本发明公开了一种铁系彩膜磷化液,各组分按重量份计,氧化锌2-5份、环己六醇六磷酸脂20-25份、柠檬酸12-17份、磷酸5-8份、钼酸钠3-5份、碳酸钠或硅酸钠1-3份、浸润剂0.2-0.5份、水100份。本发明所提供的铁系彩膜磷化液,不仅保持了现有技术中铁系磷化液的抗弯曲、抗冲击性,磷化膜不易断裂的特点,而且具有很强的耐腐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种磷化液,具体涉及一种铁系彩膜磷化液。
背景技术
铁系磷化液应用广泛,适用于家用电器、仪器仪表、钢门窗、车辆汽配、灯饰家具等五金零件喷漆或喷塑前处理磷化,尤其作为变形大的零件涂装打底。磷化膜以非结晶状存在,膜层薄,呈现彩虹色。具有以下特点:
1、抗弯曲、抗冲击性能好,膜层不易变型;
2、单组分,不需要表面调整,对基材适用性强;
3、稳定性好,即使零件污染不太干净也不会影响使用效果;
4、槽液易于维护,操作方便。
    正由于铁系彩膜磷化液具有上述特点,被广泛应用。但是,因其耐腐蚀性较差,又使得其在很多领域受到限制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种耐腐蚀性强、抗弯性、抗冲击性强的铁系彩膜磷化液。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
    一种铁系彩膜磷化液,各组分按重量份计,氧化锌2-5份、环己六醇六磷酸脂20-25份、柠檬酸12-17份、磷酸5-8份、钼酸钠3-5份、碳酸钠或硅酸钠1-3份、浸润剂0.2-0.5份、水100份。
    作为优选方案,上述的铁系彩膜磷化液,各组分按重量份计,氧化锌2-5份、环己六醇六磷酸脂20-25份、柠檬酸12-17份、磷酸5-8份、钼酸钠3-5份、碳酸钠或硅酸钠1-3份、浸润剂0.2-0.5份、水100份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所提供的铁系彩膜磷化液,不仅保持了现有技术中铁系磷化液的抗弯曲、抗冲击性,磷化膜不易断裂的特点,而且具有很强的耐腐蚀性能。

    一种铁系彩膜磷化液,各组分按重量份计,氧化锌2份、环己六醇六磷酸脂25份、柠檬酸12份、磷酸8份、钼酸钠3份、碳酸钠或硅酸钠3份、浸润剂0.2份、水100份。

   一种铁系彩膜磷化液,各组分按重量份计,氧化锌5份、环己六醇六磷酸脂20份、柠檬酸17份、磷酸5份、钼酸钠5份、碳酸钠或硅酸钠1份、浸润剂0.5份、水100份。
