技术领域
本发明属于电学领域,涉及电线领域,具体是一种高压硅胶绝缘电线。
背景技术
一般的电线电缆是以塑料和橡胶为绝缘护套,这些材料都是常规工程材料,具有丰富的来源,能够满足大规模生产,而且成本相对较低。但对于一些特殊行业如石油化工、钢铁、航空航天、造船、军工、制药、食品、塑料机械、锅炉等与热与高温有关的行业,都需要能够耐一定较高温度的电线电缆,普通的电线电缆显然不能使用,需能耐高温的电线电缆才能保证其电力和信号的安全运行;硅橡胶电线具有很高的耐热性能和优异的耐寒性能,其长期使用温度范围达到-90℃-+250℃,这在所有橡胶电线中是最广的,但是其抗拉强度低,同时抗剪切机械性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高压硅胶绝缘电线,以解决上述现有技术不足的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高压硅胶绝缘电线,包括导体,所述导体外包裹有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层外侧包覆有防潮层,所述玻璃纤维层与防潮层之间均匀分布有至少3个弧形硅橡胶层,且所述弧形硅橡胶层通过玻璃纤维层分隔。
优选地,所述弧形硅橡胶层设有7个。
优选地,所述导体由若干细铜线绞合而成。
优选地,所述防潮层为可溶性氟塑料,所述可溶性氟塑料为FEP。
优选地,所述弧形硅橡胶层的横截面积占电线横截面积的50%以上。
本发明的有益效果在于,通过导体与导体外包裹的玻璃纤维层,以及分隔弧形硅橡胶层的玻璃纤维层之间的配合,由于玻璃纤维层具有较好的绝缘性能、抗拉强度和抗剪切机械强度,使硅橡胶绝缘导线的整体抗拉强度大大提升;同时由于弧形硅橡胶层的区域面积较大,最大限度体现了硅橡胶的耐高温性能和柔软性;此外,电线最外层还设有防潮层,还具有防止潮湿环境下水分进入电线的功能。因此,本发明具有耐高温、强度高、防潮且具有较好的柔软性的特点。

为了加深本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示,一种高压硅胶绝缘电线,包括导体1,所述导体1外包裹有玻璃纤维层2,所述玻璃纤维层2外侧包覆有防潮层3,所述玻璃纤维层2与防潮层3之间均匀分布有至少3个弧形硅橡胶层4,且所述弧形硅橡胶层4通过玻璃纤维层2分隔。
在本实例中,所述弧形硅橡胶层4设有7个。
在本实例中,所述导体1由若干细铜线绞合而成。
在本实例中,所述防潮层3为可溶性氟塑料,所述可溶性氟塑料为FEP。
在本实例中,所述弧形硅橡胶层4的横截面积占电线横截面积的50%以上。
基于上述,通过导体1与导体1外包裹的玻璃纤维层2,以及分隔弧形硅橡胶层4的玻璃纤维层2之间的配合,由于玻璃纤维层2具有较好的绝缘性能、抗拉强度和抗剪切机械强度,使硅橡胶绝缘导线的整体抗拉强度大大提升;同时由于弧形硅橡胶层4的区域面积较大,最大限度体现了硅橡胶的耐高温性能和柔软性;此外,电线最外层还设有防潮层3,还具有防止潮湿环境下水分进入电线的功能。

1.一种高压硅胶绝缘电线,包括导体,其特征在于,所述导体外包裹有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层外侧包覆有防潮层,所述玻璃纤维层与防潮层之间均匀分布有至少3个弧形硅橡胶层,且所述弧形硅橡胶层通过玻璃纤维层分隔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压硅胶绝缘电线,其特征在于,所述弧形硅橡胶层设有7个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压硅胶绝缘电线,其特征在于,所述导体由若干细铜线绞合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压硅胶绝缘电线,其特征在于,所述防潮层为可溶性氟塑料,所述可溶性氟塑料为FEP。
