技术领域
本发明涉及借助于捕获块(capture mass)除去在干或湿的气态流出物中存在的重金属,特别是汞以及可能的砷和铅,所述捕获块包含至少一部分具有低的中孔度的多孔载体,和基于元素硫的活性相。本发明有利地适用于工业来源的气体、合成气或天然气的处理。
背景技术
汞是金属污染物,其在世界上的许多地区例如尼日尔海湾、南美、北非或亚太地区产生的气态或液态烃中发现。
出于几个原因,从烃馏分(cut)中除去汞是工业上所希望的:
· 操作人员的安全,因为元素汞是挥发性的并且由于吸入而表现出严重的神经中毒的危险,而汞的有机形式由于皮肤接触而表现出类似的危险;
· 以及出于防止用于使这类液态烃馏分升级的多相催化剂失活的原因。由于汞齐化,汞造成沉积在多孔载体上的贵金属例如铂或钯的纳米颗粒烧结,所述多孔载体用于各种催化反应例如通过液态烃的水蒸汽裂解或催化裂解产生的烯烃的选择性氢化。催化剂的组分金属颗粒的比表面积的大量降低导致其催化活性非常显著的损失。
在工业上,通过使待处理的流出物循环通过填充了捕获块的保护床(guard bed)而进行从液态或气态烃馏分中除去汞。该反应是特定的,从而待处理的杂质然后保留在捕获块的表面内或表面上,并且因此从捕获块的床中排出的流出物被纯化。
重金属例如汞的捕获可以容易地通过使汞与活性硫-基相反应而进行。文献US 7645 306 B2表明:根据下式,元素汞(Hgo)以不可逆的方式使硫化铜CuS还原:
Hgo + 2 CuS → Cu2S + HgS。
形成的产物HgS,已知为朱砂或黑辰砂,具有在广阔的温度范围内化学惰性并且为固体的特定特征。汞由此捕获在捕获块的床中并且待处理的流出物被纯化。基于金属硫化物的这些捕获块通常例如通过最初使氧化物前体例如CuO沉积,然后通过应用硫化步骤以将金属氧化物转变成金属硫化物而制备。
为了除去该硫化步骤,直接使用由元素硫构成的活性相是可能的。实际上,以如下不可逆的方式,元素硫S与元素汞Hgo反应:

反应(1)是自发的并且在宽的温度范围,通常0℃-150℃内具有负的自由能ΔG(kJ/mole)。
传统地,基于元素硫的捕获块通过用于将元素硫浸渍在活性炭型载体上的方法获得。作为实例,文献US 4 708 853描述了用于合成捕获块的方法,在该方法期间使固体元素硫与活性炭颗粒接触并且混合,然后加热至高于约T = 150℃的温度达10-90分钟以使硫液化。液态硫然后迁移到活性炭的多孔纹理(vein)并且然后使固体骤冷,以使硫固化。
活性炭具有廉价的特定特征,并且因此生产捕获块的成本低。然而,这类多孔载体在操作方面遇到许多缺点。
首先,活性炭通常来源于从食品工业(例如:椰子壳)或者从能源领域(例如:媒、焦炭)获得的残渣,并且因此具有可以广泛变化且难以控制的孔隙度。因此,几乎系统地,其将包含被称为微孔(如IUPAC命名中给出的定义)的孔隙度,即具有不超过2 nm的孔尺寸(即直径d)。这些孔的存在影响了捕获块的保护床的性能,从这个意义上而言,汞在这些孔中扩散是不利的。因此,汞花费更多的时间到达活性位点并且伴随着固定的接触时间,发现捕获效率降低。
另外,待处理的流出物通常包含非-零的水含量。在待处理的气体中水的存在造成在使用的多孔载体上凝结的现象,这已知为毛细凝结。在给定的温度下,在低于水的饱和蒸汽压(P0)的压力下,该现象导致液态水的出现。对于具有圆柱形的模型孔,可使用开尔文方程(方程2)确定临界孔半径(Rc),在超出该孔径时,孔将被液态水填充。

其中P为气体压力,T为气体温度,R为理想气体常数(R = 8.314 J/K/mole),Vm为水的摩尔体积,γ为空气/水表面张力,和θ为水/固体接触角。P/P0对应于流出物的相对湿度的定义。因此对于毛细凝结现象,较小的孔,特别是微孔(d<2 nm)比中孔(2 < d < 50nm)或大孔(d > 50 nm)敏感得多。
毛细凝结机理也可能伴随着烃蒸汽或挥发性有机化合物而出现。
毛细凝结的存在对于捕获块的功能具有主要的影响,因为其造成对于床中材料的转移出现高的阻力,并且阻止汞获得到达整个活性相的路径。然后非常频繁地,保护床的性能显著改变。在保护床的过夜功能性操作期间,已经观察到活性炭上的硫型捕获块的性能下降。该功能障碍归因于在夜间反应器的温度降低,这涉及到在床中出现毛细凝结。类似地,已经表明对于具有10%相对湿度的模型气体(氮气中的汞),基于沉积在活性炭上的硫的捕获块的性能降低25% (Mc Namara, J.D. & Wagner, N.J., Process effects onactivated carbon performances and analytical methods used for low levelmercury removal in natural gas applications, Gas Sep. 该耐湿性的问题因此意味着流出物必须再加热或者水必须通过以下方式凝结:使保护床的上游冷却-这产生高操作成本,或者将汞保护床放置在用于将水从气流中除去的工业干燥机的下游。然而,那些干燥装置通常使用汞可溶于其中的二醇型化合物。文献WO2005/047438特别地表明二醇中汞的浓度可以达到2.9 ppm级别的高数值。在再生步骤期间,将二醇溶液加热至接近于T=200℃的温度,并且然后一部分汞排放到大气中。
另外,基于沉积在活性炭上的硫的捕获块非常通常遭受在潮湿条件下稳定性的问题,因为在水或液态烃的存在下,活性相可能被夹带。与活性相和活性炭表面之间存在的弱能量相互作用以及这种介质中硫的溶解度相关的该特性,导致捕获块的使用寿命剧烈下降。
文献EP 0 107 582描述了基于在由氧化铝形成的多孔载体上的硫的捕获块。所述多孔载体包括10-100 nm范围内的高孔体积。然而,文献EP 0 107 582中所述的捕获块对于活性相被待处理的流体夹带的现象敏感;该现象也已知为沥滤(leaching)。
发明内容
本发明提出由沉积在氧化铝载体上的元素硫组成的捕获块,所述捕获块抵制毛细凝结和活性相夹带的现象。
总的来说,本发明描述了用于捕获汞的捕获块,所述块包含沉积在多孔载体上的活性相,所述活性相包含元素硫,所述多孔载体具有孔体积V0.004 > 0.1 mL/g,V0.004对应于具有小于0.004 µm,即小于4 nm的尺寸的孔的累积体积。
根据本发明,所述多孔载体可以由以下氧化物的至少一种组成:氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锆和氧化硅。优选地,多孔载体由氧化铝组成。
所述多孔载体可以具有0.3-1 cm3/g范围内的总孔体积,所述多孔载体可以具有100-400 m2/g范围内的BET比表面积,并且所述多孔载体可以包含以Na2O重量计的10-5000 ppm范围内的量的钠。
所述多孔载体可以具有孔体积V0.002 < 0.002 mL/g,V0.002对应于具有小于0.002µm,即2 nm的尺寸的孔的累积体积。
所述多孔载体可以具有孔体积V0.1 > 0.2 mL/g,V0.1对应于具有小于0.1 µm,即100 nm的尺寸的孔的累积体积。

相对于所述捕获块的重量,以元素硫的重量计的量可以在1%-60%的范围内,并且相对于所述捕获块的重量,以多孔载体的重量计的量可以在40%-99%的范围内。
本发明的捕获块可以通过使硫沉积在多孔载体上制备。作为实例,可以通过以下方式使硫沉积:通过使硫粉末与载体接触,或者通过使硫蒸气与载体接触,或者通过使液体溶液中的硫与载体接触,然后通过加热含硫的载体而进行干燥步骤。
本发明还涉及除去气态流出物中包含的汞的方法,其中使气态流出物与根据本发明的捕获块接触。
在接触前,可以进行干燥操作以减小气态流出物的相对湿度。所述干燥操作可以通过以下方式进行:借助于与水-吸附的筛接触、借助于与包含二醇的吸收剂溶液接触,或者通过加热气态流出物。
所述接触可以在-50℃至115℃范围内的温度下和在0.1巴绝对压力至200巴绝对压力范围内的压力下,以及用50-50000 h-1范围内的时空速度进行。
在本发明方法的变体中,气态流出物的相对湿度可以在60%-100%的范围内。
气态流出物可以选自:燃烧烟、合成气、天然气和烃流出物。
惊奇地,本发明人已经发现:使用根据本发明的、基于分散在至少一部分具有低的中孔度的多孔载体上的元素硫的捕获块,可以得到改进的重金属吸附性能,特别对于汞而言。本发明的捕获块的功能实际上不会被气体中水蒸汽的存在改变,甚至在高的吸湿性水平下也如此。在用于处理干或湿的气态流出物的所有方法中,在除去这些进料中存在的重金属,特别是汞中,本发明的捕获块的使用极其重要;也可以引用的实例是砷和铅。

具体实施方式
在本说明书中,在IUPAC规则下,术语“微孔”是指具有小于2 nm,即0.002 µm的直径的孔;术语“中孔”是指具有大于2 nm,即0.002 µm并且小于50 nm,即0.05 µm的直径的孔,并且术语“大孔”是指具有大于50 nm,即0.05 µm的直径的孔。
本发明涉及用于捕获气态进料中所包含的重金属,特别是汞的捕获块的配方。所述捕获块由多孔载体与由元素硫组成的活性相组成。活性相沉积在多孔载体上。
优选地,硫相对于捕获块的重量的重量比在1%-60%的范围内,优选在2%-40%的范围内并且非常优选在2%-15%的范围内,或者甚至在2%-10%的范围内或在4%-10%的范围内。
优选地,多孔载体相对于捕获块的重量的重量比为在40%-99%的范围内,优选在60%-98%的范围内并且非常优选在90%-98%的范围内。
活性相由元素硫,即未与另一种化合物化学键合的硫分子组成。活性相可以是元素硫Sx,x在1-30的范围内,优选在4-20的范围内并且非常优选等于8、7、6、12或18,这对应于元素硫的最稳定的同素异形的形式。组成捕获块的元素硫出于其与重金属,特别是与汞反应的性能而被选择。
多孔载体的组成可以选自氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锆、氧化钛或者上文引用的氧化物的任何类型的混合物。根据本发明,载体优选由多孔氧化铝组成。优选地,所述载体基本由氧化铝单独组成,即相对于载体的重量,载体包含至少95重量%,或甚至98重量%或者甚至99重量%的氧化铝。
在本说明书中提及的本发明捕获块的多孔载体的特征对应于在硫已经沉积在载体上之前载体的特征。
在多孔载体为氧化铝的情形下,氧化铝载体可以通过技术人员已知的各种方法,例如通过下述的方法合成。
第一种载体合成方法:进行例如由通常已知为Bayer方法的方法得到的三氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)型(也已知为水铝矿或三水铝石)的前体的快速脱水。随后,例如通过粒化进行成形,然后是任选的水热处理,然后煅烧,使得制得氧化铝。该方法已经具体地在P. Euzen,P. Raybaud, X. Krokidis, H. Toulhoat, J.L. Le Loarer, J.P. Jolivet, C.Froidefond, Alumina, Handbook of Porous Solids, F. Schüth, K.S.W. Sing, J.Weitkamp编著, Wiley-VCH, Weinheim, Germany, 2002, 第1591-1677页的文献中详述。该方法可用于制备通常已知为闪蒸氧化铝(flash alumina)的氧化铝。
第二种载体合成方法:进行生产由具有150-600 m2/g范围内的高比表面积的γ-(氢氧化)氧铝型(AlO(OH))也已知为勃姆石)的前体组成的凝胶的方法。随后,例如通过混合-挤出形成凝胶。随后,在产品上进行一系列的热处理或任选的水热处理,使得制得氧化铝。勃姆石凝胶可以例如通过碱性和/或酸性铝盐溶液的沉淀获得,所述沉淀通过改变pH或者技术人员已知的任何其他方法引起。该方法已经具体地在P. Euzen, P. Raybaud, X.Krokidis, H. Toulhoat, J.L. Le Loarer, J.P. Jolivet, C. Froidefond, Alumina,Handbook of Porous Solids, F. Schüth, K.S.W. Sing, J. 优选地,进行第一种方法以获得用于本发明捕获块的多孔氧化铝载体。非常优选地,在不进行任何水热处理的情况下进行所描述的第一种方法,以使具有0.002-0.004 µm范围内的直径的孔数目最大化。然后本发明的捕获块的制备包括以下步骤:
a)例如由通常已知为Bayer方法的方法得到的三氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)型(也已知为水铝矿或三水铝石)的前体的快速脱水;
b)例如通过粒化使氧化铝成形;
c)在250℃-600℃下煅烧载体。
根据本发明,所述多孔载体具有孔体积V0.004 > 0.1 mL/g,V0.004对应于具有小于0.004 µm的尺寸的孔的累积体积。该孔尺寸对应于假设为圆柱形的理想的理论孔的直径。优选地,选择具有孔体积V0.004 > 0.12 mL/g的多孔载体。
另外,孔载体优选具有孔体积V0.01 > 0.2 mL/g,V0.01对应于具有小于0.01 µm的尺寸的孔的累积体积。该孔尺寸对应于假设为圆柱形的理想的理论孔的直径。优选地,选择具有孔体积V0.01 > 0.025 mL/g;更优选V0.01 > 0.28 mL/g的多孔载体。
具有高的孔体积V0.004,例如V0.004 > 0.06 mL/g和任选地孔体积V0.01 > 0.2 mL/g,即存在小的中孔的事实意味着可以将足够的硫限制在孔中,以使得当使用捕获块时其不被流出物夹带,即完全避免沥滤硫的现象。
根据本发明,多孔载体优选具有低的由大的中孔和大孔组成的孔体积:V0.1-0.01 <0.15 mL/g,V0.1-0.01对应于具有0.1 µm-0.01 µm范围内的尺寸的孔的累积体积。该孔尺寸对应于假设为圆柱形的理想的理论孔的直径。优选地,选择具有孔体积V0.1-0.01 < 0.12 mL/g;非常优选地,V0.1-0.01 < 0.11 mL/g的多孔载体。
具有有限的孔体积V0.1-0.01,例如V0.1-0.01 < 0.15 mL/g和任选地孔体积V0.01 > 0.2mL/g,即少量存在大的中孔和大孔的事实意味着可以限制沉积在这些孔中的硫的夹带,所述夹带归因于使用捕获块期间的流出物。
体积V0.01和V0.1-0.01可以通过汞孔隙度计[Rouquerol F.; Rouqerol J.; SinghK. Adsorption by powders & porous solids: Principle, methodology andapplications, Academic Press, 1999]测量。
孔体积V0.004可以使用以下方法测量:
1 / 测定总的孔体积(TPV): 使用汞孔隙度计测量颗粒密度(Dg),并且使用氦测比重计测量绝对密度(Dab),然后将TPV (mL/g)作为1/Dg - 1/Dab计算;
2 / 通过汞孔隙度计(VHg) [Rouquerol F.; Rouqerol J.; Singh K.Adsorption by powders & porous solids: Principle, methodology andapplications, Academic Press, 1999]测定孔体积;
3 / V0.004 = TPV – VHg。
根据本发明,多孔载体具有微孔体积V0.002 < 0.002 mL/g,优选地V0.002 < 0.001mL/g并且更优选地V0.002为0。V0.002对应于具有小于0.002 µm的尺寸的孔(即微孔)的累积体积。该孔尺寸对应于假设为圆柱形的理想的理论上孔的直径。
低的V0.002孔体积和高的V0.004孔体积意味着具有0.002 µm-0.004 µm范围内直径的小的中孔的累积体积可以最大化。因此,本发明捕获块的这些小的中孔中存在的活性硫位点对于待处理的进料中含有的汞而言是容易到达的,这意味着捕获块可以有效地捕获汞,同时避免当使用捕获块时流出物夹带硫。
孔体积V0.002可以通过应用于由N2孔隙度计得到的数据的t-plot法[RouquerolF.; Rouqerol J.; Singh K. Adsorption by powders & porous solids: Principle,methodology and applications, Academic Press, 1999]测量。
有利地,多孔载体具有在0.3-1 cm3/g范围内,优选在0.4-0.7 cm3/g范围内的总孔体积。
通过BET法测定的根据本发明的捕获块的多孔载体的比表面积有利地在100-400m2/g的范围内,优选在150-370 m2/g的范围内,更优选在200-370 m2/g的范围内,仍然更优选在250-370 m2/g的范围内。
用于本发明的捕获块的载体可以包含以Na2O重量计的在10-5000 ppm范围内的量的钠,优选在100-5000 ppm的范围内的量,或者甚至在1000-5000 ppm的范围内的量。
多孔载体和由此获得的本发明的捕获块可以为多种元素的形式,每种元素具有珠粒、圆柱形、多叶挤出物、车轮、中空圆柱形或者技术人员使用的任何其他几何形状的形状。构成捕获块的每一元素具有本发明的捕获块的特征。更优选地,多孔载体和由此获得的本发明的捕获块为多个具有在0.4-100 mm的范围内,优选在0.5-50 mm的范围内,更优选在0.5-10 mm的范围内的直径的珠粒形状。
多孔载体可以使用技术人员已知的任何方法成形。作为实例,可以使用以下成形方法:流化床粒化、高剪切速率混合机/粒化机、旋鼓、混合/挤出,或者滚圆(spheronization)。
根据本发明的捕获块可以通过技术人员已知的以下合成路径,通过使元素硫沉积在上述多孔载体上制备。作为实例,可以使用描述于专利US 4 500 327和US 4 708 853中的以下方案,或者下述方案。
用于使元素硫沉积在多孔载体上的第一方案由进行以下步骤组成:
a) 混合固体元素硫粉末和多孔载体;
b) 将混合物在空气中加热至在110℃-220℃范围内的温度T下,持续1h-50h范围内的时间;
c) 将混合物带回至环境温度。
用于使元素硫沉积在多孔载体上的第二方案由进行以下步骤组成:
a) 通过使多孔载体达到120℃-175℃,优选150℃,与例如通过元素硫升华得到的硫蒸气接触而浸渍;
b) 将混合物加热至140℃-160℃范围内的温度T,优选至T=150℃,持续90分钟;
c) 将混合物加热至160℃-180℃范围内的温度T,优选至T=170℃,另外再持续45分钟;
d) 将混合物带回至环境温度。
根据本发明的捕获块制备的整个描述可以例如确定如下:
a) 三氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)型前体的快速脱水;
b) 粒化从步骤a)得到的氧化铝;
c) 将从步骤b)得到的多孔载体在250℃-600℃的范围内,优选在400℃-500℃的范围内,例如在450℃的T下煅烧;
d) 通过使从步骤c)得到的多孔载体达到120℃-175℃范围内,例如150℃的温度T,与通过元素硫升华得到的硫蒸气接触而浸渍;
e) 将从步骤d)得到的混合物加热至140℃-160℃范围内的温度T,例如至温度T=150℃,持续90分钟;
f) 将从步骤e)得到的混合物加热至160℃-180℃范围内的温度T,例如至温度T=170℃,另外再持续45分钟;
g) 将混合物带回至环境温度。
根据本发明,为了获得具有孔体积V0.004 > 0.1 mL/g并且具有优选小于0.15 mL/g的孔体积V0.1-0.01的捕获块,在煅烧后直接进行硫沉积在多孔氧化铝载体上的步骤。优选地,在载体的成形步骤与煅烧步骤之间不进行水热处理。实际上,在本发明中该水热处理将具有不想要的打开孔并且因此增大孔体积V0.1-0.01的影响,如专利EP 0 055 164所教导的。
根据本发明的捕获块用于捕获气态流出物中含有的重金属,例如汞、砷或铅。本发明的捕获块非常适合于捕获气态流出物中含有的汞。例如使放置在反应器中的固定床形式的捕获块与待处理的气态流出物接触。
参照图1,将通过管线1到达的待处理的气态流出物引入含有本发明的捕获块的反应器2中。床2包括多个要素,其各自具有本发明的捕获块的特征。捕获块的床吸附流出物中含有的汞,以获得汞耗尽的气态流出物,所述流出物通过管线3从反应器2排出。流出物3中汞的浓度低于流出物1的汞的浓度。
现在参考图2,将通过管线4到达的待处理的气态流出物引入装置5,以减小气态流出物的相对湿度。装置5可以是水捕获块,例如基于沸石的分子筛。装置5也可以是进行二醇方法的装置。在该情形下,使气态流出物与包含二醇的吸收剂溶液接触,由此该溶液吸收流出物中含有的水。作为实例,可以使用文献WO 2005/047438中描述的二醇方法。可选择地,装置5可以是热交换器,其可用于将气态流出物的温度升高例如3℃-10℃。将从装置5得到的流出物通过管线6引入包含根据本发明的捕获块的床的反应器7中。床7包括多个要素,其各自具有本发明的捕获块的特征。捕获块的床吸附流出物中含有的汞,以获得汞耗尽的气态流出物,所述流出物通过管线8从反应器7排出。流出物8中汞的浓度低于流出物4中汞的浓度。
根据本发明的方法处理的气态流出物可以是燃烧烟、合成气或天然气,或者烃流出物,例如气态油馏分。
例如出于发电的目的,燃烧烟通过烃、生物气、煤在锅炉中燃烧,或者通过燃气轮机产生。这些烟在20℃-60℃范围的温度、1-5巴(1巴=0.1 MPa)范围的压力下,并且可以包含50%-80%范围内的氮气、5%-40%范围内的二氧化碳、1%-20%范围内的氧气,和一些杂质例如SOx和NOx,如果它们没有在下游通过脱酸方法除去的话。
合成气包含一氧化碳CO、氢气H2 (通常H2/CO比例等于2)、水蒸汽(通常在进行洗涤的温度下是饱和的)和二氧化碳CO2 (10%的等级)。压力通常在20-30巴范围内,但可以高至70巴。其也含有含硫杂质(H2S、COS等)、含氮杂质(NH3、HCN)和卤化杂质。
天然气主要由气态烃组成,但可以包含以下的酸性化合物中的几种:CO2、H2S、硫醇、COS、CS2。这些酸性化合物的量可以广泛变化,并且对于CO2和H2S而言可以最高达40%。天然气的温度可以在20℃-100℃的范围内。待处理的天然气的压力可以在10-120巴的范围内。
根据本发明的待处理的气态流出物包含各种形式的重金属,例如汞、砷或铅。作为实例,汞以已知为Hg0-对应于元素汞或原子汞的形式、以分子形式,或者以离子形式例如Hg2+和其的络合物被发现。
待处理的气态流出物包含可变比例的重金属。作为实例,待处理的气态流出物,特别是天然气流包含10纳克至1克的汞/Nm3气体。
能够使气态流出物与本发明的捕获块在通常为-50℃至115℃的范围,优选0℃-110℃的范围并且更优选20℃-100℃范围的温度下,和在例如0.1-200巴的范围,优选1-150巴的范围并且非常优选10-120巴范围内的绝对压力下接触。
有利地,当气态流出物与捕获块接触时,在本发明的纯化方法中使用的HSV(时空速度,即气态流出物的体积/捕获块体积/小时)在50-50000 h-1的范围内。在气体进料的情形中,HSV优选在50-500 h-1的范围内。
待处理的气态流出物可以是湿的,即其可以包含变化比例的水蒸汽。气态流出物中的吸湿水平优选为0-100%,优选0-95%并且更优选0-90%。
就待处理的进料中水的量而言,本发明的捕获块是坚固的,即,即使当待处理的气态流出物具有高的水分含量时其不会降解或者仅很少降解,并且汞捕获性能保持高。根据本发明,可以处理具有60%-100%相对湿度,或甚至70%-95%,并且最高达80%至95%相对湿度的湿的气态流出物。
下面所示的实施例用于示例本发明的功能和优点。
实施例A: 根据本发明的捕获块M1的制备
捕获块M1使用氧化铝珠粒与固体粉末状的元素硫的混合物制备。
载体的描述:

实施例F: 捕获块的活性相的残余损耗试验
对于每一捕获块,首先评价“可提取的”活性相的比例。为此,将对应于吸附剂体积(Vm = 3 cm3)的研究的质量为mm的捕获块以固定床结构设置。使气态氮气流以300 NL/h的流动速率、70℃的温度和20 MPa的压力通过吸附剂床。
3天后,从固定床反应器中移出固体,然后称重(ms)。然后记录相对于最初存在于捕获块上的活性相的质量,所获得的每一捕获块的质量变化,Δm = mm – ms,如下:
ΔS = (Δm x 100) / (%S x mm / 100)
由此获得在重金属捕获操作期间可以从载体中提取的活性相的百分比ΔS。结果记录在表5中。

实施例G: 在干燥介质中在捕获块M1、M2、M3和M4上的汞吸附容量的试验
如上制备的捕获块的汞吸附性能在反应器中测试。将捕获块放入固定床反应器中。将体积Vm = 3 cm3的吸附剂以固定床结构制备。使包含进料,[Hg]e = 1060 µg/Nm3汞的气态氮气流以300 NL/h的流动速率、70℃的温度和20 MPa的压力通过吸附剂床。使用以原子荧光原理工作的汞特定的在线分析仪,在反应器入口和出口测量汞的浓度。
这些操作条件用于每一捕获块样品直到其饱和。当反应器的入口和出口处的汞浓度严格地相等时,认为汞捕获块饱和。
然后通过在整个测试期间内在反应器入口与出口之间产生汞的物料平衡,可以评价变得不可逆地化学吸收在每一捕获块上的汞[Hg]f的浓度。各个捕获块样品的汞饱和容量示于表6中:

实施例H: 在湿介质中在捕获块M2上的汞吸附试验
最初将约30 g的液体汞珠粒倒入玻璃坩埚,然后将坩埚放入反应器R1的底部。还将填充水的烧杯放入反应器R1的底部。使质量mm的本发明的捕获块M2沉积在具有体积V2 =1 L的圆柱形玻璃反应器R2中,然后将该反应器R2引入反应器R1内部。
将反应器R1引入调节至T=70℃的加热室中1周。
然后通过X射线衍射分析来分析捕获块。图3示出了测量的衍射光谱。辐射角“2-θ”沿着横坐标表示;衍射射线的强度“Lin”在纵坐标上表示。有黑色三角形顶端的部分对应于黑辰砂(HgS)的信号。尤其在角度26.5、30.5、43.5和51.5处观察到峰;它们意味着可以清楚地得出结论:存在由元素汞与沉积在捕获块上的硫反应得到的黑辰砂(HgS)的结晶相。因此,本发明的捕获块可用于捕获湿的气相中含有的汞。
Claims (15)
1.用于捕获汞的捕获块,所述块包含沉积在多孔载体上的活性相,所述活性相包含元素硫,所述多孔载体具有孔体积V0.004 > 0.1 mL/g,V0.004对应于具有小于0.004 µm的尺寸的孔的累积体积,孔体积V0.002 < 0.002 mL/g,V0.002对应于具有小于0.002 µm的尺寸的孔的累积体积,其中多孔载体具有孔体积V0.1-0.01 < 0.15 mL/g,V0.1-0.01对应于具有0.1 µm-0.01 µm范围内的尺寸的孔的累积体积。

4.根据权利要求3的捕获块,其中多孔载体具有0.3-1 cm3/g范围内的总孔体积,所述多孔载体具有100-400 m2/g范围内的BET比表面积,并且所述多孔载体包含以Na2O重量计的10-5000 ppm范围内的量的钠。
5.根据权利要求1的捕获块,其中多孔载体具有孔体积V0.1 > 0.2 mL/g,V0.1对应于具有小于0.1 µm的尺寸的孔的累积体积。
6.根据权利要求1的捕获块,其中活性相包含元素硫Sx,x在1-30的范围内。
7.根据权利要求1的捕获块,其包含相对于所述捕获块的重量在1%-60%范围内的以元素硫的重量计的量,并且相对于所述捕获块的重量,以多孔载体重量计的量在40%-99%的范围内。
8.制备根据权利要求1的捕获块的方法,其中使硫沉积在多孔载体上。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其中通过以下方式使硫沉积:通过使硫粉末与载体接触,或者通过使硫蒸气与载体接触,或者通过使液体溶液中的硫与载体接触,然后通过加热含硫的载体而进行干燥步骤。
10.用于除去气态流出物中所包含的汞的方法,其中使气态流出物(1)与根据权利要求1-9之一的捕获块(2)接触。
11.根据权利要求10的方法,其中在接触前进行干燥操作(5)以减小气态流出物的相对湿度。
12.根据权利要求11的方法,其中干燥操作通过以下方式进行:借助于与水-吸附的筛接触、借助于与包含二醇的吸收剂溶液接触,或者通过加热气态流出物。
13.根据权利要求10-12之一的方法,其中所述接触在-50℃至115℃范围内的温度下和在0.1巴绝对压力至200巴绝对压力范围内的压力下,以及采用50-50000 h-1范围内的时空速度进行。
14.根据权利要求10的方法,其中气态流出物的相对湿度在60%-100%的范围内。
15.根据权利要求10的方法,其中气态流出物选自:燃烧烟、合成气、天然气和烃流出物。
