本发明公开了一种精密零件表面渗铬自动热处理装备,它包括内炉胆和外炉胆,内炉胆上固定有内炉胆盖,外炉胆上固定有外炉胆盖,所述内炉胆套装在外炉胆内,外炉胆连接电机;所述内炉胆盖上安装有密封剂罐、排气管和防尘罩,所述密封剂罐安装在内炉胆盖的外侧,所述防尘罩安装在内炉胆盖的内侧,所述排气管一端连接密封剂罐,另一端连接防尘罩。设置有内、外炉胆,内炉胆套装在外炉胆内,外炉胆连接电机,碳钢零件和渗铬剂按照一定比例放置于内炉胆内,在电机带动下,内、外炉胆处于自动转动状态,内炉胆内的碳钢零件和渗铬剂也处于自动搅拌状态,渗铬过程中,碳钢零件与渗铬剂随机接触,碳钢零件表面渗铬层非常均匀,有效避免渗铬剂结块现象。

技术领域
本发明属于金属零件表面热处理装备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于碳钢精密小零件表面渗铬的自动热处理装置。
背景技术
现有的碳钢零件表面渗铬热处理装置,是把碳钢零件与渗铬剂按照一定比例人工混合均匀,然后放入渗铬灌,再将渗铬灌置于台车炉内,加热至反应温度,高温下保持一定时间,使渗铬剂与零件中的碳作用,在零件表面形成一定厚度的渗铬层。进行渗铬热处理的过程中,台车炉与渗铬灌处于静止状态,相应的碳钢零件与渗铬剂也处于静止状态,受其人工搅拌与渗铬过程中碳钢零件与渗铬剂处于静止不搅拌状态影响,经过渗铬处理的碳钢零件存在渗铬层不均匀现象,且渗铬剂易结块,渗铬剂易沾在碳钢零件表面,碳钢零件表面不光滑。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种精密零件表面渗铬自动热处理装备,处理后的零件表面渗铬层均匀。
本发明提供的精密零件表面渗铬自动热处理装备,它包括内炉胆和外炉胆,内炉胆上固定有内炉胆盖,外炉胆上固定有外炉胆盖,所述内炉胆套装在外炉胆内,外炉胆连接电机;所述内炉胆盖上安装有密封剂罐、排气管和防尘罩,所述密封剂罐安装在内炉胆盖的外侧,所述防尘罩安装在内炉胆盖的内侧,所述排气管一端连接密封剂罐,另一端连接防尘罩。
本发明提供的精密零件表面渗铬自动热处理装备,其有益效果在于,设置有内、外炉胆,内炉胆套装在外炉胆内,外炉胆连接电机,碳钢零件和渗铬剂按照一定比例放置于内炉胆内,在电机带动下,内、外炉胆处于自动转动状态,内炉胆内的碳钢零件和渗铬剂也处于自动搅拌状态,渗铬过程中,碳钢零件与渗铬剂随机接触,碳钢零件表面渗铬层非常均匀,有效避免渗铬剂结块现象。
