锌涂层的钢板。锌涂层主要用于防腐蚀。此外,白铁皮的锌层-其保持未受保护-通过空气所含有的氧被氧化。但这样一来就无法保证良好的漆附着。因此,白铁皮在镀锌后通常进行钝化处理,具体方式为,在每一侧都涂敷用于改善耐腐蚀性的铬和氧化铬。由此还改善了上漆和压印特性。作为白铁皮钝化,通常采用如下方法(也参见DIN标准EN 10202):
1. 条规300:浸入到重铬酸盐化学溶液中进行处理,其中,每单位表面上的铬涂敷量为1.0mg/m2-3.0mg/m2
2. 条规311:在碱金属的重铬酸盐溶液中进行阴极处理,其中,每单位表面上的铬涂敷量为3.5mg/m2-9.0mg/m2
3. 条规314:进行电化学钝化,其中,每单位表面上的铬涂敷量为5mg/m2-9.0mg/m2
对优选的裸白铁皮进行浸入式钝化(条规300)、阴极钝化(条规311)或者电化学钝化(条规314)。
本发明的膜的主要标准是其可成本低廉地制造,其方式为,对由中间层构成的密封层进行多层的共挤压,所述中间层在两侧各敷有附着力增强层,其中,所述共挤压优选在挤压过程之后直接与本发明的复合膜的承载层一起进行。

图2中所示的环形盖30由白铁皮构成,它带有用于卷绕到容器40的开启边缘上的卷绕边缘32,该环形盖具有环形地环绕的密封面34,该密封面从卷绕边缘32水平向内突伸。密封面34无涂层,也就是说,密封面34如同余下的环形盖一样具有裸表面。
由复合膜10冲裁而成的设有拉环38的封闭膜片36密封到密封面34上。在剥离封闭膜片36时,中间层18内聚性地断开,中间层18的一部分作为“脚印”保留在密封面34上。
在图3中,密封面34是由白铁皮制成的容器40的整体的部分。密封面34在此直接由容器40形成,且构造成水平向内朝向的环形凸缘。容器40的外侧面无涂层,进而密封面34也无涂层,也就是说,密封面34具有裸白铁皮表面。如上面针对环形盖30所述,在通过剥离进行开启时,中间层18由于内聚性的断裂而作为“脚印”在此也保留在密封面34上。
在图4中,密封面34是由白铁皮制成的容器40的整体的部分。密封面34在此直接由容器40形成,且构造成水平向内朝向的环形凸缘。容器40的内侧面无涂层,进而密封面34也无涂层,也就是说,密封面34具有裸白铁皮表面。如上面针对环形盖30所述,在通过剥离进行开启时,中间层18由于内聚性的断裂而作为“脚印”在此也保留在密封面34上。
在通过对拉环38的牵拉来使得相对于密封面34密封的封闭膜片36脱离时,在中间层18的内部进行材料分离。在为了第一次开启容器40而完全去除封闭膜片36之后,中间层18的一部分作为均匀的薄片保留在密封面34上。该薄片或脚印作为简单的无需其它辅助机构即可识别的提示物应用于带有第一次开启保证的初始包装。

为了确定密封缝强度,对复合膜进行剥离试验。复合膜在相仿的密封条件下以15mm宽的条带形式相对于白铁皮表面密封。
确定对于从铁皮垫层剥离条带来说必需的力,作为密封缝强度的量度。相对于可在滑座上移动的白铁皮表面的条带牵拉角分别为90°。
带有本发明的结构的全部复合膜在剥离试验中都体现出与裸白铁皮相仿的剥离力或密封缝强度。作为脚印保留在白铁皮上的薄片在所有试验情况下都是白色的。利用涂漆的白铁皮作为参考进行的参比试验已表明,获得了与裸白铁皮相仿的密封缝强度。
在符合条例300、311和314的通常的钝化情况下,利用钝化程度不同的白铁皮进行的剥离试验在密封缝强度方面并未表现出差异。钝化时出现的老化对密封缝强度也没有影响,也就是说,复合膜能抵御白铁皮的老化。

Claims (10)

1. 一种复合膜,带有由金属膜构成的承载层(14)和与金属膜连接的密封层,用于使得复合膜相对于容器(40)的或者待与容器(40)连接的环形盖(30)的环绕的密封面(34)密封,由此封闭容器(40),其中,密封层包括共挤压层,共挤压层带有内聚性地断裂的中间层(18)和设置在中间层(18)的两侧的附着力增强层(16、20),
其特征在于,
附着力增强层由利用顺丁烯二酸酐改型的聚丙烯(MAH-PP)构成,采用一种含有多于50%(重量)的聚丙烯(PP)的热塑性塑料作为中间层。
2. 如权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于,金属膜尤其铝膜的厚度为20-160μm特别是50-100μm,附着力增强层(16、20)的厚度为1-10μm,内聚性地断裂的中间层(18)的厚度为5-60μm。

9. 容器(40)或用来与容器(40)连接的环形盖(30),带有由裸白铁皮构成的环绕的密封面(34),其中,可从密封面(34)剥离的封闭膜片(36)由根据权利要求1-5中任一项的复合膜构成,该封闭膜片密封到密封面(34)上。
10. 如权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于,对白铁皮进行铬涂敷量为1-3mg/m2的浸入式钝化、铬涂敷量为3.5-9mg/m2的阴极钝化或者铬涂敷量为5-9mg/m2的电化学钝化。
