本实用新型公开了一种轴承装置,包括轴承座、轴承和主轴,轴承座端部设有三个凸出的密封齿圈,密封齿圈的横截面为三角形,主轴上设有齿形槽,密封齿圈与齿形槽配合形成迷宫密封。本实用新型通过三个横截面为三角形的密封齿圈与齿形槽配合形成迷宫密封,密封效果好。

本实用新型公开了一种轴承装置。
背景技术
目前的轴承装置的主轴与轴承座配合的密封形式主要是间隙密封,即在主轴和轴承座之间留有一个直通的密封狭缝,可以满足一般的密封要求,但在重污染工况下,这种密封形式对于抵挡外界灰尘、防止润滑脂泄漏方面并不理想,而用户对轴承装置的防尘、防漏脂的性能要求越来越高,同时一些轴承装置采用圆角形齿的密封泄露大,密封性能差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种密封效果好的轴承装置。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种轴承装置,包括轴承座、轴承和主轴,所述的轴承座端部设有三个凸出的密封齿圈,所述的密封齿圈的横截面为三角形,所述的主轴上设有齿形槽,所述的密封齿圈与齿形槽配合形成迷宫密封。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过三个横截面为三角形的密封齿圈与齿形槽配合形成迷宫密封,密封效果好。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1所示,一种轴承装置,包括轴承座1、轴承2和主轴3,所述的轴承座1端部设有三个凸出的密封齿圈4,所述的密封齿圈4的横截面为三角形,所述的主轴3上设有齿形槽5,所述的密封齿圈4与齿形槽5配合形成迷宫密封。
三个密封齿圈4与主轴3上的齿形槽5为非接触式配合,形成迷宫密封,使得外界灰尘杂质进入轴承2的路径变得曲折复杂,大量的灰尘杂质被挡在轴承2外部,在工况及其恶劣的环境下,可以在密封齿圈4和齿形槽5配合形成的间隙中填充少量油脂,进一步加强密封效果。

1.一种轴承装置,包括轴承座(1)、轴承(2)和主轴(3),其特征在于:所述的轴承座(1)端部设有三个凸出的密封齿圈(4),所述的密封齿圈(4)的横截面为三角形,所述的主轴(3)上设有齿形槽(5),所述的密封齿圈(4)与齿形槽(5)配合形成迷宫密封。
