本发明公开了一种具有耐火阻燃性能的汽车电线,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙烯橡胶60~70;过氧化物交联剂5~10;阻燃油3~5;二氧化硅3~8;高岭土2~5;化石粉6~8;防老剂5~10。本发明提供的耐高温阻燃绝缘材料,可在125℃甚至是150℃条件下长期工作,耐老化性好,耐低温-40℃,极好的耐磨性、阻燃性、耐油性及耐霉菌性,产品制成汽车线后可满足DINISO6722中的T3,T4标准要求,是一种新型汽车线料。此外,本发明电线挤出工艺简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆绝缘材料,具体的说,涉及一种具有耐火阻燃性能的汽车电线。
背景技术
受应用环境的要求,汽车电线需要有耐热性、阻燃性、耐磨性、耐油性、耐霉菌等性能。根据环境和位置,汽车电缆分为各种温度等级。现阶段,根据市场的发展趋势及客户的需求,105 ℃及以下等级的电线产品一般以PVC 为绝缘,105 ℃以上等级的汽车电线则采用辐照交联聚烯烃材料为绝缘,辐照交联聚烯烃材料的绝缘性能,化学性能,耐热性能等相比PVC 都得到了显著的改善。然而,辐照交联聚烯烃材料在经过螺杆挤出制成电线后,还需通过辐照设备辐照之后才能交联,高昂的辐照费用以及为进行辐照所产生的运输等费用都无疑增加了企业的生产成本。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种生产简单,成本低的成本低,各项性能优异,能够用作汽车电线的具有耐火阻燃性能的汽车电线。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种具有耐火阻燃性能的汽车电线,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成分组成:
聚乙烯橡胶                        60~70;
过氧化物交联剂                    5~10;
阻燃油                            3~5;
二氧化硅                          3~8;
高岭土                            2~5;
化石粉                            6~8;
防老剂                            5~10。
本发明具有耐火阻燃性能的汽车电线的优点是:本发明提供的耐高温阻燃绝缘材料,可在125 ℃甚至是150 ℃条件下长期工作,耐老化性好,耐低温-40℃,极好的耐磨性、阻燃性、耐油性及耐霉菌性,产品制成汽车线后可满足DIN ISO6722 中的T3,T4 标准要求,是一种新型汽车线料。此外,本发明电线挤出工艺简单,成本低。
