Abstract

本发明提供了一种密封圈,尤其是一种结构简单,密封效果好的高速电机用密封圈。本发明高速电机用密封圈其特殊之处在于:该密封圈用橡胶制作,整体形状为扁平形圆圈,两端面和外圆很光滑,壳体和盖板与密封圈的接触面也要求很光滑,并且是小间隙配合,内圆与轴接触处做成两个尖角,内圆尖角处与轴之间有一定的过盈量,将密封圈两端的灰尘和油雾隔开,起到密封作用。由于密封圈整体不是同定不动的,内圆的两个尖角与轴过盈配合,其抱紧力不是很大,与轴的接触面积也不大,不会产生很大的摩擦力引起发热,也不会因抱的过紧而随轴一起旋转,在轴高速旋转时,密封圈与轴之间一直处于一种似接触非接触的浮动状态,在密封圈随轴轻微转动时不会将密封圈卡住。密封圈内圈处两个尖角之间有圆弧形拱起,既可以储存润滑油降低摩擦力又可以减小抱紧力,在轴高速旋转时既能起到密封作用又不会因摩擦过热烧坏。

(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封圈,尤其是一种结构简单,密封效果好的高速电机用密封圈。
(二)背景技术
现有的各种形状的电机用密封圈,大都结构比较复杂,制造成本较高,制造工艺复杂,而且普遍存在密封效果不理想的缺点,特别是在高速电机上使用时容易与轴摩擦发热并烧毁。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种制造简单、成本低廉、密封效果好,而且不会与轴摩擦发热的全新结构的电机用密封圈。特别适合高速电机使用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明高速电机用密封圈其特殊之处在于:该密封圈用橡胶制作,整体形状为扁平形圆圈,两端面和外圆很光滑,内圆与轴接触处做成两个尖角,内圆尖角处与轴之间有一定的过盈量,将密封圈两端的灰尘和油雾隔开,起到密封作用。
本发明的有益效果是:由于密封圈整体不是固定不动的,内圆的两个尖角与轴过盈配合,其抱紧力不是很大,与轴的接触面积也不大,不会产生很大的摩擦力引起发热,也不会因抱的过紧而随轴一起旋转,在轴高速旋转时,密封圈与轴之间一直处于一种似接触非接触的浮动状态。

如图所示为本发明高速电机用密封圈的一种具体实施例。包括壳体(1),密封圈(2),盖板(3),轴(4)。壳体和盖板与密封圈的接触面要求很光滑,并且是小间隙配合,在密封圈随轴轻微转动时不会将密封圈卡住。密封圈内圈处两个尖角之间有圆弧形拱起,既可以储存润滑油降低摩擦力又可以减小抱紧力,在轴高速旋转时既能起到密封作用又不会因摩擦过热烧坏。

1.一种高速电机用密封圈,其特征是该密封圈是用橡胶制作的,整体形状为扁平形圆圈,其内圆与轴接触处有左右两个尖角,尖角之间有圆弧形拱起,既可以储存润滑油降低摩擦力又可以减小抱紧力,两端面和外圆很光滑,同时要求壳体和盖板与密封圈的接触面也很光滑,并且是小间隙配合,密封圈在壳体内不是固定不动的,其内圆与轴接触处的左右两个尖角与轴过盈配合,但其抱紧力不是很大,与轴的接触面积也不是很大,轴高速旋转时,密封圈只会轻微转动,密封圈与轴之间一直处于一种似接触非接触的浮动状态,既起到密封作用又不会因为摩擦过热而烧坏。
