Abstract

本发明涉及一种模具,尤其涉及一种新型注塑模具。一种新型注塑模具,包括型腔、流道以及注射孔,在所述的流道和注射孔的外侧设置有加热装置,所述流道和注射孔连接处的内壁设置有压力传感器,所述传感器连接显示设备。流道和注射孔外侧设置有加热装置,在注塑的时候一直对流道内和注射孔内的塑料进行加热,保持其熔融状态,不会产生冷却废料,节省了成本;由于在注塑模具中设置了压力传感装置,就可以利用压力传感装置测量塑料在注模、充模、保压和冷却过程中从注塑机的喷嘴到模腔之间的塑料压力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,尤其涉及一种新型注塑模具。
背景技术
当今激烈的竞争环境下,客户对注塑产品要求越来越严格,不但要求产品的制造周期越来越短,生产效率越来越高,制造成本越来越低,对产品的稳定性要求也越来越高,这就需要制造商提升自己的制造能力。必须对制品的成型工艺在最初的试模阶段进行设置和优化,进而减少试模次数,缩短试模时间。目前的模具不能够感应注塑过程中压力的变化,不能够实时调节模具注塑压力,无法控制压力这个注塑过程中最重要的参数。目前的注塑模具一般适应于热塑性塑料加热成型。利用热塑性塑料的热熔原理,将熔融的塑料通过注塑机将其注射进模具的型腔内,然后冷却定型,打开模具取出塑料产品。在注塑的过程中,注射孔、流道内会残留一些冷却的塑料废料,在取出塑料产品的同时丢弃这些废料会造成浪费,特别是一些材料再次回料会产生质量问题的塑料。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新型的注塑模具,能够感应注塑过程中压力的变化,以便实时调节模具注塑压力;并能够,在注塑的时候一直对流道内和注射孔内的塑料进行加热,保持其熔融状态。
其技术方案为:
一种新型注塑模具,包括型腔、流道以及注射孔,在所述的流道和注射孔的外侧设置有加热装置,所述流道和注射孔连接处的内壁设置有压力传感器,所述传感器连接显示设备。
进一步,所述的加热装置为电阻陶瓷。
进一步,所述的加热装置连接有智能温控模块。
有益效果:流道和注射孔外侧设置有加热装置,在注塑的时候一直对流道内和注射孔内的塑料进行加热,保持其熔融状态,不会产生冷却废料,节省了成本;由于在注塑模具中设置了压力传感装置,就可以利用压力传感装置测量塑料在注模、充模、保压和冷却过程中从注塑机的喷嘴到模腔之间的塑料压力。加热装置连接有温控模块,保障了加热装置在合适的温度范围内,避免了塑料过热简介影响塑料产品的质量。加热装置为电阻陶瓷,加热效果好。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种新型注塑模具,包括型腔4、流道3以及注射孔1,在所述的流道3和注射孔1的外侧设置有加热装置2,所述流道3和注射孔1连接处的内壁设置有压力传感器5,所述传感器5连接显示设备。所述的加热装置2为电阻陶瓷。所述的加热装置2连接有智能温控模块。

1. 一种新型注塑模具,包括型腔、流道以及注射孔,其特征在于:在所述流道和注射孔的外侧设置有加热装置,所述流道和注射孔连接处的内壁设置有压力传感器,所述压力传感器连接显示设备。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的新型注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的加热装置为电阻陶瓷。
3. 根据权利要求1 所述的新型注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的加热装置连接有智能温控模块。
