Abstract

背景技术
用于紧固面板和将附件紧固到面板的快速紧固夹具有各种常用特性特征。在本发明提出的改进所涉及的类型的夹中,面板被弹性地夹紧在所述夹的法兰与挠性腿之间,所述法兰压在面板的隐藏表面或内表面上,挠性腿压在与所述面板的与内表面相反的外表面上。所述夹以及附接到所述夹的各元件、或者前述的夹紧夹由此被紧固到面板。
虽然本发明涉及的改进可应用于各种不同的夹,不过其特别适用于“安全气囊夹”,即,用于紧固安全气囊系统各部件的夹。
一种这样的夹作为西班牙专利申请P0201009999的主题,其中夹弯曲腿是弯的并且交叉,体现出针对现有技术的夹的改进,这是因为所述弯曲腿具有更大的挠性并占据更小空间而同时更长。
本发明的主要目的在于改进所述类型的弯曲腿,更进一步地改善它的性能。

发明内容
本发明提出一种对紧固夹的腿的改进,所述紧固夹例如为用于将附件紧固到面板和/或用于紧固面板的紧固夹,特别是用于运载工具安全气囊的夹,其中所述夹的交叉弯曲腿被修改,其中的一个腿形成环以环绕另一个腿。
所述腿始于所述夹的底座,该底座沿所述夹的两个横向方向之一形成延伸表面。
这种底座可具有结构增强部分,所述结构增强部分采取中空部或折叠的形式。

具体实施方式
本发明包括对紧固夹的腿的改进,所述紧固夹例如为用于将附件紧固到面板和/或用于紧固面板的紧固夹,特别是用于运载工具安全气囊的夹,其中,所述弯曲腿(2)的每组的彼此相对且交叉的两个中的一个腿(4)被成形为环绕另一个腿(3)。
如附图中可见,所述弯曲腿(2)形成了成组的两个交叉的独立的腿(3,4),大致形成X形,所述腿中的一个(4)分为两个分支(5,6)以形成大致椭圆形的闭合周环,另一个腿(3)插入穿过所述闭合周环。所述腿(4)止于弯部分(13),所述弯部分被成形为不损伤其所压到的前述面板。

如前所述,在不改变本发明实质的情况下,与前文段落中所述不同的其它结构也是可行的。
由于本发明中提出的改进而引起的结构改进具有各种优点。一个优点是:其防止各零件混乱,例如在零件被装配时或者当几个零件被储存在同一容器中用于包装或运输目的时。
这种结构布置的另一优点是:增大所述弯曲腿(2)的惯性、挠度和强度,主要由于用于制造它们的材料增多所致,这最终意味着需要更少的力将夹(1)插入面板中。
另一这样的优点是:根据本发明的夹可用于更大范围的厚度。附图6和7显示出两种不同的面板厚度情况,并显示出所述实用性实施例中的夹如何有利地适应于这些厚度。
另外,存在沿纵向方向延伸得更远并具有从夹中心进一步延伸的弯曲腿(2)的底座(7)为腿及总体上为夹提供更大的弹性。
显然,只要不对本发明的实质进行修改或者产生不利影响,修整和成形方面的细节是可以不同的。
Claims (7)
1.一种紧固夹的弯曲腿,所述紧固夹为用于将附件紧固到面板和/或用于紧固面板的夹,所述夹(1)具有至少一组的两个弯曲腿(2),所述弯曲腿具有两个独立的腿(3,4),所述两个独立的腿彼此相对并且交叉,大致形成X形,其特征在于,
所述独立的腿中的一个(4)分为两个分支(5,6)以形成大致椭圆形的闭合周环,另一个腿(3)插入穿过所述闭合周环。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧固夹的弯曲腿,其特征在于,
所述夹(1)的底座(7)沿纵向方向比沿横向方向延伸得更远,所述腿(3,4)始于所述延伸得更远的纵向方向的端部的近处。
3.如权利要求2所述的紧固夹的弯曲腿,其特征在于,
所述底座(7)包括结构增强部以增强其表面,所述结构增强部为中空部(8)或折叠部。
